Check-in was a breeze. Numbers luggage carts and grocery carts are available for check-in and out. A wonderful place to relax. Wonderful outside pool area. Beach access with little effort. Beach chair(s) rental with umbrella available and not expensive.

I have booked with Liquid Life multiple times. This was the first time I have ever been given a key code that did not work. I had to call the afterhours number because we did not arrive until after 11:00pm. After about 15 minutes on the phone with him, he was finally able to reset it with a new code that worked. Other than that weird glitch, everything was perfect! The condo was just big enough for the two of us, and the views were amazing. We didn't want to leave!

We had a very nice stay and the condo was very clean. Convenient to local restaurants which we enjoyed. Only negatives was water pressure in bathroom sink and shower head needs to be replaced with a better one.

Relax and enjoy the awesome views from the patio, you may even see dolphins! Condo was as advertised, very clean. So much to do at the Phoenix Complex, pick up your groceries and settle in for a fun and relaxing stay.

Very clean! Wanted an extra blanket for bed but wasn't one. Bedroom closet door kept coming off track-needs to be fixed. Only one hand towel in bathroom and we had two people. Just little things. Nice though.

Definitely will and have recommended Phoenix VII condo 1107. We had a very relaxing two day stay was going to stay through the weekend but a storm come up so we left a day early. The condo was very clean! All the pictures online are accurate. The only issue was the cabinet door in the bathroom wouldn't stay closed so I used a hair band to keep it closed during our visit.

Condo was perfect! As pictured and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances we needed. Only complaint was shower/tub was hard getting in and out of. Great view of beach from balcony. Nice pool area. Pool chairs need replaced. VERY VERY uncomfortable. Several others at pool were also complaining. Would definitely stay here again.

View of the beach from the balcony was nice. I thought being on the 11th floor would be an issue but the elevators were fast and the property provide luggage carts. Property management was responsive and provided proactive communication. Unit was clean with the exception of a dirty tub. The bed was uncomfortable and noisy. We would consider staying again but the bed situation would need to be addressed.

The view from the balcony on the 11th floor was spectacular! Outdoor and indoor pools were nice and well maintained. Fitness room was well equipped for the one day I couldn’t walk the beach.

If you are looking for a condo that actually looks like the pictures posted, accurate description and an incredible view....this should be your next place to book for vacation. This condo was incredibly clean, a few steps to the beach and located around lots of restaurants and shopping. We put in one request while there and we were talking care of very quickly. They even sent text messages to be sure we were enjoying our stay. We will be back! Thank you for a great vacation.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great location and it was perfect view of the ocean view, it was great because as soon as you got off the elevator your room was right there it is definitely great for me and my boyfriend just enough room and the bed was nice and comfy too!!! I would most likely stay here again for sure.

Nice property they went a little overboard with the COVID restrictions. For example picking up the shuffle board game sticks and pucks. Along with the gym being closed. Everyone is laying in the same pool chairs not sure what the difference is. Should have picked up the pool chairs if it was a real concern. Just saying 🤷🏼‍♂️

Loved the condo, but left early because the coronia virus was spreading fast. I expect a credit from LIQUID LIFE, AND home away said we would get some refund of the fees. Our week stay was a short 4 days! Very sad!

My husband and I spent a whole week here and I have to say it was perfect! The condo was clean and cozy! The view was gorgeous and we even had perfect weather the whole duration of the stay. Would recommend to any couple looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of their normal lives!

First time booking with VRBO and couldn't be more pleased! Check in/out was super easy! The condo was great! It was clean and cozy! Watching the sunrise and sunset from the balcony made it all worth it! We will be staying here again!!! We did bring extra paper towels, trash bags, paper products, laundry soap and hand soaps which really came in handy. I would love to be able to able to submit some photos I took. It's a little perk to having a professional photographer stay in the condo. Thank you for a wonderful time!!

Spectacular views of the waves and the vast gulf beyond. 3. Privacy! Slept with the doors wide open, no one is going to walk by! 4. Amenities: because you have a thousand neighbors, you have a large pool, attentive front desk, and a clean beach. Anyway, this VRBO unit was clean, well-stocked and everything worked. 2018 would be a good year to replace the couch, however.

My wife and I enjoyed 5 nights here. The location is outstanding. Orange Beach is our new go to location. The facility is very nice and clean. The unit needs some updating, but everything worked perfectly. Our understanding is new owners will be making some improvements. There is so much to do, and nothing to do is also an option. Many good places to eat. Do not miss Cobalt at sunset and the Tiki Bar and Grill for the best burger ever.

Pics looked just like the place. Remember to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels & trash bags along with extra laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent if you plan on using those. (1 roll of toilet paper and paper towels and a garbage bag was provided. 1 sample size of laundry and dishwasher soap was provided) Great view. Room right off evelator. 4 evelators ran smooth, hardly waited. Large pool, never felt too crowded. Grills by the pool and shaded gazebo. Lots of good restaurants close by. You will enjoy it here!
