beautiful condo and balcony loved the view of both ocean and inlet. very clean and welcoming. you may want to check the dryer, we could not get towels to dry. We tried several settings.Other than that, we would definitely book this place again :)

This condo is amazing! Spacious, clean, well stocked. We loved the views of sunsets and sunrises from the balcony. Beds are very comfortable. The amenities are amazing. There are grills downstairs available to use and they are very nice, with gas line connection. Our steaks turned out amazing. There is also an ice maker downstairs available to use to fill our coolers for the day at the beach. Hallways, grounds, pool are well kept and very clean. It is a gated property, so no strangers are wondering, very safe! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Overall, our stay was great. They need to replace the mattresses in the suite rooms because they have dips in them. The toilet in the master bath rocked, and the shower would fill up due to slow drainage. All fixable things.

Our stay here was beyond our expectations! The condo is absolutely gorgeous and the views of the sunrise and sunset, the bay and the beach were spectacular.
We had a couple of minor appliance issues, but those were immediately addressed to our satisfaction. The host was always available, either by phone or text.
We would definitely stay here again! It was a lovely week with family.
I would give this condo 10 stars if I could!

Only a few things wrong with the property. A. The toilets are not made for older or obese people. Please replace with handicapped toilets. B. The water drains out slowly in the master shower. C. The deck chairs on the balcony on the gulf side are broken. D. The breaker for the overhead lights and ceiling fans for the bedrooms pops about once a day. E. For the price of this rental cable TV should be included. F. All in all except for the small inconvenience's a great place to stay.

The views from this property are spectacular! We had plenty of room for game play, jigsaw puzzles and chilling in the evening and a well stocked kitchen for cooking in. Easy walk to the beach and quick responses from the property manager. Would definitely book again.

This is our second time staying in 708 at the Florencia. We have stayed in another unit two prior years in the same building. Everything was great but the place needs maintenance. This is the second year the ice machine did not work and the clothes dryer took a long time to dry anything. This was the first year the security gate was wide open the entire week. We assumed it was being maintenanced. The gates to the back docks were not activated until the last nite. Our passcode would not work which was disappointing since it was our last nite there and we enjoyed walking out and watching fish at nite. Overall a great place and we will be back again next year.

Property was beautiful, needed some maintenance. Dryer took at least 2 1/2 hours each load to dry, balcony furniture poorly constructed, some sliding balcony door handles were broke, could have used dryer fixed for sure. Other than maintenance not attended, condo was great

The location was great, very easy access to the beach, fantastic view and a really well kept condo. The master bathroom shower was probably one of our favorite parts of the condo....3 shower heads! If you are looking for a clean, beautifully decorated, well furnished condo for you vacation, do not pass this one up. It has a beautiful view of the ocean and lagoon, wonderful seating outside to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. We had an amazing stay and will be back!

I've stayed at Crystal Tower before, but this condo was by far the best one we rented. The end unit was fabulous and the sunsets from the 19th floor can't be beat! The unit was clean and had everything we could possibly need. It was exactly as depicted in the pictures.The pools and hot tubs were clean and very nice and we all enjoyed our stay.

The condo was very nice and had beautiful views. It was very clean and the condo facility and pools were nice. The beach is a short walk and wasn't very crowded. The check in process was frustrating. Check in is "after 3" and we arrived shortly after 3. Our condo wasn't ready. We have experienced this several times before, it's no problem and we usually just use the pool facility until the room is ready. The management company refused to let us on the property until our condo was ready. They kept holding on to the "check in is after 3 not at 3". This is a ridiculous policy. There were a couple of maintenance issues during the stay. The management Team handled those quickly and professionally. The check in was the only issue.

Loved having laundry room and the bonus beach items were very appreciated (especially beach cart, chairs & boards).The check-in/check-out process is as easy and stress free as any I have ever experienced :)Parking is plentiful too.All pools are great, but beach front pool is spectacular!!!Enclosed walkway across street makes you feel as if you are not even a street across from oceanfront. It has room for everyone (we had 4 adults, 2 teenagers and a 2-year-old) to be comfortable and 3 1/2 bathrooms suited our family so well. The kitchen is great with everything you need. The furnishings are beautiful and the views of the river from the balcony are amazing! especially at sunset. The location is great, not far from anything but, you still feel secluded. The walk across the road to the beach is a little far but just take everything you will need and stay all day, the sand is beautiful, and the location is not at all crowded so you can spread out and have fun. We certainly consider this to be one of the best places we have stayed. The property is secure and so pretty! Beautiful pools and landscaping, it does not disappoint!

This was my kids' first time experiencing the ocean/beach life and they're in love! Even on the rainy days (every day, but only for a little bit each day) they loved the condo and had a blast. The owner provided boogie boards, pool toys, a yard cart for transportation down to the beach and lawn chairs. My only gripe is that I had emailed prior to our travels (from Iowa) and asked if any of that would be in the room. The response I got basically just said "it is not required for the owners to provide those items." Which is totally fine but we wouldn't have wasted time and valuable space by packing our own stuff had we known. Still VERY generous to provide all of those things! The condo itself is gorgeous! We would love to come back and stay in the same room someday!

The views from this property are truly outstanding, especially being a corner unit. As for WiFi, we had multiple computers connected for work/personal stuff and it worked well. I also appreciated the detailed checkout instructions, as those can be vague sometimes. We would certainly stay here again.

Would there were more details regarding the post Sally work being done but overall a good stay. Clean and spacious condo with beautiful water views. Would have been great views of the gulf from the master and balcony were it not for the plastic sheaths running down that part of the building. Horrible wind noises blowing against the plastic. But a lovely place to stay. Well kept grounds, good parking and very nice indoor and outdoor pool. Would stay here again.

We had a great time and enjoyed the beautiful well equipped condo. The property had all the amenities needed to enjoy our vacation. The fishing was great off the dock and the kids loved the indoor pool for an evening swim. The outdoor grill space was wonderful for our stake and fish dinner. The short walk to the beautiful beach was nice. Cant wait to visit the Florencia again.

We had a wonderful time at the this unit. Fantastic complex and unit. The unit was very spacious and had everything one would need to make your vacation complete. I would highly recommend this unit.

Our extended family of 9 stayed here the first week of August. The pictures didn't tell the correct picture. It was better than the pictures ! The condo was beautiful. The beach was not crowded and it was very quiet and peaceful. I recommend it highly. We have stayed in Orange Beach area for over 20 years and this was by far the nicest and spacious condo for the money on the gulf. The 4 bedrooms were perfect for our family. Hope to come back next year.
