For the price of the unit compared to other similiar sized units, this unit was perfect for 2 families with 3 children. The layout was roomy and the children really enjoyed the bunk beds with the pull out trundle. The condo does have some aged cabinets, counters, and bath fixtures, but they were not deal breakers. The balcony was huge and the furniture provided made it easy to sit out and watch a sunrise/sunset. I would absolutely book this unit again.

We’re local and this was our first time at the Palms. Would 100% pick here again. We loved how NOT overwhelming the property was. Parking, elevators, halls, pools, beaches…none of it was crowded. I was kind of in shock 🤣 Everything was easy and this condo was immaculate. I hope to make this an annual trip for my family because it was a win across the board. Thank you Liquid Life!

Over all it was a nice place to stay,and we enjoyed it. The cleaning personnel needs to be more thorough, found a pair of underwear and a bathing suit that might have been there for a couple of weeks hanging in one of the bath rooms. Would visit this place again.

Beautiful and spacious condo for 5 adults. Close to restaurants, shopping and attractions. Property owners were quick to respond to a couple of needs we had while there. Short walk to the beach. My only complaint is that there is a significant amount of black mold on the walls and tile in the Master Bath. We also discovered black mold on the water dispenser in the refrigerator. Although no one in our group suffered from it but it should be treated.

Overall, our visit to the beach was a nice family getaway. With some minor repairs, (which were pointed out to management), this could be a fantastic condo. The Palms is a nice complex. Pool area is nice. Elevators quick and clean. Enjoyed the large balconies. Condo was quiet even in rooms facing the traffic.

The back bathroom needs work. The picture of the bunk beds in VRBO is inaccurate. The picture shows steps to the upper bunk which were good for our children. There was a ladder instead which was not good for small kids

Our family wanted a location that was conveniently located near beautiful hiking trails. This place delivered! The house was comfortable and quiet, clean and nice. Kitchen had lots of helpful items. Grocery store was close by. Even saw a deer in the backyard one morning. Perfect for a family wanting to get away from the business of the city.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall everything was wonderful. We only had 2 issues during our stay. We arrived to find that we had to pay an additional $33 for a second parking pass. We were under the impression (through rental page and emails) that the condo came with 2 parking spaces, so this extra expense came as a surprise. Also, when we arrived the condo had been cleaned except for the kitchen which had not been cleaned or swept and bags of trash, bags of towels, and toiletries were left on the counter in the kitchen (although we had received a text that our room was ready). The rental company had someone out within 2 hours to complete the cleaning. Everything else was top notch. We enjoyed the gorgeous condo, the beds were hotel quality and the view was wonderful. We look forward to staying here again.

When we got there, we were told we had to have a second parking pass and that parking pass cost $30. A three bedroom three bath condo and they only give you one parking pass. Then you have to go drive to the office to pick it up. If you can't even get two parking passes when you pay that much for a condo I consider that ridiculous. The living room balcony doors Would not open. Would not budge. I told them and they said they was in maintenance and no one ever came so every time we went outside to take all of our food to eat on the balcony we had to go out a bedroom door. The master bath shower Hutch Mall State Hills on some of the grout. The bathtub was cracked on the bottom.

We were able to check-in at 4:30. After unloading our car, I text about us not having our parking pass. I was told that they would bring them to us. We dressed and headed to the beach and as we were leaving, the man delivered our pass. For clarification: they ALLOW 2 parking passes BUT ONLY ONE COMES WITH THE CONDO. We immediately went to our cars to go purchase the second pass and already had a warning on our car of being towed/booted! There must be a disconnect with whoever is checking guests in and security. This wasn't a good experience.On the other hand, the condo itself was very nice. The only upgrade that I would recommend is the kitchen utensils.

!!!!Attention owner of this unit!!!Liquid Life management was terrible.1. I initially emailed asking if a slow cooker was in the unit and was told no. Upon arrival there was one. 2. Received phone call that unit was ready but master bath tub was out of operation and they didn't know the extent of the damage so tried to accommodate us another rental. This process was terrible. They were rude, non accommodating, made us feel like it was our problem, offered us other rentals that were not of the same caliber, expected us to drive around and look at other units since pictures weren't available (mind you I'm on vacation and not shopping for a house and don't want to drive around looking at condos), refused to offer us any unit that would be an upgrade and said they couldn't offer any discount for the inconvenience for not having a bathtub to use. We ended up staying with your rental but was out of a master tub for 2 days I'm supposed to be filling out a form for you to review. While the handyman was fixing the tub I never got one phone call from Liquid life letting us know any update nor did they check on us regarding the tub. We loved being right on the beach. There was plenty of room on the balcony for everyone to sit and enjoy the ocean! Inside the condo was beautifully decorated and again, plenty of room!The only problem was the ice maker. It never worked. When we told the people about it they sent a maintenance guy out rather quickly, but both times he thought he had fixed it, but unfortunately we never had ice! Other than that we had the perfect stay and will definitely be back!

Family vacation. Everyone enjoyed the week long stay! Grocery stores, gas stations, souvenir shops, restaurants and more nearby. We loved the condo and had more than enough room for the 8 of us and baby. Beach access was easy and convenient. We will be back!!!

Beautiful condo on the corner of building! Color selection in condo was so soothing. Everybody slept comfortably. Each bedroom had a door to the balcony.

The owners thought of everything from a fully stocked kitchen, luxury bedding in all three bedrooms and modern furnishings throughout. Waking up each morning to a glorious view of the Gulf was the perfect way to start the day. Sunrise to Sunset. Opening all of the huge floor to ceiling doors allowing the wind from the beach to flow inside was another plus! It was genuinely one of our all time favorite condos and we plan to return!
