This was a great condo for the 11 of us. Loved being so close to the beach and the amazing views. The amenities this condo offers were great. We had an issue with the dishwasher when we checked it, but it was quickly addressed and we were delivered a new one just two days after we called. As some of the other reviews have stated, the elevator situation wasn't the best on Saturday at check-in, but we didn't have any trouble after that first day. Overall it was a great place to stay and we would stay there again.

We arrived on a Monday night and brought a meal to cook as we were traveling with an infant. There were plenty of pans to choose from along with a smaller cookie sheet. They had an abundance of glasses to choose from along with coffee mugs for the morning. I can’t remember from the listing but they have a coffee maker, you’ll need filters and they also had a keurig! The balcony has 6 chairs and overlooks the ocean. Feels like a cruise ship as you see the ocean unless you walk up to the railing as the condo is in the 30th floor. With 4 bathrooms! Wow never a wait! There is nothing supplied for the beach but no need as when you walk out you can rent chairs and umbrellas day of! I’d recommend knowing in advance how many beach days you want as you’ll get a discount and go early for your check in as they move you to the front as people leave. The place was super clean and great communication. The only downside side is the dryer takes forever. So have plenty of time to restart.

The stay was wonderful. The condo is really spacious and had anything we needed. The only comments I have are the shower heads could use updating and the king bed in the master bedroom is broken. These weren't deal breakers for us just suggestions to make it absolutely perfect. The listing said there were not hairdryers but they actually were there. They were doing construction while we were there on the property that looks like it will be even better soon.

This condo is clean, well stocked and convenient to the beach. The only negative comment I have to make is that the elevator situation at this property below acceptable. We loved the condo. The views are spectacular. We rented during peak season. There are not enough elevators to accommodate the building and long lines to get on at the lower floors. Also, with that many guests, cell service is terrible even with wifi. I would definitely return, but not during peak season.

Check in was so easy . Room was ready hours before check in time . Fun place to stay on the beach with slides and pool lazy river . Also indoor pool with hot tubs. Only complaint , dryer in room took a long time to dry towels and at night lazy river had some trash floating around. Snack bags, ziplocks, bandaids.

Beds were comfortable and the condo was spacious. The elevators had a lot of traffic, and it would take a long time to go up and down the floors. There needs to be more elevators available. Also, we had to pay for 2 parking passes on top of what we had already paid for the condo. They only allowed 2 parking passes, but we had 3 vehicles. When you stay in a condo that allows up to 15 people, you would think they'd allow more than 2 parking passes.

Condo was very clean and exactly like the pictures. The dishwasher didn't clean or dry very well, probably needs repair. The master bedroom mattress was extremely soft. Overall a very nice place. I would pay special attention to the floor you are on, I wasn't prepared for how high we were, however, the view was amazing and kept the beach noise to a minimum. Any question I had was responded to very quickly.

We had a great time in gulf shores. The condo is very nice! Just an FYI you need to bring everything (coffee, filters, salt). Also, be aware the pools are not heated so March and April they are pretty chilly. Great access to the beach. Great location. There is also construction right now. We were woken up every morning but one with pounding at 7-7:30AM.

Loved our stay at Phoenix West Ii. The condo is spacious and lovely. The beds were comfortable. Loved having a separate Ice maker in the unit. The kitchen could have been better stocked with cooking essentials. Being on the 30th floor is great for the view, but we did have a longer wait for the elevator at times. We plan to go back!!

The condo was 1800 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. We had 6 adults and 3 children. It was the most comfortable place we have ever gone as a family. All of us had something to do-lazy river, indoor and outdoor pool, several hot tubs, great slide and a beautiful beach! We were on Labor Day weekend so it was crowded with some wait times at the elevators and you have to pay for your parking spots. Orange Beach's Beach not as beautiful as Destin but pretty close. We booked condo at the last minute and we could not have been more impressed. The location was perfect. Condo amentites were impressive for all ages. The room was very well maintained and beautifully decorated. Plenty of room for our group of 10...I highly recommend this unit and the Phoenix 2. Only criticizism would be the wleevtor wait times were often 15 minutes. Might be better on lower floors but at times it was annoying at most.

Beautiful well maintained property. Very family friendly. Grandkids loved the lazy river. Only downside be prepared at peak times to wait up to 15 minutes for an elevator.

Family time was great. No problem with anybody getting in your way. had my beach bag stolen and 2 of our beach chairs and of course my phone ext . This was from the lobby. Still had a great time.Smell was bad one evening from lobby area outside our RM and was also in bedrooms close to hall way. We found out door to where everyone puts there garbage was left open. My husband was there when one little boy put their garbage in and left door open. He went back and closed it. Be good to put big sign on door. At beach area renting chairs and umbrella was put so close to water and they only left small area between groups of 4 if you didn't get there early you will be pitching your tent behind them. Will defiantly come back.

This condo was beautiful! The beds are so comfortable and the huge tv was great to watch the Alabama/auburn game!(roll tide!) the only things I could suggest is to get a few more mixing bowls with lids and get the fridge checked out because even though it was cooling, it wasn't keeping the water, drinks, etc. real cold. Other than that, and my husband falling at the pools bathroom because it was wet, we had a great time!

Property was very well-maintained and clean. Parking on several levels with access to elevators right upon entry - handicapped parking available right by door on each level of parking garage. Each floor has open areas with large window-walls so that an unobstructed view is provided upon coming to and from your unit. Unit was large, spacious, Jacuzzi tub in master bedroom, spacious showers, satellite tv, large kitchen fully stocked, dining room, washer and dryer & huge balcony overlooking the wonderful beach. Balconies provided clear views of sunsets and sunrises with no other balconies obstructing the view. Property had large indoor pool with hot tubs, outdoor pool, slide, lazy river with tubes provided, another floor of hot tubs, sauna and gym. Property is conveniently located near grocery stores and Walmart. It is also located near many restaurants - (a short drive - I also highly recommend the Shipp's Harbour Grill - it was some of the best seafood we have ever eaten - I recommend the Coconut Grouper, Grouper Ponchatrain, Crab Bisque (LOADED with crab), Fried Seafood Platter and the "Shrimp Ya'll"(fried succulent shrimp with fried green tomatoes with béarnaise). Could not hear any noise inside from other units beside nor above us. Highly recommend this property!

This condo is spectacular! My husband and I stayed here with two other couples and 3 toddlers. The condo is laid out wonderfully, and each bedroom having their own bath was a major bonus. The finishes and details in this condo are beautifully and very tasteful. Everything was clean and felt new. The amenities were also great. We used the gym a couple of times, which is very spacious and new. The kids absolutely loved the splash pad and the waterslide, and the walk to the beach was quick and easy. Overall our stay was fabulous and I have nothing but praises about the condo!

This condo could not have been any more beautifully decorated, clean or comfortable. There was every amenity we needed. We cooked in mostly and the kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and such. Be sure and read the information sent to you, though. We brought extra paper towels and toilet paper, dish washing detergent and the like because you only get a starter portion of those things. The pools, both indoor and outdoor were open and clean for our convenience. I loved the way the door locks work -- no worries about forgetting your key! The staff in the condo were very helpful as well. We did have trouble getting cell signals occasionally and after the first day the Wi-Fi didn't work. We were on vacation though so it was a nice break from the computers and phones. We plan to stay there again next year! And we very highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking.

The condo we rented was beautiful and spacious. Looks exactly as described. Loved the lazy river! So many choices for restaurants and places to get groceries. Would have been great to have an onsite coffee shop or restaurant in the building. We loved going to the Hot Shop off of Canal road. Very interesting to see their process! Amazing view from the 30th floor!
