We booked this for a family vacation. I was a little apprehensive because the building was across the street and we had 2 kids under 3 but we figured with the walkway over the road it would be OK. I really was great! We picked this condo due to the close proximity to the walkway and it worked out perfectly. We were able to be at the beach side pool and beach access in no time at all. The only down side for this particular trip was the elevator on the beach side was out of service due to some type of lightning strike before we arrived so we had to take our wagon to the parking lot level and walk across the street with it but I'm sure it's temporary. The building was fantastic! 2 outdoor pools and hot tubs were great, the grand-daughter loved the indoor pool and we loved the Sauna too. The beach was white sand soft as a kitten and the water was clear and warm. The fitness rooms were legit with not just treadmills. The unit was perfect for us. The carpet in the bedrooms and living area made us feel safe with small kids. The unit was FULLY stocked with everything needed. The Kitchen appliances were top of the line and appeared new. The unit was very clean and the carpet appeared to have just been steam cleaned. The only negative things I can say are the queen bed in the second bedroom was soft and lumpy and the door chain was long enough that i could reach in and unlock it from the outside. Also, it was 60 for each car to park for the week which was a complete surprise to me.
