Location is perfect. We had a comfortable stay and enjoyed easy access to the beach. The guidebook is helpful too. We let them know one of the tvs was making a weird sound when we arrived, and they brought up a new one!

We loved our trip to Orange Beach! Our condo was wonderful! Perfect for the 4 of us! We were on the 7th floor and it was awesome! We loved the convenience of everything! We popped on the elevator and went to the bottom floor and walked directly out to the pool, then took the path to the beach! Beautiful white sands and gorgeous beaches!

Everything was great with the condo, clean and had everything we needed! Loved that both bedrooms had bathrooms connected to them, the view was amazing as well, also the beds were so comfortable.

The condo itself is very nice looking and the setup is great. Loved that both bedrooms had their own on suite bathroom. The balcony was lovely and spacious, but the wrought iron seating is VERY uncomfortable, and the cushions were old and stained.The unit is SO very under appointed. We could not find a single sharp knife to cut our watermelon. No cups to take down to the beach, no beach towels, and many broken appliances. To be fair, management offered to come fix the broken clock and coffee maker, but we declined. The couch is old and stained and needs a good cleaning.The ice maker was broken, which my husband fixed. The silverware in the drawers was FILTHY with crusted food all over them. The 4 elevators were speedy fast but absolutely filthy. The beds were quite noisy and cracked every time you rolled over.For older folks, just know that the trek down to the beach is long and difficult if you have bad knees or backs. Umbrella/Chair rental was $180 for 6 days, but it was a nice luxury to have them there and waiting when we arrived for our day. They do remove them at 5pm though, which isn't great if you like to enjoy the evening beach scenery. The thing that baffled me the most about the unit. There are no handheld shower nozzles in the showers to get all the sand out of the cracks; The water pressure is pretty low, and it was maddening trying to get all the sand off. A handheld would have been awesome.All in al it was a nice unit that needs some TLC.

The condo was perfect. Everything was like the online listing showed. The kitchen was fully furnished with great appliances and everything you need. The beds were super comfortable. It was roomy with plenty of seating space. Check in was easy and the location was great. We will definitely be staying in this complex again.

Nice 2 bedroom condo, with a beautiful view of the beach. My only complaint would be the lighting. I wish their was better lighting in the condo. Other than that, it was perfect for my little family.

Condo is well decorated but TV in living room did not work . I paid for a 2 bedroom 2 bath so my husband and I could have our own space . The tub in master bath had no pop up . I could not take a bath . Finally got it fixed . Repair man was very nice but not happy with rental company ! After all was fixed remainder of time was ok .

We loved that this unit was near the "end" of the strip making it a bit less crowded and busy yet still not too far out from restaurants and stores. Property was very clean and well appointed.

The condo was as advertised. Nice bonus that both bedrooms had an ensuite. Kitchen had good supply of dishes, cutlery etc. Would happily stay there again.

Nice condo. Overall pretty clean. My daughter & I did sweep the floors a little more after we arrived because there was still a little bit of sand left on them. The vacuum in the condo doesn't work so we used a broom & dust pan. Other than that it was all good!

The elevators here are awful. The condo unit is nice. Balcony has a lovely view of beach and the pool. Most of living room furniture is very uncomfortable. In the extra bedroom the beds are awful, very uncomfortable and noisy. The second restroom shower curtain was moldy. Good size fridge and pantry. Even had a keurig so we didn't have to bring up the one we brought from home. Nice pool area.

We really enjoyed the property! We went on our first family vacation after the loss of our mother so we all wanted it to be perfect. The weather wasn't great but we got a good day and we were able to have a nice place to wait storms out!

the only negative thing was we were told on day one that we would not be getting anymore towels or washcloths for the week. We were advised to wash the bath linens. We were OK with that. The drier did not work. towels were in for 180 minutes and still wet. After a trip to Walmart for towels, wash cloths, and kitchen towels, we made it work. We could have avoided this inconvenience had we of been told up front about the linen situation.

The property was very clean and livable upon entry, no extra cleaning was necessary. The communication with the property manager was excellent. They did not bombard us with emails and or text messages during our stay. With the exception of a elevator issue, which does not reflect on the unit manager, our stay was completely satisfying.

Nice and well equipped 2 bedroom condo just steps away from pristine Ocean Beach. Unit is private but in the confounds of Phoenix VII which has great amenities; large outdoor pool, hot tub and indoor pool. Racquetball courts. Wifi throughout. Unit had two separate bedrooms with nice amenities and tv in each room. Wifi was strong entire stay. Kitchen had everything you would need and then some. The views from the private balcony with nice outdoor dining table were super. Recommend staying here if looking for privacy but yet so many amenities abound. Love the Orange Beach area and all it offers!!

Over all lovely place. Moved a few items for the week… do to little children. Dryer took a couple times for things to dry and there were only 4 tablespoons. Otherwise a great spot!

The place looked exactly like the pictures. Maybe not the best unit for small kids, only because some of the decor is fragile. Kitchen was well equipped and everything was well maintained. Check in and checkout were a breeze, and our unit was ready on time. The balcony lounge chair desperately needs a new cushion, but that's our only gripe. We confidently recommend this unit.

This was our first trip to Orange Beach and we will definitely be back. The condo was beautiful and the view was stunning. The condo is beautifully decorated and comes with anything you would need during your stay. The beach is so clean and powder like. Thank you for such a great experience, my family and I (2 teenage boys) loved it.

It was amazing vacation. The condo was very tastefully decorated and color coordinated. We loved the set up with the split bedrooms. Big balcony overlooking the beach and pool. Loved having the washer and dryer and the kitchen. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. Location is convenient to everything with just a short drive. Parking was easy and the elevators were pretty quick. 4 elevators to choose from. Overall we had a great experience and I would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

The Phoenix 7 building is wonderful! The indoor and outdoor pools were great. The beach was wonderful! Everything was clean, well cared for, and easy to access. We would love to come back!
