Great place to stay. Large living and kitchen nicely furnished. Will definitely book again. Only issues I had with listing is it doesn't give information on the 3 guest bathrooms and the wrap around balcony is not accurate. But the balcony is very large and well furnished

Our multiple family vacation was very enjoyable because of the size and cleanliness of this condo. Of course we LOVED the amenities of Phoenix West ll. We did have trouble with the dryer but, after we reported it, it was repaired the following day. The 2 large chairs in the TV area do need to be replaced. However, it was very nice to be able for everyone to spread out and enjoy our time together. The large balcony area was fantastic for our grandkids and had lots of seating.

The building was perfect to let the kids go off on their own & not worry about them. The location was perfect because there were groceries and stores a mile away in one direction and a beautiful state park one mile away in the opposite direction. There are great restaurants & a seafood market within walking distance. There was plenty of parking plus an outdoor pool, indoor pool, lazy river and the beach all right there. We used the grills outside & there were 15-20 with plenty of tables for hanging out while the food was cooking. The balcony was huge with plenty of seating overlooking the lazy river & beach. We loved that every room has its own bathroom plus a half bath in the hallway! This place is everything we hoped it would be!

How do you not enjoy sitting on the balcony with some very adult beverages with 3 old (and I do mean old) college friends. Telling stories, watching the pelocans and the waves. I never turnes on the TV in my room.

We just returned from a lovely stay at the Phoenix West II, Condo 501. Our travel party consisted of two moms and five 18-year old high school senior guys. The property was beautiful and as described on the website. Check in was a breeze, the rental company staff was courteous and quick to address a minor issue ( heavy storms blowing a screen off of a sliding door). The condo was plenty spacious with just the 7 of us and we loved that every bedroom had an en suite bath. There was plenty of table space for dining (and nightly poker games!), the kitchen had all the gadgets we needed, and the VIEW! Wow! I could just stare out the window all day. The complex was convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. On site there are tennis and basketball courts, indoor/outdoor pools, a gym, and small gaming area. There is also a lazy River with slide and small cafe both of which appear to be being repaired following the recent hurricane. To sum up, as soon as we got home I told my husband ... next time we go to Orange Beach we are renting unit 501!

This condo is so beautiful! Very clean and decorated so beautiful. Some of the previous reviews stated that the guest bedrooms were full size beds. Unless they have been changed out, all of ours were queen beds. Lovely floor plan, and the spacious balcony was so nice. Everyone had a place to sit. You will definitely love this unit!

The only problem we had was the ice maker, it leaked water into the bedroom , so we had machines going during our whole stay, a little inconvenient.

We enjoyed everything about this unit except the fact that we only rented this one because it said it slept 12 comfortably. There are 4 bedrooms, 1 king and 3 full size beds. Then we were under the impression that there were 2 fold out couches. There was 1 fold out queen size bed in the couch and 1 twin size fold out bed in the chair in the living area. If we had of all been adults, someone would have had to sleep in the floor. We had to put 3 of the kids on the queen pull out. The bedroom furniture was nice but the living room could use an update. We loved the wrap around large balcony that overlooked the lazy river and ocean. One arm on a chair on the balcony is broken (pretty sure it is just missing a screw.) Every bedroom does have a sliding door you can open to step out on very small balcony that most do not have. The unit had everything we could have possibly needed to cook bake etc. It has a large pantry with dishwasher and washer and dryers. It is a very large living space, plenty of room to move around with 12 people and convenient to the parking garage/elevators/trash chute. All in all we enjoyed our stay but will have to find another unit if we all 12 go again.

The condo sleeping arrangements are 1 King, 3 Queens, a Queen Sofa Sleeper and a Full Sofa sleeper, that is where the 12 occupancy comes from. We apologize if there was some mix up. Unit 501 was a nice as pictured. Loved the level so you could see the porpoises clearly that swam by almost every day. Was a great week and we will certainly consider it another year if we can make the trip again.

The condo was awesome!! It was clean, comfortable ,and beautiful. The view was spectacular!!! and the fire works was as well. We will make plans to visit again soon.

We loved the condo! It was comfortable and beautiful. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and remaining involved in the good times in the living space. Every room had comfortable beds and linens with the bonus of a personal bathroom attached to each room. The views were fantastic from EVERY room. We had a great time and plan to re-visit.

The condo was perfect! There was ample room for our group of 7 adults and 3 children. Everyone was able to stretch out, gather in the fabulous great room, or retreat for quiet time in the beautifully appointed bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, dishes, cookware, and cutlery, and there were even enough insulated tumblers for the whole group. I can't say enough about the balcony patio!!! Beautiful views, including the sunset over the Gulf State Park. The parking garage was a great plus, and the property amenities were wonderful. We did learn that early morning and late afternoon are the best times to beat the crowds at the lazy river, but even when crowded it was fun and relaxing.

Wonderful condo! Our family cooked several meals in the well equipped kitchen. We had no complaints staying here. The 5th floor was a great floor in the building. The decor was tasteful, furniture was comfortable and the bedding was super comfy. The pools, lazy river and beach access were perfect! Phoenix West II is in a great location too! We will be coming back for sure next year! The indoor pool was a huge hit with the whole family for evening swimming.

Our family was there during spring break. Upon first entering the condo, we were all in awe of the fabulous views of the ocean from the den & kitchen area. it was breathtaking! The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated and HUGE! The beds were very comfortable, and having a bathroom attached to each bedroom was a true luxury. Our teenagers had a blast in the lazy river, and we could watch them from our balcony. Having hot tubs located on our floor was convenient as we found ourselves visiting them often. Parking was plentiful and we used all three parking passes that were included with the rental. We will return to this unit over and over again. It was perfect!
