Welcome to Extra R and R, a spacious beach house designed for unforgettable group getaways. This four bedroom, two and a half bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to sixteen guests and features a private fenced pool, making it perfect for large families or groups traveling together.

Inside, the living room offers plenty of comfortable seating and a sofa sleeper, creating a welcoming space to relax after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large dining table, providing everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals together.

The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed for comfort and flexibility. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed. The third bedroom includes another king bed, and the fourth bedroom is ideal for kids or groups with two full over full bunk beds, allowing up to eight guests to sleep comfortably in this room. A washer and dryer are available in the home for added convenience.

Step outside to enjoy the private patio with ample seating and a flat screen TV, all overlooking the fenced in private pool. Outdoor games, including a large Connect Four and cornhole boards, add even more fun for guests of all ages. Whether you are lounging poolside, grilling out, or gathering with family and friends, Extra R and R offers the perfect blend of space, comfort, and entertainment for an unforgettable beach getaway.

This house is dog-friendly! A non-refundable pet fee of $150 applies for guests bringing a dog. Please notify our office in advance if you plan to bring one. This unit allows a maximum of two dogs. There is a dog-friendly beach down Fort Morgan.

CLEAN BED PROMISE

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
