Phoenix X 903 is a spacious three bedroom, two bathroom condo on the 9th floor that sleeps ten. This beautifully updated unit features a large open floor plan with stunning beach views from both the kitchen and living room.

The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, a flat screen TV, and access to a private balcony overlooking the Gulf. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a traditional drip coffee maker, a wine fridge, and a dining table for shared meals.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, a new flat screen TV, a walk in closet, a sliding door to the balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with double granite vanities and a walk in shower. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, a small flat screen TV with a DVD player, and private access to the guest bathroom. The third bedroom has two full sized beds along with a large flat screen TV and DVD player.

The guest bathroom offers a granite double vanity and a shower and tub combination. A new leather sofa in the living room serves as a queen sleeper sofa, providing additional sleeping space.
