The balcony was absolutely gorgeous. The furniture was so nice and such a great opportunity to spend time outside at a large table that not only allowed for eating, but also for playing games, etc. Of course the view was also great.

We found this condo to be extremely nice. Everything was clean and neat. Beds were comfortable. Liked having quilted comforter over the polyester kind (breathable!) and smelled clean! Loved that there was a recliner. Kitchen amazed us in that it was so well equipped; such as, mixer, mixing bowls, nice electric griddle, anything you could think of! Loved all the sliding doors and wraparound balcony (every room had access). Location is excellent. Only issue we had, which was solved immediately, was that the guard was not at the booth when we checked in at 4:00 and when I did find him he tried to charge us 50 for parking. One call to Liquid Life straighten that out immediately. The parking pass was on the kitchen counter in a little box of info. Hope to get this condo again & again!!

Loved this cute little condo. No parking garage hassle, elevators were fast, massive balcony with plenty of sitting for entire group, beds slept great and no gate code for the pool/beach area to have to worry with. The electric hurricane shutters made it possible for us to sit on the balcony during rain without getting soaked. The owners were quick to respond with any questions I had. I will definitely stay here again!

Great location. Indoor pool ideal in chilly or inclement weather. Outdoor pool is extra cold it seems. Kiddie pool perfect for the toddler crowd. Easy access to a wide, soft sandy beach. Chair vendors nearby. Perfect.

The property was beautiful & as described. We especially love the large balcony. The sofas aren't very comfortable, but most of our time was outside so it wasn't an issue. I'm glad I took toilet paper. 1 roll per bathroom for 6 people doesn't go very far. A better variety of skillets in the kitchen would also be nice. Check out was at 10am & when my husband loaded the car & came back up to the unit at 9:30 to get the last of our things, he was locked out. If I wasn't still in the unit it would've been an issue. All in all, it was great! Would definitely stay there again.

Unit was very nice. Beds were comfy. Views were tremendous and the balcony was large. Probably time for new living room furniture or it could use a good cleaning but that is really all that could use some attention. Would definitely stay again.

My husband and I stayed with our two kids (ages 3 and 9) and best friend with daughter (age 11) and had a wonderful stay! The kids fit in the twin bed room with our little guy camped out on the floor and the adults got their own rooms. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with all essential pots/pans/baking dishes/etc and it was so convenient to have a washer and dryer so we didn’t return from vacation with mounds of laundry. We packed all of the essentials for cooking as we read there wasn’t anything left behind by other guests. We also brought extra kitchen towels which I recommend as there were only 2 provided. The freezer has an ice maker which we loved - we had plenty for our cooler every morning and it was plenty full for evening drinks. The patio was amazing and wrapped around to all bedrooms. The storm shutters made it a safe place for the younger kiddo to play if we were not outside and helped the patio stay cool when the sun was setting. Bonus - it made the master pitch black for sleeping in (as much as you can sleep in with kids). Could the couch be more comfortable? Yes. Could there have been a few more throw blankets to make it cozier to snuggle up on? Sure. But honestly, we didn’t spend much time in front of the television. The beach is gorgeous, the indoor and outdoor pools were a huge hit, and we were all so tired by the end of the day that lounging in the couch wasn’t much of a thing. We would definitely book here again!

Our view included Beautiful white sand beaches and a big pool. The condo was a little cramped with too much furniture but manageable. Maintenance issues were addressed quickly. Don't pay $55 for an extra parking pass - you can get one for $30 at the security gate.

Our stay was a good one with a couple of exceptions. The first night we arrived, the TV in the master bedroom did not work and the dryer did not work. We contacted the company and they came out The next day and was able to fix the TV, but they were not able to fix the dryer. We were not able to dry clothes during our stay. The company did send out a person to pick up our clothes to dry them, but we paid for a washer and dryer for a reason, and we Bethany we should receive a discount for not having a dryer.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had 7 people in all and had plenty of room. The location was great, close to several restaurants, grocery stores, etc. It was very easy to just walk straight to the beach from the condo. I loved the fact that the security guards were very attentive and walked the grounds a lot. My ONLY real complaint was the fact that I couldn’t really enjoy the wonderful patio. The property door was doing balcony work and Jack hammering and making lots of noise the entire time we were there. It was by no means our property’s fault but I learned to ask about any work being done. I would definitely come back!

My mom, sister, and I enjoyed our condo at Pelican Pointe. It was as advertised. Very easy check in and the property was clean. We liked the fact there’s a security guard on the premises and a security gate. We felt very safe. We had a beautiful corner condo with a fabulous view! The only complaint we had was the construction next door. It was quite annoying and loud. Hopefully that will be completed soon for travelers this summer. Other than the noise from construction, our stay was great. We would definitely book this unit again.

We can't say enough about this wonderful condo! We spent most of our time on the huge balcony with the best views of the beach and gulf. Very comfortable furniture on the balcony and throughout the condo. The condo is decorated with tasteful beach decor. We were impressed with the nice selection of cookware, dishes and serving pieces. The complex is very nice and clean. Huge pool with plenty of chairs is a plus! We also enjoyed the hot tub and indoor pool. Very convenient that we could get a large bag of ice from the machine by the elevator on the first floor! We enjoyed walking to souvenir shops that were nearby, as well as other shops like Dollar General. We are already looking forward to our next vacation here!

The location was excellent. The unit was very nice and had a large balcony. However, maintenance crews were working on our balcony and the ones above and below. So every day you had workers standing on scaffolding at balcony height. It wasn't too bad noisy but just restricting somewhat.

This unit at Pelican Pointe was exceptional! It is beautifully decorated and inviting. The unit was spotless! It is a corner unit, so it has a huge balcony that wraps around and a nice table to eat at, plus 2 loungers. Beds are very comfortable, closets are large. Plenty of bathroom storage too. We had a small issue with the lock on the balcony door and the over door/light, and the management company was incredibly responsive and quick, sending someone out within an hour to fix the issues. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it!

This condo is on the end so water pools outside of the front door when it rains. We were also told we would get 2 parking passes but right before we arrived it was changed to 1. We had two families staying in the condo so it was a huge inconvenience for us to park one car offsite each night and go back to get it. Not to mention the parking lot was only half full and could have accommodated more vehicles.

Family vacation with my husband and three children ages 13,11,4. The condo was exceptionally clean and the master bed and pillows were very comfortable. Kids are used to sleeping on memory foam mattresses, and the other beds are spring mattresses. We enjoyed our meals at the large balcony table and the kitchen was well equipped. Master bathroom was small, but the shower was amazing with plenty of room and great water pressure from the rainforest shower head. Condo to the west blocks the view up the beach, but the wrap around balcony provides a nice view of the city as well. We spent most of our time at the condo on the large and well furnished balcony. Beach front in front of the condo was much less crowded than the beach to either side, we we thoroughly enjoyed our time on the less crowded beach. We used beach service one day and used our own chairs and umbrellas the other days to be closer to the water. Glad we brought our own beach toys as there are not any at the condo like some places have. There are lots of paperback books to read and some board games. Plenty of carts available to get your luggage up to the unit. Overall it was a great value and wonderful stay. I was going to say that I wish there were pictures to let me know how the view to the right of the balcony was blocked with another condo and you cannot see see up the beach, but then I might have kept scrolling and missed out on all the other wonderful things this place had to offer. It truly is a great condo and we had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay. Although we had threatening weather at the beginning of the weekend everything turned out great. The spacious condo allowed my teens to have privacy and the big family room and kitchen were great places for us to enjoy some meals together. We will be back next year!! This is a very clean condo. It is within walking distance to stores and restaurants. It’s a very bustling location. The beach is unbelievably clean and beautiful. The beds are comfortable with extra soft additional blankets and pillows. The best thing is the relaxing porch with an incredible view. Access to beach is easy. You can only park one car, because of construction. They are very polite to help you pay to park your car off site. It’s a great place. I highly recommend.

Our family’s first time visiting Orange Beach was phenomenal mainly because we stayed at an amazing beachfront condo! Everything was as described and somewhat better. Perfect location convenient to everything. The breathtaking views and cleanliness of the condo made our trip wonderful and safe. One minor problem with the dishwasher on the last day but the property immediately placed a maintenance call. Overall we were extremely pleased and thankful we chose this condo!!!

Wonderful time overall. My only complaint was that we did not realize there was was no smoking on the grounds we expected it in the condos themselves,but had to leave the entire property for my sister to smoke You should emphasize this in your discriptions.

We enjoyed our stay very much but every time I turned around, we were getting warnings for the least little things. I would however stay again. I also think each unit should be able to park 2 cars without purchasing another parking pass.

This is our 4th trip to the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area. We always stay in different places. This condo was by far the BEST! Kitchen was well stocked with plenty supplies (bring extra trash bags and paper towels). We spent more time sitting on the balcony furniture than we did inside because the view is gorgeous and the seating outside is perfect. This condo was the right size for our group of four adults and three kiddos. Only two hiccups worth mentioning... we needed a second parking pass. We went by the Liquid Life office, as instructed, to get the second pass. They were out of parking passes and told us to get with the security guard for the pass. No worries... but the guard was on patrol each time we checked the guard shack so there was a bit of anxiety to hunt down the guard so our car wouldn’t get towed overnight. Second... the gate code we were provided by Liquid Life to enter the property was not correct. We had to call and cars were pulling in behind us. Between that and the parking pass, the beginnings of our vacation were a bit stressful but once we got into the condo, it was so awesome that stress just melted away. The rest of the vacation went smooth. We would for sure stay here again and even with the bumps in the check-in process, we would use Liquid Life for future stays.

Condo was very spacious and clean, with all the needed amenities. The location was great! We had 3 adults and 3 young children and there was so much room for all of us plus all the obnoxious baby gear we had in tow! Would very highly recommend this property to others. Water was unseasonably rough while we were there, but otherwise it was a perfect vacation! Can’t wait to go back!

Had a wonderful vacation March 2019! Rooms were nice size and everything was comfy! Great location! If there was only one thing that we didn't care for it was the parking. There was plenty of it but if you have a friend coming to see you they do not give guest passes. This was really difficult. All our friends were at places you could get a guest pass that was good till 10pm. At this location our friends had to park at Walmart and we had to pick them up. Now, if you have no one you meeting up with this would work great for you.

This property was very beautifully decorated! It had an amazing view as well! Beds were comfy and had plenty of linens. It had all the necessities as well. My only complaint (which is very minor) is that I wish they had a mop available. Floors needed a good scrub (with a crawling infant it was obvious) so we purchased a cheap mop to clean them. Everything else was very clean! We spent a lot of time out in the balcony since they had very nice outdoor furniture. We plan to return and would recommend this condo to any and everyone!

Each room has access to the wrap around deck with ocean view, which is awesome. The condo is absolutely beautiful, the decor, the furniture, everything is wonderful. The kitchen had all the utensils and pots/pans/dishes we needed to cook most meals in. The indoor pool and hot tub were a favorite place for the young kids but the beach was by far the favorite. The sand is so soft and there were shells for the kids to find. The area is so convenient with grocery stores right across the street and tons of local places to eat and shop at within walking distance. We had a wonderful family vacation!

There is a close by bike rental place, where we rode bikes for an afternoon, which was lots of fun. I would highly recommend this condo!!
