We stayed at this property with another family/kids (4 adults, 7 kids total). It was such a relaxing and comfortable space. The decor was so fun and the condo was exactly as described. Having a 4th bathroom was so helpful for showering after a day at the beach. The balcony view was incredible and the lounge furniture made it a wonderful hangout. The pacman game was a hit and the bunk room trundle was perfect for the kids. Even though it it on the 19th floor, waiting for elevators was never long and it was easy to get up and down from the beach/pools. Really, we have no complaints!! Thank you for a great beach vacation and memories!

We enjoyed our stay in The Oasis 1910. Clean, great amenities, beach was gorgeous and Orange Beach has great dining and shopping options. Liquid Life was SUPER helpful and responsive. Only suggestion would be secure wifi so that it is faster for the guests in the condo.

We cannot say enough great things about this place and this condo! The building itself is right on the beach, the condo has GORGEOUS views of the beach, and if you have kids, this is where you want to stay!! The indoor pool + hot tubs were where my kids wanted to be all day/every day, hah! The owners/management company were top notch and VERY responsive to anything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again and absolutely recommend this place!

The property was right on the beach. You have to take an elevator down which got pretty busy during the day with sometimes a 20 minute wait. The water and sand was perfect, never too crowded. We did go ahead and pay to reserve beach chairs. The AC wasn't working with average temps being 79 inside but we are from TX so we could deal.

The beds are extremely comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The ocean was gorgeous (crystal clear) for the week we were there and the beach attendants were great. Parking is easy and close to the building. My only complaint is the horrible elevators. We were there during the busy 4th of July holiday and it often took a really long time to get an elevator. It was so bad that there was a line of over 50 people waiting on an elevator one day to get up from the beach. Since this condo is on the 19th floor, walking the stairs in not ideal. Maybe this isn't a problem during slower times, but beware if you have someone old or fragile in your group that can't easily wait in long lines.

The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. My kids loved the bunk beds and enjoyed playing with the large Jenga blocks that were there. The beach was very nice and very clean. We had a day when the waves were way too rough to enjoy being on the beach but the condo has an indoor and outdoor pool as well as a splash pad, water slide,and lazy river so we never miss out on any fun. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone!

We had a wonderful time at this property and I have no problems giving it a high recommendation for anyone or family. The overall complex was very nice and clean. The inside and outside pools were great. The building is located close to many restaurants, activities, and places to purchase items. Lastly, there was plenty of beach front with soft white sand. Every aspect of the condo apartment was very clean. All the amenities needed in the kitchen were there for us to cook and stay in if we chose to do that. We have 2 kids ages five and nine and I would recommend this unit for kids. There is a kids room that has been decked out. There are fish on the walls, port hole decals, a kids sized table with chairs, their own bathroom, and a pair of kids bunk beds. My two kids loved their room. One thing that sets this unit apart from others is the furniture located on the deck. Most other units offer metal chairs and tables. This unit has a great whicker table and chairs with cushions that make it comfortable to eat your meals while watching and listening to the ocean. Also there is a great whicker corner couch with cushions that was great to relax on while listening to the ocean. It was also great to relax on this at night while watching the stars and falling asleep. The only less than 5 star rating I would give is the communication with Liquid Life. I wrote via VRBO a few questions we had before the trip and never received an answer. We also replied to their texts and did not receive a response. We called Liquid Life on the day we arrived and a very nice lady helped us with any questions so I would advise to just call if you have any issues or questions. Great experience and we would love to book this unit again.

The condo was just as beautiful as the listing shows. It was perfect for our group of 9, especially with the bunk room for the kids. My only complaint is that it would’ve been helpful to know necessities will not be provided for our stay. The condo will come with 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 trash bag, 1 roll of paper towels. We had to go to the store to buy all these products and even things like hand towels, coffee filters, hand soap (none at all provided in the kitchen and 4 bathrooms) and salt/pepper. It just would’ve been helpful to know ahead of time to bring these things from home. We would absolutely stay at this condo again, but our packing list would be more extensive.

We set every condo up with a started kit, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom,1 trash bag per can, 1 dishwashing tab, and 1 detergent tab. We had a great time at this property. It was clean and beautifully decorated. It was so close to the beach, and the indoor pool was wonderful, when it was windy or cool. Our friends said it was the nicest condo that they had stayed in, and they go yearly. We wish there were better pans for cooking, but everything else was very well stocked. Our family of 9 found the accommodations comfortable and easy to use. The bunk room was perfect in that each kid had their own space to sleep while still being in the same room. Kitchen had exactly what we needed and seating on the balcony was perfect for sunrise watching.

Condo was large and very clean. It worked really well with my family. We had 7 total and had plenty of room. The amenities were great at the facility. I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for the missing back couch cushions on the large couch on the balcony. Also the table on the balcony is too large for the balcony. The balcony is large and the view is great jusr need to utilize the space better.

My stay here was nothing short of incredible! Everything is very tidy. Very comfortable. SO SPACIOUS. There was more than enough room for all of us. We had 5 kids in the kids room and could have comfortably fit several more. I can RELAX here and not worry about every little thing my children are touching, which is a valuable difference from most vacation spots. Amenities are GREAT. Pool, Lazy River, Water Slide, Hot Tubs, Beach access were all maintained to a professional standard. We spent memorial day weekend here and despite the holiday, we never had trouble finding parking in the deck which was a pleasant surprise. The location is great - I feel that Orange Beach is more relaxing yet still only a 5 minute drive away from a "wilder" atmosphere down in Gulf Shores if you're looking for a great mix of both while on vacation. Lots of things to do with the kids in the area, Gulf Shores Zoo, "Dolphin FUN Cruises" (w/ Captain Dean), LuLu's Restaurant in Gulf Shores is a treat for the kids AND fun for the adults, and so much more.

The pictures simply do not do this condo justice. It is absolutely gorgeous!! It is fully stocked with everything you could need! I especially liked how the owners thought of families in decorating and stocking the condo right down to toddler plates and utensils. The layout of the condo was very nice and the two masters allowed us to travel with another family comfortably and without feeling on top of each other. We definitely plan to go back!

We had a Great time in this unit! Plenty of tile for my grandson to use his walker. Plenty of room to make yourself at home. Actually slept outside on the spacious patio furniture till 3am. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. Kitchen was well stocked and separate ice maker made plenty of ice for our "adult beverages"!

The condo was beautiful with floor to ceiling glass wall facing directly on the ocean. It has everything a family needs for a wonderful vacation. Has 3 rooms with its own private bathrooms and an extra one on the hallway. Family with a number of children of extended family will va able tofit in this huge condo. Having washer and dryer was wonderful. The master shower was just amazing with 2 shower heads, my husband loved it especially. The kitchen is equipt, pleanty of dishes and stuff to use thought pots and pans can use some replacement. It was a little cold when we visited so having indoor hot tub and a huge pool with unique columns was a hit to my hubby and 5 year old. On warmer days there is splash pad, outdoor pool and lazy river and water slide. This place is ALL IN ONE! A place to stay and have some fun. The beach has powder white sand. All the people we met were very nice. STAFF of LIQUID LIFE (property manager for this condo)was helpful and responds well to inquiries quickly.

What a beautiful and well-appointed condo. Photos don't do it justice and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The balcony was our favorite feature and it allowed us to enjoy even inclement weather. We went so far as to sleep there one evening. The owners put great thought into making guests feel at home and we would most certainly stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your condo. The unit accommodated our large group easily. We loved the balcony with the comfy furniture and big table. We had a couple of minor issues that we had to call maintenance about and the service was good and swift. A couple of items noted upon our arrival were....a tear in the screen at the balcony door and in the 3rd bedroom there was a door that was off the hinge on the chest of drawers. Also the 3rd bedroom's commode was not flushing well. It usually took about three flushes. The dishtowels and dishrags for the kitchen had somehow scooted away from the condo. I always bring extra so it wasn't a problem. I left my dishtowels in the condo. I only mention these things to make you aware so they can be taken care of. And I have no doubt that they will. We enjoyed the entire complex. The only time we had to wait for the elevator for any length of time was on the first day and that was to be expected. The weather was beautiful and we had tons of fun both at the beach, indoor pool, hot tubs, and the Lazy River. From our family to yours....we thank you for sharing your vacation home with us. We have booked this unit for our vacation next year as well as an additional unit!!! What can I say, "WE LOVED IT!!!"

This place is set up wonderfully. It has two master suits. I came with my friend, her husband and child. I brought my husband and two of my kids. Place is very clean and well stocked. They actually have a little table for the kids and sippy bowls for cereal! There is also a guest book where others left suggestions on what to do. The master bedrooms are really nice and the kids went crazy over the kids' room. The property management needed to repair something and they communicated and were very fast. No attitude which is sometimes unusual. Inside pool is great on bad weather days. The balcony is breathtaking. They have a large comfy couch for sitting large families and a large cushioned table. When you look over the balcony, you see other condos with low quality Walmart type furniture that is not inviting at all. I highly recommend this place and will be coming back.

The owner has really thought through the family friendly details of this place, all the way from the Keurig to the ice cream scoop. We felt at home during this vacation. Loved this place. Perfect for the kids. They even had toddler dishes and toddler seating. I was not worried that my kids would "break" something. They had to-go cups for us to take to the beach. There was someone before us that smoked and burned a hole in the cushions. We told the property manager. Plenty of dishes and well thought out. It is close to a corner unit so no real pedestrian traffic noise. The elevators were a little backed up. We were told it was because it was holiday week. Lots of places nearby to eat. Kids loved it. Could not get enough of the water slide.

I spent a long weekend at the condo. The location is wonderful. The building has great amenities. The indoor component of the pools, sauna, and hot tub is great. The outdoor lazy pool and slide is great for children. The view from the condo is breathtaking. The furniture on the balcony is very comfortable, especially in the morning. You can sit outside drinking your coffee and it is relaxing listening to the sounds of the ocean. It is a very easy walk to the beach from the condo. The people are very nice. The condo is also great for children, it has a little table to children to sit and play in the condo on a rainy day. Each room has their own bathroom. I felt very relaxed and had a lot of fun inside and outside of the condo. The decorations are kid friendly and fun!!!

I went for a girls' trip to this rental, and it was amazing! The decor is a nice beach theme, but not overdone. The balcony is semi private, with only one shared wall. You can sit at the table or sofa and enjoy your morning coffee or a meal, overlooking the beach, watch the sun come up. The furniture is ample, comfortable, and feels like home. The kitchen is stocked with essentials, including a Keurig! There are 2 master suites, one with a Jacuzzi, double sinks, and walk in shower, wow!I loved the private baths for each bedroom, and the kids room has 5 beds, and would be great to meet up with another family. There are 2TVs, which would be nice for when the adults and kids want to watch something different. Love the hot tubs, indoor and outdoor pools. The indoor pool has natural light and an ocean view, so it doesn't feel like you're inside. The fitness center is also a great perk, to work off the extra food you've eaten, and keep up with your exercise regimen. I really liked the extra touches, like the washer and dryer, and hampers in each bedroom so you don't have to throw dirty clothes back in your suitcase or on the floor. Just like in a hotel, there is a local guide to activities, food, etc nearby. They really thought of everything!

This place is amazing. We liked that the actual room was at the opposite end of the trash room and 2nd to furthest from the elevator. There was not any foot traffic past our room. Because the unit was at the end, we had almost total privacy on the balcony. We watched the dolphins around 7:00 a.m.! It was amazing. We also took a long walk on the beach and saved a ton of starfish. The rooms are HUGE and there is laundry. Tons of space for us to sit outside, inside and at the table. We were not crowded at all. My girlfriends and I each had our own private bath and my room had a large garden tub with a walk in closet. Better yet- they had a coffee pot and a Kuerig. The theme is very beachy and bright. Other rooms looked very "formal" and not as much fun. There was still some construction going on so we did not get to use the fitness facility. Maybe next time!

This place is amazing. We liked that the actual room was at the opposite end of the trash room and 2nd to furthest from the elevator. There was not any foot traffic past our room. Because the unit was at the end, we had almost total privacy on the balcony. We watched the dolphins around 7:00 a.m.! It was amazing. We also took a long walk on the beach and saved a ton of starfish. The rooms are HUGE and there is laundry. Tons of space for us to sit outside, inside and at the table. We were not crowded at all. My girlfriends and I each had our own private bath and my room had a large garden tub with a walk in closet. Better yet- they had a coffee pot and a Kuerig. The theme is very beachy and bright. Other rooms looked very "formal" and not as much fun. There was still some construction going on so we did not get to use the fitness facility. Maybe next time!

We found the condo to be roomy, tastefully decorated, comfortable, especially the wonderful balcony with a large table and couches overlooking the beach. All of the appliances and furniture are first rate. The kitchen is well equipped for two or a crowd. The wet bar is a nice addition, and the dining table is large and comfortable. All the bedrooms are larger than one would expect in a condo, two bedrooms with king size beds and one bedroom with two sets of bunk beds with full size beds on the bottom.

The listing description was accurate and perfectly described how beautiful and breathtaking everything about this condo is. The photos do not do it justice, you must see to believe. The property was clean and perfectly-maintained. There is nothing we did not have readily available! The owners were super helpful and accommodating and did everything in their power to make our stay as wonderful as possible. There were plenty of places to eat and lots to do within a short drive and even within walking distance. We will definitely be recommending this property to all our friends and family!
