The property was right on the beach. Very clean. Close to the Hangout. The only complaint I have is the view is only toward the East. We didn't have the full view from both directions. I will definitely be back in December.

We had a great time at the condo and wished we could have stayed longer. The WiFi and smart TVs all worked well, there were plenty of towels, the beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the complimentary toiletries and kitchen cleaning kit. Would definitely come back here!

The condo was very nice. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living quarters. The door going onto the patio was extremely difficult to open and close. The fire alarm went off 3 mornings in a row for no apparent reason. We called maintenance, on morning. He came six hours later with batteries. The alarm system appears to be electric. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back! Thank you so much!

This is our second time at Seawind. We paid even less for this unit than we did two years ago at another one and it was just as great! We had everything we needed and the unit was very clean. With 7 of us, the two king beds and the twin/full bunk was exactly what we were looking for. We will always choose Seawind because not only are the amenities great, but it is right across the street from a Surf Style and market. We can’t wait to visit again!

We loved the condo at the Seawind. The location was close to shops and the beach was awesome. The condo itself was clean and well stocked with amenities. The kitchen supplies were amazing! The decor was lovely and in terrific condition. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys were the icing on the cake. There was even a stock of family movies and books. We would love to stay there again but was not available next year.

Property was a great place for our family to go on vacation. The room was setup perfect for our family with 3 kids. The beach was clean and the splash pad was great for a our youngest son. The location was awesome and was an easy walk to all kinds of restaurants and shops. The condo was set up great for any meals we made and hanging out during a few thunderstorms.

We really enjoyed our stay - great location for our family vacation. My only critique is that I would not say that 7 people could sleep comfortably there. My daughter did end up sleeping on the couch because there wasn't enough room in the beds. Also, a few extra supplies would be nice. There were only 8 towels for 7 people and only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. A few extra supplies really does make things a little easier on the guests. But overall, great property.

The only issue we had was our keypad to get into the condo stopped working on the last day and we could not get ahold of anyone to help us fix it—- frustrating as then we couldn't leave because we couldn't get back in.

It has 3 bedrooms which is what I needed. I only had 2 problems. The king bed and the queen bed each had a hard mattress on it and made my back hurt. My son's 16 year old friend said his mattress was hard too ( the queen bed). My son who slept on the bunk beds said he slept fine. I think they should opt for softer mattresses. I have one of those Sleep Number beds at home and I usually set my half to around 70 ( out of 100, 100, being the hardest), and the king bed here was uncomfortably hard. But other than that, the room was clean and nicely furnished. Also, not against the condo, but this was my first time staying at Gulf Shores. It was a little crowded for me. I might opt to stay somewhere less crowded. The parking spaces are very small. The parking lot makes up the first 3 floors of the building. There are thick rectangular cement columns every 2-3 parking spaces. It was difficult to find a space where your car door didn't touch a cement wall or the car next to you. And that is not opening the car door all the way. We were driving a Kia Forte, which is a small-medium car.

The condo was great. It is beautiful and clean. Bring extra towels and read the FAQ. The dryer is old. We did not try it, until 8:30 at night and it has an awful screeching sound. I was worried the neighbors would complain. The managing company either responds in minutes, hours, a day or not at all. They sent someone to look at the dryer 20 hours later. It stopped screeching for a moment and then continued. He mentioned sending someone else out to fix it, if it continued. At that point, we were leaving the next morning. Communication with Liquid Life could have been better.

This property was super clean with a gorgeous view! There were some times we had to wait for an elevator, but it wasn’t horrible like others have said. Parking wasn’t as bad as others have said either. One of the night’s there was no parking and the attendant said- park anywhere that you aren’t blocking someone or a fire exit and it was fine. Very clean condo stocked with necessities in the kitchen. Would totally stay again!

The communication with the property management company was superb! Highly recommend this rental/property management company. Condo was perfect, had great views and plenty of space. Only downside is not enough trash bags in the condo, the pool is really small for the size of the building( out of their control), and elevators can be an issue with being packed and slow(that’s with most high rises though). Parking can be tricky considering the amount of spaces and on top of that construction. Overall great experience and condo was incredibly clean and nicely decorated. Conveniently close to the Hangout, stores, and restaurants. Would stay again

We really enjoyed staying on the 12th floor at the Seawind property located at 401 Beach Blvd. The property was very clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was absolutely gorgeous. The only negative would be the parking is not ideal due to construction. It's limited and we had to worry about getting a spot when we would come back in the evening and the spots in the parking garage are the tightest I've ever seen and some of them are on an extremely steep angle. Even with that said, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. It was awesome!!
