This listing was exactly as described. The condo was extremely clean. Great pool and beach access. Easy check in and check out instructions. The kitchen had everything we could have ever needed!

The condo was beautiful! Plenty of space, the view from the balcony was amazing! Got to see dolphins 😁. The carts for groceries and luggage were easy accessible. The walk to and from beach/pools were easy. Had a couple maintenance issues but property management took care of them and made it right. Will definitely be back again!

The property in and of itself was wonderful. Beautiful beachfront views. All of us enjoyed the cleanliness and beauty of the property. We had 7 of us and it was great. The only downside was the neighbors, whether owners or vacationers I have no idea, would be out smoking on the balcony as early as 5:30 AM and then throughout the morning and day so we couldn't really enjoy the ocean air from the balcony. I am an early riser and so it didn't help. I spoke to the onsite property group and they said smoking on the balconies was not allowed, but rather than try and police the neighbors we just put our attention elsewhere as the area is so beautiful.

Check in process was very easy with good communication with the staff. Location was convenient to local shops and restaurants. The condo layout was very nice and roomy. There were a few things a would recommend to the cleaning staff. The master shower had mold/mildew in the bottom of the tile. The bed sheets on the pull out sofa had not been cleaned and had food and sand all over them. They had a clean bed sheet guarantee slip laying on the kitchen table when we arrived. So we were disappointed about the sheets on the pullout sofa being dirty.Other than that we really liked the condo. Just needed to be cleaned better.

Our time at Phoenix VII 1112 was wonderful. The condo was clean and had the best equipped kitchen of any condo we’ve ever stayed in. The property itself was easy to find and well maintained. It was centrally located to all restaurants, stores, and attractions. Check-in and check-out procedures were both easy, and we were able to get in touch with our hosts if we needed anything at all. We had an excellent vacation with our family of 5.

The room was a perfect size for the 9 of us. The beds were comfy and the unit was decorated nicely. The kitchen was well stocked with things we needed. The only complaints I have is there was not enough towels for all of us and we had to do several loads of laundry to keep them washed. And I didn't realize we would have to pay $110 for 2 parking passes.

This condo is amazing, beautifully decorated, and clean. The beds slept comfortably. It was a very spacious unit with plenty of room for our family of 6. The property managers were amazing about checking on us throughout our stay. We even made a last minute decision to ask about an extra night because we didn't want to leave. They immediately responded and allowed us to stay. We had several family members staying in 3 other units on the property at the same time, and everyone agreed this unit was the BEST!

Nicely decorated with comfy beds and seating. Could have used more than 1 hand towel in each bathroom but everything was clean. Restaurants and shopping close by with many from which to choose. Be sure to note all the extra fees for booking. Parking pass was $55 which was a shock. Construction nearby was noisy at 7:00 am. But view was awesome and people were very friendly. Overall, it was a great vacation.

This property was well described and accurate. It was clean and updated nicely. In a side note, there is a coffee maker (basket liners) with a Keurig. There were also beach chairs and umbrellas available for use. We had the best seafood at Docs on Canal Road. Would recommend and stay here again.

We maxed out the quantity of sleepers with 10 adults. There were just enough towels and space for all of us to be comfortable- though, the couple on the sofa sleeper definitely felt the bars, but that's par for the course. It was very clean and exactly what we needed! Our only wish was for more bathrooms, but that's expected when you have 10 adults and only 2 bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again.
