Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were trying to book this place on the site VRBO and it just spun never worked. Found the phone number for Coastal Properties and spoke with Vicki ( she was so helpful and kind)booked it in just minutes. We arrived a few hours before check in so we went to eat at our favorite place Tacky Jack's Orange Beach, and went to do some shopping. I received a phone call from Sherry ( she was also so kind and helpful), condo was ready earlier than expected. It was an awesome check in, We didn't have any issues with the condo. Perfect view. The washer and dryer were a little bit loud but we were used to that cause we have a loud washer and dryer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great month in the rental. The only issues were with the washer and dryer and vacuum. The washer and dryer were very loud and made banging noises. They did wash and dry our clothes fine, but the dryer took an extraordinary amount of time to dry the clothes. The vacuum did not seem to have a lot of suction. It did not work on the carpet very well. While we enjoyed the rental, we may want to be further away from the elevator in the future.

We were very pleased with our stay. There were four adult adults, two children, one teenager and we all were very comfortable. The property was very accommodating, especially when we forgot our crockpot. They provided us with one. Walmart was right across the street just in case you missed bringing anything that you needed. We are used to staying in a building where they have an icemaker however, with Walmart being in the front of the property, it really was not an inconvenience. The room was very clean. The property was a perfect size where it was an overcrowded. It was a quick walk to the beach. We were on the fifth floor so we had a great view. Any questions we had before our stay or the day of the stay we were always able to get in touch with someone to answer all of our questions which is always a big plus these days. The condo was decorated. Very nice. It was not cheesy looking great furniture. Both beds were comfortable, including the sofa, bed, plenty of pots and pans and plates. The AC worked great. We would definitely stay there again. We typically like to clean after our stay at the beach. So we were happy that there was a floor, vacuum, mop, and broom available to us and not locked up in the closet.

They had fishing rods, pool noodles, a tent, golf clubs, toys and more. There was lots of storage for all your things also. The toilets were kinda short which is a little tougher for older folks but overall just great. Also I do wish the property had a bathroom down by the pool instead of always having to go up to your room

It may not be as updated as some of the condos around it, but everything was clean and functional (except a few outlets). Overall a good place for the price.

Pool regulations were very reasonable and the overall sanitation was above expectations. I have been vacationing here since I was a kid. Otherwise, the cleanliness and upkeep was top notch - consideration given to what they had to work with. Love the location - 5th floor is ideal and the location of the building could not be any more convenient to shopping areas and of course the beach!! We have stayed at SunSwept the last 2 years and would definitely rent a unit there again - would just like this one to be a little updated.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sunswept is located perfectly in the middle of everything. Across the street is a nice Walmart, donuts, a Mexican restaurant, fuel, etc. But if you want something else it’s only a short drive in either direction. The pool was clean and large. The condo we stayed in (506) was nice. The kitchen was perfect for our needs, the beds were comfortable. It was a clean condo and thankfully it did not have a weird smell! (That’s my biggest pet peeve). 506 is located a few steps off the elevator, so returning back after an exhausting day is easier. The view of the pool and gulf was my favorite part. I spend many nights and mornings just sitting on the patio and watching the waves and listening. It was an excellent stay. I will definitely book 506 again.

And you can still call down to you family at the pool!) Great pool and plenty of chairs and you can view the ocean from pool area. Very short walk to beach!!! Just perfect size condo area...not too big not too small! We have been coming to this area for many years...stayed at more expensive places and bigger properties, but this place is our favorite!!!❤️

We went to the Shrimp Festival in Gulf Shores and the shuttle bus picked us up right in front of the condo. It was perfect!
