Welcome to Bluewater 1503, a newly remodeled three bedroom, two bathroom condo located on the 15th floor that comfortably sleeps up to eight guests. With stunning Gulf views and a bright, open layout, this beachfront retreat is perfect for your next coastal getaway.

The living room features floor to ceiling windows that fill the space with natural light, a flat screen TV, and access to the private balcony overlooking the Gulf. The balcony offers plenty of seating along with a dining table, making it a great spot to enjoy meals or relax while taking in the view.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for meal preparation and is complemented by an adjacent dining table for gathering together. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, floor to ceiling windows with balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed, while the third bedroom includes two full size beds. These guest rooms share a full hallway bathroom with a shower and tub combination.

Fitness enthusiasts will appreciate the on-site fitness center, equipped with various equipment for maintaining workout routines. For outdoor grilling enthusiasts, there's a charcoal grilling area, ideal for preparing meals and enjoying open-air dining.

Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
