Welcome to Bluewater 1205, a spacious three bedroom, two bathroom condo that comfortably sleeps up to eight guests. With beautiful Gulf views and a relaxed coastal feel, this condo is perfect for your next beach getaway.

The living room features a comfortable sectional sofa, a TV, and large windows that lead out to the private balcony overlooking the Gulf. The balcony offers plenty of seating and an outdoor table, making it a great place to enjoy meals or take in the view.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for meal preparation, along with an adjacent dining table for gathering together.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and windows with direct access to the balcony. The ensuite bathroom includes a walk in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and a flat screen TV, while the third bedroom includes two full size beds. A full bathroom with a shower and tub combination is conveniently located in the hallway.

An outdoor hot tub adds to the outdoor relaxation options, providing a soothing space to unwind. For those who prefer indoor relaxation, the complex also features an indoor pool and hot tub. Fitness enthusiasts will appreciate the on-site fitness center, equipped with various equipment for maintaining workout routines. For outdoor grilling enthusiasts, there's a charcoal grilling area, ideal for preparing meals and enjoying open-air dining.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
