This condo is awesome! Everything was very clean, the kitchen was stocked with all kinds of dishes and cooking items you may need. There were starter packs of dish soap, dishwasher pods and laundry soap and bathroom items. The view from the balcony was beautiful with comfortable sitting areas. We had absolutely no issues and loved our stay!

What a great find! The ocean was a stones throw away from our balcony with beautiful sunrise views and sunset!! The condo was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. We live about an hour and a half away in the Destin area and wanted to take a short weekend away. The property was just as listed - easy check-in, great comms with owner, very clean unit (which is important to us) and beautiful sunrise balcony. The furniture was comfortable and clean, unit was decorated nice and the balcony furniture was excellent. The parking was as expected but definitely no guest parking available even for a couple of hours unless you buy an additional parking pass and if you don't there isn't any off-site parking close. Security is on site and very attentive and helpful. We are considering bringing our grandson over for a weekend of fishing off the jetty. Thanks for a great weekend.

The balcony and furniture were covered in a layer of dust when we arrived, and had workers on it another day, making it inaccessible to us. The pool was also closed because of this work. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was everything it said it was and more! This balcony might be my favorite place in all of Orange Beach. It felt completely private and there were boats, birds, and an occasional dolphin to watch all day. We went during Spring Break and it was still such a quiet place to be. It isn't much of a walking town so appreciated how easy it was to get in/out of parking lot and we never had to wait for elevators. The condo was immaculate and had so many cooking supplies. The stove looked like it had never been used! I would recommend bringing tinfoil/parchment paper, salt & pepper, and extra shampoo and TP if staying more than a weekend. We received a text when our condo was ready and another the next day to make sure it was good, which was a nice touch. The outdoor pool isn't heated but there is a small hot tub. My kids didn't really enjoy the indoor pool but I don't know why. I would definitely come back.

If you love boats stay at this condo. Best sunrise views ever. Very clean and comfortable with fast elevators. Outside of building needed power washed but grounds were in perfect shape. Amazing beach front that we would come back to.

We loved this condo! We had a front row seat to all the boats coming in and out of harbor and could look down the beach and still see waves coming in. Everything was clean and well equipped. Nice condo! Nice area! Plenty of boats to watch. The liquid life crew was not very personable but other than that things were great! Highly recommend the room!

LOCK WAS BROKEN, CALLED (TWICE) TO HAVE IT FIXED... IT STILL WAS NOT WORKING. DID NOT FEEL SAFE AT NIGHT AND DIDN'T FEEL LIKE I COULD LEAVE ANYTHING OF VALUE WHILE I WAS OUT.

The property was very clean, and everything was up to date. The décor was very nice. We enjoyed the balcony, it was nice watching the boats going in and out of Perdido Pass. The outdoor pool was very well kept, as well as all the grounds. We would definitely stay there again!!

We absolutely loved it !!! Great view and walking distance to some awesome places !!!! Loved the pool area wasn’t ever packed.
