The condo was very comfortable and the amenities of the complex were really good! the inside pool provided tons of entertainment through mad weather and the beach and outside pools when the weather was good.
The host was very responsive and instructions in and out were mostly clear. They were somewhat generic so I had to ask specific questions about this condo on the check in process.
Everything was very clean except for some of the silverware and one of the bathroom showers. The host was apologetic and we understood that the time between guest is somewhat short.
Finally, we were a little disappointed at the late check In (4 pm) and lack of flexibility to even enter the complex a bit earlier, but again we understood and we made due by going to a public beach before going to the apartment so it worked out!
definitely would come back and recommend!

My family and I stayed at The Oasis 1004 for spring break, and found the place fantastic. The condo was large and clean. The entire complex was great, the staff were all friendly and it was very clean and accessible. We found the condo well stocked with kitchen tools and basics. Our only issue was turning on a few lights, but located the switches behind the television. Orange Beach was a great spot, and the weather was fantastic. The host was quick to respond and helpful. Would stay again!

This condo was absolutely beautiful. From the view to bedroom everything was perfect for our family vacation. The kids really loved the ship bed and the triple bunk beds. The patio has the perfect view to enjoy with your morning coffee. Can't wait to visit again!

Literally my only improvement suggestion is to possibly restock the spice rack. There is a large spice rack but all of the normal ones are empty.

Stay was great. 2 things were bad but other then those minor things the trip was great. floor was pretty dirty and the internet for the entire condo talking to multiple families that came with us staying in other rooms was horrible. We did not come on vacation to stay on the phones so it wasn't a big deal. Kids loved the splash pad, lazy river and slide. The parking on the floor you stay on was a major plus for dad who has to unpack and repack everything in the car. Very big condo for only having 6 elevators. but we managed well. Room was Very nice and the kids loved tie pirate bed and bunks. Will be booking this condo again for our yearly beach trip.

$35 per vehicle to park is high but, if you park on the 10th floor it's the most convenient parking. My father was recently told he would be put on hospice. So we decided to suprise him for Father's Day with a short beach vacay with all of his kids from KY, CO, and MO. Pros: Beautiful condo, beds are super comfy, A/C works amazingly, excellent ceiling fans, and having 4 bathrooms is priceless! Cons: My biggest complaint is cleaning. and disruption of literally everything. Initially on the surface everything looks clean. But, literally under everything I touched I found trash and food. Underneath the couch cushions there was enough popcorn to fill a bowl, gummy candies and more popcorn stuck to mattress of pull out bed, under couch a whole water bottle more popcorn, candy and food wrappers, under beds in double queen, and living room ottoman beside bottom kids bunk, more trash. I didn't call because you don't see the mess until it's bedtime, you're exhausted and what can be done at 11pm? The following day Im told inspectors will be testing sprinklers/ smoke alarms in our room and WILL be given access, pissed isn't close to how I feel. My father needs breaks throughout the day and didn't need anyone barging in on him. Pools, lazy river, kids sprinklers were also all closed on Tuesday, Beach was super packed more than I've ever seen and I go to PCB every year. So for only having 2 full days and one of them being inspection day is crap. I would suggest not renting your condo on that day or maybe given your customers a heads up beforehand or even a hourly time frame would be acceptable but, a two day window is just crap. The nice jacuzzi tub in master also doesn't hold water. 30 minute plus waits for the elevators, dishes still in the dishwasher. I left the cleaning crew a note as well. Beautiful dirty condo with poor customer experience.

We stayed at Phoenix west 2 unit 1004. The overall property and unit were great. Very clean. Also like the huge open space outside the unit in the building....my kids and I played frisbee and threw the football in this huge open area. Only complaint I have is that they only had 1 indoor pool andwater was dirty. Constantly had hair in my fingers and water wasn't clear, but merky. I get it alot of kids and guess crammed in this one indoor pool (weather and water were still chilly at this time in mid March). Hot tools werent in greatest shape and always crowded....again we knew coming in though that we may not use the outdoor pool due to weather still not being completely warm. Overall great stay and will definitely like to stay there again, same unit 1004.

The condo was excellent. Would stay there again, no problem. The layout worked very well. The location was right next to the beach which was great. The place was furnished very nice. The Master bedroom and bathroom were large. The first spare room had 2 beds and a bathroom that was great for two teenagers. The second bedroom had bunk beds (3 beds) and a pirate ship bed plus a private bathroom. The kitchen seemed new and the spare bathroom was a full bathroom (not half bath) with a washer and dryer. The family room had a crazy large TV and a nice large sectional. The dining room was large and easily accommodated 5 people. The balcony was great to watch and listen to the ocean waves. The facility had nice amenities, such as a lazy river/slide for the kids and indoor/outdoor pools plus plenty of hot tubs. There is also a small cafe and a vendor selling Italian ice next to the pool. The exercise facility in the building was nice. Parking was no problem, but it is tight going up and down the garage, if you have a large vehicle. You are required to wear a wristband, so they know you are supposed to be on/at the property. The family felt safe in the building. Recommend the first morning going to the beach early to rent a couple of chairs from 3rd party vendor (fill up fast; pricing for 3 days was about $100; no refunds).

We enjoyed our stay here. Our boys loved the pirate themed room. Kitchen had all needed items. My only complaints are I did not like the glass doors in the master bedroom that open to the dining area and the owners do not leave the remote for the power sun shades available for renters. The glass doors in the master are not kid friendly, let a lot of light into the room, and there is no way to lock them closed. Not having curtains or access to the remote for the sun shades was very annoying. We like to sleep until 8-9 some morning but the light was so bright into the room and then into the master that it woke us up every morning about 6:30am. Other than that a great experience. Hopefully the owner will eventually fix those issues for future renters.

The property was spotless and all Covid precautions were taken. Out condo was 5 star b. Very roomy and all the comforts of home. The indoor pool was a great size for when the weather was nasty. The gym was also great. The beach was clear and water was great. The only disappointment was the kids were looking forward to the slide and lazy river. Otherwise i would definitely book there again. Also our location was perfect for shopping and restaurants. No complaints here only a great vacation for all our various ages.

Great location, close to everything. The building was close to the water and still offered pools, lazy river, and splash pad. It was a great time for the whole family! Can’t wait to come back.

Very nice! Loved the pirate theme. Extra bedroom could use an update, but enjoyed our stay. Would recommend providing instructions on operating the TVs.

This is the nicest condo that my family has stayed in at orange beach. It also had a kitchen with good cooking utensils , nice pans ,and great oven. This I find is rare in rentals. Cute pirate themed room for kids. Loved the pools and Phoenix amenities.

Enjoyed our stay so very much - despite cooler temps. Beautiful view of the Gulf !! Very nice condo / clean /nicely decorated / well supplied with cooking utensils.
