Mother/daughter beach trip, had a blast, condo and views were amazing! Communication with management was easy and they were very responsive. Only complaint was hot tub was either not working or if it was it was luke warm and upon check in found the lights and electronics all unplugged and there were dirty clothes left behind, under the bed, from previous tenants.

Hot tub was cold tub, sauna was broken and our parking spots were not marked. We never found are $90 parking assignments. The TV should come with instruction.

We always fear that the property will be somewhat less than it appears in the description but that is simply not the case with this very clean, well equipped and very satisfying property. I must say that the picture of the leather recliner and the card on the bed in the pictures were the deciding factors. It was better than we had hoped. We plan to make this a regular place to visit for a reprieve. Well done to the host and the cleaning crew. Well done!

Such a perfect condo for our family! So clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, and MY GOODNESS the view. Just beautiful, right on the beach. Great size balcony, with little hooks mounted to hang up swimsuits and towels. Loved the communication with the host, so attentive and dedicated to making the perfect vacation stay! The property is well kept. We really enjoyed it. Some properties ( non-corporate) will leave cooking items such as leftover spices, oils to cook with. If you’re planning to cook, it would be advisable to bring a little box of spices, coffee, cooking oils, Saran Wrap, extra dish soap because it adds up at the grocery store. The kitchen is very nice. We enjoyed the patio. The furniture was comfortable.

This was such a nice condo. The check in process was super easy, and upon arriving the condo looked as it was pictured and described online! The only thing that I wished they would do is add in some disinfecting wipes or a small bottle of multi surface cleaner to get through the first night or two or until able to venture to town, but that didnt affect our stay at all we went out to the DG the next day!! On the other hand... the view was amazing, my kiddos enjoyed the pool area almost as much as the beach!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 days and would definitely come back! **Oh, and the check out process was just as simple as the check in!

This was a great property for 2 couples. We loved having 2 king beds and they were comfortable. The kitchen was small but was stocked well. Living area had nice comfortable furniture for lounging. We utilized the gym and grills on property during our stay which was great! We would definitely book again!

Arrived on 4/1 and the property was clean and ready at 4pm check in time. Nice condo unit, well stocked with towels, kitchen items, etc. Wonderful view from balcony. Pool a little small and indoor pool area not heated. We did enjoy the game room though with our granddaughter. I would stay in this unit again. Con’s: The air conditioning not working the day we arrived and the room was muggy. I did contact the property management agency and someone came that night but told us the unit was basically shot. It was fixed the following morning but we were told that the unit needs to replace the current one. Another air conditioning company showed up on 4/2 and just came in our condo without knocking. Not sure why 2 different companies were there. Not knocking prior to entering our room was very upsetting and I felt it violated our privacy. Also, there was a “planned” monthly maintenance visit from the people who manage the unit on 4/3. I feel these should be done between guests since you have to check out by 10 am and cannot check in until 4 pm. Basically we had someone in the unit 3 days in a row which was somewhat annoying. Never had that happen before when we stayed in other condos in Gulf Shores.

This is a great condo. It had everything the we needed for the five nights we stayed. It was clean and decorated really cute. Beds & living room furniture was comfortable. Views of the beach are amazing! I appreciated the text I received from the management company throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Rating Details:The property manager was very helpful.The vacation rental was clean.I was very happy with the location.I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.Reviewer Comments:We have stayed in this condo complex multiple times before, but our first time in this unit. While the location is good the condo was not the most fresh as others we have rented. The furniture in the living room was very dirty looking and worn out, the edges of the floors were also not clean, shelves were missing from the freezer, dishes and silverware were all mismatched odds and ends, and worst of all our washer did not work the entire time we were there. We did call condo management and they came twice and said they had fixed it, but it was not. It was very inconvenient staying there over a week and not being able to wash your clothes or towels. We would definitely stay in this complex again, but not in this unit. Did love the check in/out via text, that was a time saver. Rental management company was friendly and easy to work with. Just think this unit needs a refresh.

We had a nice ( though short) getaway. We sat at the beach off and on during the day, then explored the area. All descriptions were accurate, all was clean. We would recommend this property.
