We ran into an issue at our first rental. Liquid life worked with us to get us into another rental quickly, even on the weekend of July 4th. We appreciate their efficiency! Our last location, Summerhouse, was very clean and beautiful. We enjoyed our stay.

this property was great! place was clean and there was plenty of room for us . we loved that we had two separate balcony’s, and we took advantage of the grills by the pool for dinner. and the short walk to the beach was perfect!

Very impressed with the condo as a whole. Some people complained about lack of toilet and paper towels. Walmart is 2 min away, and was no big deal to get some extra. Plenty of towels. Description says 1 set per bathroom. But we had 2 full sets per bathroom. Beach was so close! The entire stay was wonderful. Also there were plenty of blankets on the beds, which was also a review concern

We had a good time in Orange Beach at the Romar Lake Condominiums. 301E was setup well for our family with three bedrooms. There were plenty of extras and towels, and the walk to the beach was short and easy. There is a nearby Walmart Market and a Publix.The stove is an older model but in good working order. We enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was just as described. It had plenty of room for the 7 of us. The location was great. It was just a short walk to the beach( the crosswalk for the beach was literally right across the street). We liked that they had fans as we forgot ours at home. We would definitley stay here again.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Only 3 complaints we had. 1. The king bed in the master bedroom was VERY noisy. It definitely needed a new box spring, getting in and out of it and just moving was extremely noisy. 2. We never could locate the router nor connect to the WiFi. Property manager told us where it was located but it was not where they said it was. And the WiFi network name and password that was on the link never worked. 3. Dryer took a very long time to dry the towels. Other than that (all manageable things) the location was great! Beach access was easily located and property was clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The condo was perfect. Two very large balconies with cute views of the marsh and lots of space between the bedrooms making making it feel extra private. Very clean. Easy drive to local restaurants, beaches and markets. The only down side being there were only two rolls of toilet paper provided, two trash bags, one dishwasher pod and no simple spices for cooking like salt and pepper. Overall the stay was still perfect and we would come back again!

We really enjoyed the condo. We had breakfast every morning on the balcony and watch the wildlife. The house was very nice. Lots of space for all of us. The short walk across the road to the beach was very nice. When we first walked in you could tell the house had been cleaned. You could smell it. it was nice to have a broom and mop because we used it every day to get rid of sand and to just re clean the floor. There is no outside shower, so all the sand comes in with you. The condo was stocked with all the kitchen stuff that we needed which was great. The dishwasher stopped working one day and we text them and it was fixed when we came back from dinner. We also had to text them for the wifi password. It was not posted anywhere in the condo. They were very helpful. A few things that was bother was the king bed was as hard as a brick, not only did me and husband think so but so did my 6-year-old. There where tiny ants all over the kitchen that we kept killing. (We did not leave anything out for them) The shower pressure was not great and was really hard to get sand off of you. Whatever kind of cleaning material they were using for the floor did not come up Easly because it made our feet and socks black. We did think they should stock salt and pepper since its common things in a house people do not think about. Other than the few things that we just dealt with and where not a huge deal to us. We had a great time. We really enjoyed the stay and would stay again. Hopefully the bed is broken in better.

This was our second visit to Orange Beach. The condo was comfortable and clean. We did find a couple of cockroaches in the living room. We were there 3 nights and we had to buy toilet papers. The coffee pot lid would not stay on and spilled. And there were no filters. Otherwise it was a nice condo.

King, queen, queen, sofabed all beds comfortable. Nice view of wildlife on back deck, alligators, turtles, and yes rabbits. 5 min walk to beach. Elevator to 3rd floor for those who can't do steps. Very clean comfortable, great for families.

We truly enjoyed our stay at 301 East Romar Lakes. The complex had easy access to the beach across the road, and the pool was enjoyable by all. The condo had everything that we needed and was well stocked with the basics. We ate our every evening, but we could have cooked in if we had wanted to. This condo fit our family well, and I believe we received a good price for a great place. We will certainly stay here again.

This condo was so comfy and in a great location. It was very roomy and very clean for our family vacation. We highly recommend this condo for anyone's vacation. The property management team were very responsive and kind. This condo is located just a short walk across to the beach and within a short distance to local restaurants and walmart. We will definitely be visiting Romar Lakes in our future.

This was our first time to Orange Beach and I don't think it will be our last! The condo was much bigger than expected. The living room is one of the most spacious I've stayed in. The Jack and Jill bathroom between the two spare rooms was nice as well! The beach access was great. A bit of a haul if taking too many items along, but otherwise quite convenient. The pool is a great size with plenty of seating around it and nice/clean bathrooms. Overall a wonderful stay for my family of three and another family of four!

I loved my stay in Orange beach in the condo I rented. The condo was beautiful and in a great area not far from anything. The condo had everything I needed from pots and pans to soap, towels, cable and also Netflix etc. No one bothered us except maintenance who keeps the place up to date!lol I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone!

Our stay at Orange Beach was wonderful! The condo was even better than expected...it was beautiful, clean, and everything we needed. The walk to the beach was not too bad, especially when we discovered that we could leave our stuff (chairs and umbrella) on the beach so all we had to carry each day was our towels and cooler! Wendy was wonderful to work with, letting us know so much information ahead of time. (Thank you, Wendy!) I would definitely recommend this place to friends and relatives. I hope we'll be able to return ourselves. One of the best places we found to eat was Wolf Bay Lodge.

Great condo for a family trip! Nicely decorated, very clean and a great location! Description and pictures were accurate for the condo as well as the property, both are well maintained. Will go back and definitely would recommend to others! Only drawback is that there are a few older year round residents who like it quiet, so if you have lots of children like me you might take that into consideration. Boys enjoyed the "lake" behind us for fishing.

The condo was cleas and decorated very nicely. It was very spacious. The owners thought of everything to make us feel right at home. My mother did not want to leave. I am sure we will be coming back again soon. Also the location was great, loved being able to walk across the street to the beach and next door to Wintzells....

I took my family to Orange Beach about 3 weeks ago. I fell in love with Mrs. Wendy's place when I first saw the pictures. Let me just say, these pictures do not do this place justice! It was absolutely lovely! There are 2 balconies. One is located just off of the dining area and the other is located just off the queen bedroom. The owner was very sweet and accomodating. The condo had everything we needed and was very spacious. The shower fixture in the hall bathroom was so AMAZING that I had my husband pick one up when we got back home. The condo is located just down the road from the grocery/dollar store for accessible provisions. Everything was great and we're looking forward to going back again next year.

My kids and their friends stayed the week of Spring Break (April 18-24). We loved it! Had plenty of room where we weren't on top of each other. We chose to come at the last minute and Wendy was wonderful to help us out with a place to stay. Very great place for a family vacation. We had a girls trip and had a GREAT time staying at this condo - never did see an alligator though. There were 6 of us, the bedrooms were spacious and so was the rest of the condo, there was room for 3 more. Our Family stayed at this Unit Labor Day Weekend Sept 2007. This 3br/2ba condo was very nice & clean with alot of room to roam. It is located right next to Ruby Tuesdays which made it nice for eating and also nearby many other desired locations close in range. The kids loved the pool which has a restroom there so no need to run back up to condo. My Family and I stayed in Jimmy and Wendy's home away from home the end of March 08' and not only did they make renting a condo extremely enjoyable they have an amazing unit that is extremely well taken care of. It is a corner unit with great views of the backwater (alligators and turtles galor) and breathtaking views of the Gulf just across the road and through the condos across the way. We could not have imagined that being across the road could have been so perfect but it was better than perfect.
