We enjoyed everything about our unit. There were only 2 things that I’m sure had nothing to do with you, the weather and the elevator being broke down a couple of times. Very inconvenient when you’re on the 17th floor. But overall we enjoyed our time together as a family.

My family LOVED staying on the 17th floor! It was so nice to be able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view without worrying about other people "seeing us" (my family enjoys its privacy haha). The only issue my family had was there were only 2 elevators and one kept breaking down (due to other guests not the company's fault). This caused some back-ups at the elevators that were more of an aggrivation than a true "problem".

Liquid Life representatives were very responsive. But also no issues either. The third bedroom is tiny, and the bunk beds would not be comfortable for an older teens or family member - our younger kids were OK with the space.(who cares about bedrooms with a beach close by. I also read comments about the elevators. I didn't think it was that big of a issue. Yes - at times there were waits but only during a influx of vacationers. Otherwise, we came and went pretty easily on the 17th floor.

We went with our small kids for Spring Break. The condo was so clean and exactly what we needed. So clean and good appliances. The communication with Jenny was quick and she was VERY responsive. The building is nice and well ran, but with only two elevators there were times when we had to wait in a line for the elevator. The location is perfect! Not in the middle of everything, BUT close enough to comfortably walk to everything. Really happy with our experience!

We loved our stay at Seawinds! Property was clean and convenient to the beach. Parking is under the building and there are carts available for hauling luggage and things up to the condo. The kitchen had the appliances and supplies we needed to make our stay like home. The balcony overlooking the gulf was a great place to sit and read and enjoy the view. Fun time!

We have stayed at this property twice. Location is excellent. View from the 17th floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico is great. Unit is nice and well equipped for a month stay. Quiet in January. Very convenient in proximity to shopping and many restaurants. Also, conveniently located near Gulf State Park for those who like to hike or ride bicycles.

The stay would have been a 4.5 but the owner's responsiveness to problems bumped it to 5. The door code did not work at first and had to text the owner (who responded very quickly and resolved the issue with a new code). Also, after fighting the elevators (only 2 for a 20 floor complex - which the check-in instructions warn of) for the second time on a Saturday afternoon with groceries we find out our 6 hungry kids could not use the microwave.... Messaged the owner who was able to have a replacement installed 10am Monday morning. Maintenance men showed up at 9 and were cleaned up and gone by 10. In a world where things are rarely perfect, the owner did a good job correcting the issues as quickly as reasonably possible. The unit was SUPER clean and had AMAZING linens and comforters and tons of extra high quality blankets and pillows. The view from the 17th floor was awesome. Walking distance easily to the main food and shopping areas and right next door to Sea and Suds Restaurant. The elevators were the only frustrating part, but again, you are warned in advance that they could be a choke point. All in all our family loved it and would definitely stay at this unit again.

This condo was very clean and well maintained. The furnishings were all in great condition. There was plenty of room inside and the view outside was excellent. There is a new Surfstyle marketplace right across the street for anything you need and the Sea and Suds Restaurant with good food is right next door. Jenny was the perfect owner and responded quickly to any questions I had. I would definitely recommend her condo to any future vacationers.

The place was great and you can read other reviews that are spot on about that! I just wanted to add something I thought would’ve been helpful for me to know upon arrival. It is stated that you have to provide all paper products, soaps, garbage bags, etc. There is a roll of toliet paper in each bathroom, garbage bag in each can, one roll of paper towels, and packets of dish soap and laundry detergent. So that was super helpful! We went straight to the store before checking into the condo when we could’ve waited but not a huge issue!! Also, the store across the street is crazy expensive. There is a Walmart that is a close drive!

We really had a great time! Gulf Shores is very family friendly, and we ate at some good restaurants. Rain showers seemed to pass pretty quickly. Unit itself was very nice & as pictured. Gorgeous view from balcony- on several occasions we saw dolphins...we even saw them while in the water, which was a highlight for me! Showers had good water pressure, got hot enough, and were tall enough. The splash park was a huge hit with our 3 year old... she made all kinds of beach friend besties at the splash pad. And, of course, the beach was wonderful! It was just a quick stroll through the dunes (5 mins from unit to water, tops). Elevators ran pretty fast & carts were always available to take stuff up or down. We really enjoyed our stay!

Condo was clean and spacious as advertised. Our family of 5 had more than enough space for our stay as well as plenty of storage for our luggage. The kitchen was well equipped, allowing us to dine in with ease. The unit is steps from the elevator. When asking our kids if they were bothered by that (they slept in the bedrooms closest to the entrance), they said they were not bothered at all. Other guest seemed very respectful, no loud noises or parties nearby. Parking was a breeze, although the spaces were a bit narrow. We were able to park on the bottom floor all week. As others have suggested, parking on the first floor is preferable to be able to catch an elevator before it fills up. The wait for the elevator can be fairly long at times. Saturday mornings and afternoons seem to be the busiest times with guests moving in and out from a week's stay. I'd estimate my typical wait to be 5 minutes but 10-15 minutes during peak hours. The patio was great! The location on the beach was fantastic! Next door is Sea n Suds. There's also a beach rental service right there (beach chairs/umbrellas, kayaks, banana boats, etc). I highly recommend this condo!

The condo is true to pictures. Amazing ocean view from living room, bedroom, and balcony. This is the well appointed ocean view unit not those bending to the side units that gives you views of other buildings. The other reviews seem to sum up the condo and location pretty well. I love this place. Very nice unit. Would be happy to book here again. I appreciate the minimal fees. I dislike the crazy miscellaneous charges from many many other units like linen fee and processing fee on top of service fee and then plus other fees. Makes no sense. It's like they want to charge me $300+ for cleaning. I appreciate it that Jenny's fees are straight forward and reasonable. She promised no charge for wristbands just ask me to leave them behind if possible so they can be cleaned and reused. Sounds reasonable to me. It's a great way to keep it free for all renters. Wish other condo could keep fees to a minimal like this one.

Condo was very nice, clean, & well equipped for the needs of a family of 5! LOVE that it is literally right on the beach! We were able to have breakfast there, hit the beach and pool (which my children loved), and run back to condo for snacks and drinks, lunch, etc. Great location-we were here for fall break the week of the annual Shrimp Festival. We were able to walk to the festival & not have worries of driving and finding a parking spot. Owner was very helpful during booking process! We look forward to the possibility of another vacation in Gulf Shores in the future!

This place was awesome. It definitely accommodated everything that we could have possibly needed. We went there for a music festival that was on the beach and everyone had a blast. We only had a small walk down to where we had to go to the fest which made everything so easy! It's surrounded by great food which helps everything!

From the minute we walked into our condo until the last time we closed the door to head home, we enjoyed every minute of this fabulous home. We had no complaints whatsoever and could have not asked for a cleaner, more well-appointed place to stay. We never encountered any problems waiting for an elevator probably due to it not being high season as yet. The view from the balcony was amazing and there were many times we watched dolphins, stingrays and other types of fish swim just off the beach. We were very pleased with this condo. Right on beach which is always a huge plus with kids. Has a splash pool for your little ones. A indoor/outdoor pool (which is rather small for the size of the building) that my kids loved and a hot tub!! Spring Break has just begun this week so we noticed extra security on property and they were checking for wrist bands (wrist bands are proof you are staying at this property)if you were using the pool and hot tub. We loved being able to walk to Sea n Suds and the Hang Out!! But really we just like this area A LOT!! Condo was clean, bed comfortable. You will need to provide extra toliet paper, beach towels, laundry stuff.....but staying in a condo over a hotel.......is AMAZING!! You will be hooked. Jenny was fast to respond to questions. And we had no trouble with parking (however our vehicle is large so parking outside is needed) and the elevators were not a problem for us. But I am pretty sure the building wasn't "FULL". Would definately stay again. And again and AGAIN!!! Love Gulf Shores!!

We absolutely loved this unit! I was initially a little worried about booking a unit through an individual, as we had always went thru a rental company to book our rooms each year for our family vacation. Jenny (the owner) was so helpful, and always answered my emails in a timely manner. The unit was clean, cozy and felt like home. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook with, and the balcony view is breath taking!! I will most definitely book this unit again next year!

Wonderful stay in gulf shores! Condo was convenient to numerous restaurants like pink pony and sea and suds. Great no hassle vacation at last minute for a week with my mom. Condo was beautifully decorated and very spacious. The view was to die for overlooking the gulf and white beaches 17 floors above! I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation.

We had an amazing time during our stay at Seawind. The condo was beautiful and the owner is very sweet and on top of things. The view is beyond amazing as well as being so close to everything. It is very kid friendly, my son enjoyed the kiddie pool which was a great bonus. We cannot wait to be back and will recommend this property to all our friends and family. If you haven't been here yet you are missing out, so hurry and book your next stay at Seawind unit 1705! Thanks for eveything Jenny!! :-)

We had the BEST time! The condo was awesome. There were six in our group - so everyone had plenty of room. My son especially enjoyed the bunk room and getting to watch TV in bed. It was super clean and updated. Beds and linens were comfy. Orange Beach and Florida were just down the road, so that was fun for a short drive to go to dinner a couple nights. We usually ate breakfast and lunch at the condo, and then went out for a fun dinner. One day we also went to Fort Morgan which we enjoyed. The beach was clean. Lots of families - wholesome environment. The weather was perfect - warm sun and cool water. I wouldn't change a thing. My family and I CANNOT wait to return. We look forward to renting from Jenny again. She was super nice and promptly answered any questions we had.

This condo was great in every way! This trip was our 11th annual girlfriend getaway. Tastefully decorated, gorgeous view. We had an issue with the A/C while there and Jenny had someone come and fix it right away. Now that's customer service! Thank you, Jenny, for sharing your beautiful condo. We would definitely rent this condo again.

This condo looks and feels bigger than it seems in the pictures. We have been using VRBO and Homeaway for many years (Maui, Puerto Rico, Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, etc.) This condo is our best so far with the perfect oceanview from both living room and bedroom, plus high quality amenities that many older condos don't offer. The beach is right downstairs with shaded cabanas (beach loungers) available (maybe for rent). Kitchen has everything for cooking but we didn't cook at all because we walked everywhere to eat. Sea n suds is addictive and it's next door! They can actually do room service, just a thought.

I stayed here with my husband for 1 week this winter because the rate was great. Then when we arrived, we realized it's such a bargain because the condition and furnishing of this unit is like a really nice hotel and with everything you need to feel at home. The view is perfect with the view of the entire beach. We appreciate the privacy of this condo. Even at the balcony, you won't see other neighbors or nearby buildings. All you see is beach and ocean. We love our time here. Can't wait to come back!

We stayed in this this condo in March and the whole family had a blast. The condo itself is super clean and organized. Beds are very comfortable. Everyone slept well, even my little ones. We enjoyed the sound of the ocean waves from the bedroom and living room. When the doors are closed, any outside sound gets blocked out completely so we can sleep. My kids love the kiddie pool. Lounge chairs by the pools are great for me. When they're done, we go play in the sand. My wife really enjoyed the sauna. The owner is very kind and accommodating down to every detail. We will stay here again, maybe next time in the summer when the Waterville water park is open.
