The condo was even more spacious than expected which was great and the keyless entry was convenient. It was very clean and had everything as listed. The location was also central to some great food spots and hangouts. We didn't run in to any issues. Highly recommended.

We loved this condo. Plenty of room, nicely decorated, lots of beds that slept well. Great view of the ocean from balcony. Kids loved the lazy river and indoor pool. Plenty of room to park in the deck. The workers at Phoenix 2 do a great job keeping the place up. We saw a hose pipe on the boardwalk with a leak and they fixed it within a few hours. It was very clean and didn’t feel crowded, even in June. Would definitely stay here again. The liquid life team also made checkin and checkout very easy with constant reminders via text and email.

Excellent facility. However, could not rent enough chairs by the water on the beach to accommodate our group. We had small children and could not see them in the water because our rental chairs were too far back from the water.Will not be staying here again because of this issue onlyu.

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment; plenty of space for our large group. The lazy pool and slide were the highlights. However, there wasn't adequate supplies including hand wash, beach towels, toilet papers, toiletries and kitchen supplies. We have stayed in similar rentals in Destin and Key West and they were fully stocked. If these aren't provided, then it should be explicitly mentioned on the site or the follow up emails, so guests can prepare/pack adequately.

The condo was super nice and new with all top notch appliances. Just a couple of things I would have liked more would be more wash cloths and towels, were on vacation we don’t want to do so much laundry! Also the beds in the 2 queen rooms were not comfortable at all. And maybe some more cookware for guests dinning in! We will be back next year!

Between the beach, lazy river, waterslide, indoor pool and hot tub, we were in heaven. The kids absolutely loved it. The property is conveniently set up. You are always near the elevator, boardwalk goes far out to the beach, and the staff was very friendly and kept everything so clean. We will be back and we cannot wait!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Phoenix II is a great place for your vacation. The condo was ready when we arrived, which after a long drive, we appreciated. Everything, the building and the condo, are in great condition and maintenance keeps everything clean. The pool and the splash pad were a big hit with our family. The Lazy River looked like fun, but it was too cold, since it was early April. The pictures we saw made the beach look far from the building, but it was very close. The condo was the perfect size for our family. Everyone had their own space, but there was plenty of room for everyone when we were spending time together. The balcony was large and had plenty of furniture. It would be great for games or a meal. There were great restaurants close by, and a grocery store and Walgreens were right down the street. The guys went golfing a couple of days and were very happy with the golf courses. Our family is already planning our next trip.

We had a great time it was easy access to the beach and pool. Lots of nice amenities and the condo was in great shape. The pool was nice. We really liked the slide, the lazy was ok. I would prefer a large pool if possible My only advice is make sure to find the right Phoenix there’s like 200 different Phoenix properties on the main strip. Also the WiFi is on a open network there should be a password because the neighbors were using the WiFi and that was a little annoying
