The primary bedroom offers a cozy queen bed and direct access to the bathroom, which also connects to the hall for added convenience. Twin-over-twin bunks in the hallway provide additional sleeping space, along with a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, making this unit ideal for families or small groups.

For extra convenience, the unit includes an in-unit washer and dryer, ensuring a hassle-free stay. Whether you're enjoying the breathtaking views, exploring the area, or simply unwinding by the shore, Tidewater 404 offers the perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm.

At Tidewater, immerse yourself in the scenic splendor of sugar-white sandy beaches and the mesmerizing Gulf of Mexico. The large outdoor Gulf-front pool is a haven for relaxation and fun under the Alabama sun, providing a perfect alternative for those days when you prefer poolside leisure to sandy beaches. For a more serene experience, our heated indoor pool and hot tub are ideal for relaxing swims or soothing soaks, regardless of the weather. Stay active and energized with the onsite fitness room, equipped with everything you need for a full workout. After exercising, unwind in the sauna, the perfect place to soothe your muscles and rejuvenate your body. They also feature a grilling area, allowing you to enjoy outdoor cooking with a view.

The price of one parking pass is included in your total. To purchase a 2nd pass, you must contact our office before arrival

CLEAN BED PROMISE

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING

New reservations booked after May 16th, 2025 will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon arrival.

Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property's HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS

The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: January and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

AGE REQUIREMENT:

The minimum age to book this property is 25 years or older. Valid photo identification is required to verify age and ensure compliance with local regulations.
