Absolutely wonderful! We were extra thankful for the security guards. They went above and beyond to make sure our non-speaking son with autism was safe while we were out at the pools! Our bathroom drain wouldn’t fully shut and I sent a text to the property management company, the property manager was there within an hour to get it fixed! We will definitely be back again and again!

Description was right. Condo was nice and it was clean. Only negative would be the kitchen could use some additional utensils and pots and pans if youre planning to cook. Also, the wait for an elevator is brutal on Saturday, a little better on Sunday. Overall, it was a great vavcation!

The overall stay was amazing. Only 2 negatives.....not enough elevators, often waited 15 minutes if you had beach stuff, luggage, groceries, ect. Not enough poolside chairs but with all the beach room, that is probably not a priority for most folks. Staying at the Oasis was worth the extra money in my opinion and we are already planning a stay when we return next year.

This property was perfect for our young family! (kids 1, 2, & 4) there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets available to make a makeshift bed bumper so my 2 year old was able to sleep in a “big boy bed”. This was one of the cleanest properties we’ve ever stayed at. When staying on the beach I usually expect to find sand inside but there truly was none. The only downside was the exterior door does not childproof lock. (It unlocks as soon as you turn the handle) which was remedied by moving a barstool in the way for extra safety! And there is no draft guard (which is the same in every unit due to draft from beach) but hallway noise could be heard easily, but it was not excessive. The elevators are extremely fast and it’s easy to get down to the pool and beach quickly. There were always available chairs by the pool and space at the beach to put up your own umbrella or rent an umbrella and chairs (which is worth it). We loved the entire area and will definitely be back.

We had a great week. Check in/check out were seamless. We utilized the fitness center, indoor/outdoor pools, basketball courts, tried to use sauna/hot tubs but under repair. I was confused about wifi bc I received a password but it was unsecured wifi. We ran out of TP and when I messaged I got no response - had to buy our own. Beach is beautiful. The view from the balcony is amazing. Loved it and would definitely come back.

Had a wonderful stay at the oasis!!!! Beautiful property and so clean. Location was perfect/right in the middle of everything. Will definitely stay at this property again. Parking was the only issue with 3 families in one unit but the checkin desk kindly gave is info on parking offsite…. SO HELPFUL

Phoenix West II is a wonderful place to vacation with family. Our 3 grandchildren not only enjoyed the beach but the large indoor pool and 4 hot tubs were very nice especially in cool evenings. They also enjoyed the lazy river with curly slide!

The condo was great. Great location. Very spacious and loved having 4 bathrooms. The elevators are really really slow. Only complaint was they need more silverware. Not enough forks for everyone at dinner. Highly recommend if you need lots of space.

This was a great condo. It was huge and had plenty of room for the seven of us that stayed which was nice because we spent a bunch of time in there with all the rain. The condo is well stocked and was available on time. The complex had decent amenities, but be prepared to walk up and down the stairs, the wait times for elevators was terrible some days. I would stay here again though.

Condo was very spacious and decorated nicely. Property was great with no complaints. This is a great condo and property for a large family. Plenty to do and comfortable layout. Master shower is very nice with his and hers shower heads. Extra bedrooms are at other end of condo so we were able to sleep while the kids stayed up late. Minor things that didn’t affect the quality of our stay at all: wish there was a bit more attention to the kitchen amenities. Knives were all dull and there were no spices at all (not sure we had salt and pepper). Had a bit of trouble with the Wi-Fi and dish in bedroom - directed to call provider. That’s fine but could’ve been avoided with a little better in room instructions. Toilet in master is old and seat is damaged. Had an issue with flushing part during stay which was quickly handled. Would have preferred notification of the maintenance visit as we weren’t in the condo but pleased with the quick response. Outlets next to bed in master on both sides only have 1 working plug. I would highly recommend this condo. Any ‘issues’ were very minor and overall it was a great stay!

No as it was stated in your welcome letter that we sent to you 10 days before your arrival we are not allowed to leave any food related items in our condos due to health regulations and spices fall under food items. Yes when you called about the toilet issue I told you I would send my maintenance person asap. I cannot give you an exact time of arrival as he has other items on his list and gets to you as fast as possible. I am glad he was able to fix your issue in a very timely manner. Yes when there is an issue with the wifi or tv that you cannot correct with the detailed information that we have provided to you with the remote guide then yes you have to call the provider as they have to make the proper change from their office to correct the problem. I am glad again that SecureVision was able to correct your issue. We always try and handle any issue our guests have in a timely manner. Glad we were able to do this for you. We look forward to your next trip

We wanted to get away with the family prior to our baby being born in July, and this was perfect for our whole group. We had 8 adults and 2 children, and there was plenty of space - we probably could’ve had a few more people if we had used the pullout couch. With such a big group, it was nice having four bathrooms! Everything was as pictured and described - would definitely return and recommend to anyone!

This was our first time staying Orange Beach and we couldn’t have asked for better amenities! The condo was clean and very spacious! The resort itself was great for the whole family - a lazy River and water slide for the kids, indoor poor, numerous hot tubs and a fabulous beach with super easy access! Upon arrival Mr. & Mrs Bates communication was excellent! The condo it self was very nice an fully loaded. I love “the big pot”in the kitchen as we were cooking for a big family . Our children enjoyed the water slide!The pools/lazy river could have been cleaner, but we were visiting at peak season. Overall I would definitely choose this condo again as we do plan on making reservations again.

The metal bar stools were not cleaned on the bottom they were stuck to the floors. The coffee maker too and Inside was dirty and the glass in the bar area is dusty. The outside patio was dirty, and the shower rods in the extra bathrooms keep falling. The size was great, had enough towels which was great and we always love the lazy River. We are glad you enjoyed your stay in our condo. You should have called like I ask if there is any issue whatsoever with the condo. Sorry that the cleaners missed the coffee pot but guests are asked to wash and put back all dishes, etc clean and ready for the next guest. I will have to take up for the cleaner on the wet bar shelving as they are under such pressure to get each condo clean in such a short time they do not have time to remove all things from the wet bar shelving and dust every turn and with sand coming in every time the sliding doors are open dust will settle extremely fast. This is the first I have heard of shower curtains coming down as they have been up for several years and no problem whatsoever. Of course here again you did not call

Very clean and updated condo - our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay here. Our specific condo was very clean and kept up as well as being stocked with the expected essentials. This was one of our favorite beach vacations. The only negative was that cell phone coverage is very limited while in the condo - wifi worked great so no issues with using apps, etc., but you just can't hardly make/receive calls that depend on the cell phone carries network.

It was a great space for our group of 5 adults and 5 children(8-16). The kitchen was well equipped. Dining space and living room space was great and the bedrooms were spacious. This was our first experience in Orange Beach and this home was amazing! The condo was beautiful, very clean and had plenty of room for our family. There are wonderful views of the beach and ocean. The condo was in a great location we enjoyed having the option of spending the day at the pool or playing on the beach. The elevators can be a bit busy during peak hours of the day but that is too he expected with the number of people staying there. This condo is beautiful and very spacious. The beds are comfortable, and there is more than enough space for a large family. We love that each bedroom has its own bathroom, plus, there is an extra full bathroom in the large laundry room. Owners were easy to work with as well. Great all around condo!

This condo was the perfect place for hibernating during Spring Break and a Coronavirus outbreak! Even though the beach was closed on our last day, no one seemed to mind! We were three generations that enjoyed playing games and the beautiful view from the balcony! Thanks to John and Pam for sharing their beautiful condo with our family!

We have stayed in Phoenix West 2 since it has opened and this was one of our favorite rooms! We love this property but a few of the rooms haven’t been the best... this one is at the top of our list now!! If you plan to cook though you may need to bring a few dish towels/rags and pot holders.

We are so very glad you now have our condo at the top of your list. We do try to have everything our guests need as far as new nice furniture, comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen. I know our cleaning company leave 2 kitchen towels and a kitchen wash cloth, and a wrapped kitchen sponge. I know you do have to wash these if you do a lot of cooking. This is why we have a full size washer and dryer for our guests convenience. We so hope you will make our condo your go to condo on every trip you make to Phoenix West 2.

We absolutely loved our stay during Fall Break. The condo was very clean. Check in was a breeze. The condo is very spacious, and decorated beautifully. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beds are super comfortable. The amenities are amazing. My boys loved the lazy river, water slide, and large pool. My husband and I loved the beautiful beach, and spacious condo. We will definitely be back!

Condo was great, very clean, nicely furnished, kitchen stocked with everything needed to cook in, balcony view was wonderful, extra blankets & pillows were also provided. We enjoyed the amenities offered by the Phoenix II, outdoor pool, indoor pool, tennis court, basketball court, lazy river, & of course access to the beach. Something for everyone! Elevators ran smoothly, no congestion while we were there. Everything was well kept, clean, and staff was friendly. Owners were really helpful and responsive.

We are so glad you not only enjoyed our condo but all of the amenities that Phoenix West II has to offer. We do try so very hard to have a nicely decorated condo with new updated furniture that is also very comfortable. Yes we do try and provide extras of everything for our guests as we want this to be the perfect vacation for you and your family. thank you for mentioning that Ms. Pat is keeping our condo clean and in great shape for each and every guest. Loved, loved this unit! Working with Pam was a dream. Very quick responses. Gave check in 4 stars only bc unit wasn't ready at 4, but Pam was on top of it. Loved the layout of these units and the 4th hall bath. Loved the full laundry. All appliances are upscale and not the cheap crap from the dollar store. Wished they had more elevators, but that is a builder's issue, not owner. Spent a ton of time in lazy river when it was too hot at beach (97 degrees daily). Wished they would give more parking passes (2) when all units sleep 10-12 (we had 4 cars coming in from different states). Will definitely be back!

We are so glad you loved our condo. I really enjoyed working with you and having you stay with us. We look forward to your next visit. Yes we do try to have everything our guests need for the perfect vacation from new comfortable furniture to a fully stocked kitchen with nice appliances. Yes with summer sometimes the ladies that clean are so overwhelmed with trying to jockey traffic and elevators to get everything done by check in but I do want everything to be clean so I am much happier having you go ahead and get in the condo and leave your things and let them finish while you go to the grocery store. I never want a guest to have a condo that is not clean. We also love the amenities that our complex offers. Yes I wish there were more parking spaces at the complex but when the building code only requires a developer to put 1 and 1/2 parking spaces per condo then summer can be quite challenging. I also wish there were more parking spaces at every complex or a city lot for people to park their additional cars. However it is hard to fight city hall and I think there should be overflow parking provided by the City of Orange Beach.

It is a fantastic property for extended family vacation. Grandchildren loved the large pool slide, lazy river and indoor pool.

The amenities at Pheonix II West are plentiful and top notch. The condo is beautiful, has all the comforts of home in a 5 star hotel package. We utilized every square foot of the unit and enjoyed sitting on the porch for hours watching the waves. We will definitely be back.
