This is our 2nd year returning to Crystal Shores West. Once again the condo was very clean with all minor amenities needed for cleaning and cooking. (Dishwashing, trash bags, pots, pans, cups, plates, etc..) The patio is very relaxing after a long day either on the beach or traveling to other locations. We did various day trips headed out to Floribama for some boating, out to Destin for the boardwalk, and others. The location of a straight shot to many locations and nearby dining locations is fabulous. For those that wish to be on the beach during the day, and cook at night, the condo provides a lot of the typical necessities. We had a great time, and looking forward to coming back next year.

Overall was a great stay with the exception of the floors. Clean to the eye but dirty to feet. Wouldn't really have been a big deal if other reviews didn't have the same complaint. Hopefully the issue was taken care of.. reclining chairs a little uncomfortable. Everything else was great and would recommend this room.

The condo was as advertised. The view of the Gulf is amazing. Dolphins almost everyday. Our only complaint was the elevator issues mentioned in other reviews. Only one elevator working and it wasn't the fastest. Had we been visiting during a busier time, this would have been a bigger issue. Overall, a great place to stay and you won't find a condo with easier access to the beach.

This was a perfect location. So easy to get to everything we wanted to see and such easy access to the beach. The condo was very nice. The only thing I wished it had was a broom so we could clean up some of the sand that is bound to come in with a condo on the beach. Otherwise, perfect.

Our family of 4 just spent 5 nights in this unit. Liquid Life communicated with us via text the morning of arrival and had the unit ready a little earlier than expected. It was very freshly cleaned upon our arrival. Everything was as described in the listing. The decor was very fitting for a beach condo and a perfect balcony view of the beach. We did not encounter any issues at all with elevators and rarely even had to wait. **This is not meant to be negative but informative** The unit comes supplied with one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom , one roll of paper towel, one garbage bag. I completely understand why that is done but Liquid Life should include this in their welcome information so people can prepare beforehand. Bring hand soap too! Another piece of information I don’t remember getting from them is regarding the reserved parking spot on the 3rd level of garage. Again, not meant to be negative but hopefully can help others out! All in all a very nice visit!

Stayed for 3 nights with hubby and in-laws the 4th of July weekend to celebrate my MIL birthday. We originally arrived at Crystal Shores (Not West) and proceeded to the Condo. We quickly realized that we were at the wrong Crystal Shores location. The "WEST" building is located next door. Upon entering the correct condo we were very pleased to see that it was as pictured in listing. Decor was beautiful and inviting. Cleanliness for the most part was average. We did find spills on countertop (understandable that it is easy to miss with the darker granite counter tops) and food wrapper papers in the guest bedroom. The view was beautiful and the condo was quiet. Never had a long wait for the elevator and loved the availability of carts to transport goods back and forth to the condo. Kitchen was fully stocked with needed utensils and they were of good quality. Bedding was comfortable and a/c kept us cool throughout our stay. Balcony was comfortable with adequate seating BUT BE CAREFUL!!!! Everyday we sat on the balcony water was poured from condo above and were drenched. We are unsure if this was by cleaning crew or guests but it occurred everyday at the same time. The location was near to a variety of eateries and shops. We received text messages and e-mails from Guest Services checking in to ensure we had an enjoyable stay which was a sweet touch. Loved the communication prior to and throughout the stay. I've already marked this as a favorite and will make plans to return. I hesitate telling anyone else about this place because I want to keep this hidden jem to myself. Honestly, you won't regret staying here if you are looking for a relaxing & comfortable stay. Thanks to all who made our stay memorable.

Stay was enjoyable. Would have liked both elevators to work, otherwise quite satisfied with everything. Fire alarm went off one morning in the apartment. I tried to call office and didn’t get anyone, finally the alarm went off. Everything else was really enjoyable. Great place to stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: #307 was a very nice condo. The decorating was nice and everything was in order upon our arrival. One suggestion is to increase the number of washcloths for each bathroom. There were only two and it wasn’t enough. The balcony furniture was nice. The view was great, location was perfect and we enjoyed our time!

I picked this condo unit due to it having 2 king beds which is hard to find. My husband and I usually vacation with our daughter, son-in-law and 22 month old granddaughter. We loved the location and the size of the condo. We liked it being on the 3rd floor and the "boys" loved the big screen TV's in the living rooms & bed rooms. The unit was equipped with everything you would need. Usually the first thing I check out are the mattresses (horror stories about bed bugs in motels and condos) and to my wonderful surprise both mattresses had the zipped protection covers. The property manager checked in on us, via text, the day we arrived and a couple of times after that. We all loved the spacious balcony and the color theme inside and out was perfect for the beach. Everything was clean, looked new and up to date. We had a great time and I would definitely rent this unit again if available. We were unable to come down on Saturday, and was hoping to check in on Sunday before the normal 3:00 PM and sure enough, I received a text around 12:15 saying the unit was ready. It was perfect timing for we had just finished lunch at Lamberts. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with the Joneses & Millers!

We stayed in this condo and absolutely loved it. It was clean, nice decor, comfortable, had amazing views, and huge smart TVs in each room plus the living room. We have been coming to this area for 15+ years now and this was BY FAR our favorite condo! The pool was perfect for our toddler too!! We cooked in the kitchen and it was stocked with everything we needed. Will definitely come back!

We have stayed in Gulf Shores 3 other times, this by far was the best condo we have rented and would do it again in a heartbeat! Loved all the little touches. Could have used one extra roll of TP, but we made it through. I also liked the code entry so you didn't have to worry about keys.

What a beautifully decorated and perfectly outfitted place! We have stayed in dozens and dozens of condos over the past 35 years. This one ranks at the top of our all-time favorites. My husband and I went totally exhausted and in need of rest. The condo was perfect. The decor creates such a peaceful atmosphere. It was clean and well maintained. Just as pictured on the website--actually, even better in person! The TVs are wonderful. We enjoyed watching the Bama game on the 65" TV in the living room, and their were lots of channel choices (which is not always the case in condos). The kitchen is equipped with everything one might need. Often the cooking utensils in condos are poor quality, but theirs are awesome! We loved having the Keurig. My husband was very impressed by the knives. We always bring our own but never had to use it. The furniture on the patio is really nice. Since the photos were taken they have added a VERY comfortable sofa, coffee table, and matching chairs. We rented chairs and an umbrella at the beach each day, which made things easy for us. All in all, it is a wonderful place for a get-a-way. I hope we can return again and again. If I had to make any recommendations it would be to replace the red garbage can in the kitchen. It doesn't work very well (lid won't stay up unless you hold it), plus the color REALLY sticks out like a sore thumb. (...although we love red! Roll Tide!) Thank you for providing a great place to rest and recharge!
