Very impressed with the two bedroom condo! We usually need a 3 bed but this worked perfect for a girls trip! Not necessarily a complaint, there was some bar soap residue in the hall shower. Overall, everything was clean! We had a minor issue with the stove and it was resolved the very next morning! Maintenance was excellent!

Could use some minor repairs and random changes. Patio furniture was dirty, looked like greasey handprints that hadn't been wiped off, door frames had areas were hands repeatedly touch and looked dirty, a kitchen rag would have been helpful as we had to use one of the bath rags to wash dishes. I closed the air vent in the master bath sink area as it was so cold and I noticed some mold around the air vent. Overall it was a nice condo and we would stay at the location again! Elevators were fast for such a large condo building.Hallways and floors in the building always clean and not wet.

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was as described and they thought of everything. Something not mentioned is it has a larger than most balcony as there is no condo to the left of it and the balcony wraps around in an L. It’s really nice on calmer days! On really windy days, it definitely made the balcony very gusty.

We have stayed here every October for Shrimp Fest weekend and the following week. The managment are well organized. The staff are awesome. Their communication is great, timely and informative. The property is clean, parking is easy, location is great. Maybe 5 minutes walk to the Hangout and all of the great stores in the area. Stay there, the higher the better! Sun rise and Sun set pics are awesome.

My first time visiting the gulf shores and I will definitely return. Although if you want to use the oven be prepared to wait awhile as it takes a very long time to heat up.

This was my family's first time staying in a non-hotel location, so we weren't completely sure what to do when we arrived to obtain our parking pass. There's only one tiny sign that says "office" in middle of the second floor parking garage but luckily we found it. After that everything went super smoothly. The room was just as described, and the balcony and views were beautiful. We enjoyed the proximity of the location to all the restaurants and stores like Walmart or DG if we ran out of supplies. The condo was very well kept and clean and my kiddos really loved the huge jetted tub. Overall the whole family was very happy with the experience, and we plan to be back.

We spent a lovely, relaxing week in this beautiful condo! It was exactly as pictured. Beautiful view, good beds, and gorgeous decor. The elevators are FAST—so don’t worry about staying on the 18th floor. Also, the TVs were very easy to operate. And you can see dolphins jumping every morning from the balcony. The location is great—we never cooked since there were so many good restaurants close by. Check in was super easy. As was check out. We highly recommend this place! We will be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everything was clean and tidy. The decor was light and beachy and just what i was looking for. The beds were AMAZING. My son loved the bunk bed room, and i loved the spacious laundry room for beach gear. Plenty of outdoor seating on balcony and kitchen had everything we needed. We loved everything about the Bates’ condo. It is almost the top floor so we had a MASSIVE view of the water and beach. The pans are a little worn out, but we brought our own so it wasn’t an issue. Just a heads up if you plan on cooking. There was plenty of room for all of us and plenty of seating space. I do recommend bringing a fan for the bunk room. The condo is in a great location with plenty of eating places nearby. We walked to Sea N Suds multiple times. This part is Lighthouse policy and NOT the Bates’ policy For anyone needing to park more than 2 vehicles, the property only allows 2 parking passes per condo. There’s a listing of off-site properties available. Some of the ones nearby looked a little questionable. We paid to park at the Fairfield inn in orange beach. Everything was safe and there were zero issues. It can get pricey the longer you stay, so just be aware of that policy.

Yes there is limited parking spaces at Lighthouse and they do guarantee 2 spaces but in peak season any additional cars have to park off site in one of the overflow lots in the city

My daughter and I stayed with her friend and her mom for the NCAA National Beach Volleyball Championship and a junior’s tournament. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable with 2 king sized beds for our tall volleyball girls and their moms. This condo is so roomy . We went on our honeymoon here so it was just 2 of us and more room than we needed but no regrets ! I was thinking if we come to stay again to bring the family there is more than enough room! We enjoyed our time . Balcony was VERY ROOMY. Most everything was very nice, clean and comfortable. The two king rooms and the bunk room fit us perfectly. Balcony view and table/chairs were great. Delayed check-in, less than high quality cooking skillets, and a worn out ‘Dish-tv’ remote were our only issues.

I will check on the skillets and see but this is the first complaint I have had and if you had called while you were here I would have come by and taken care of this issue. I am sorry that you were delayed checking in but with the government paying cleaners more to stay home than come to work the cleaning company is really doing everything as quickly as they can with short staff and we have requested that they take no shortcuts on cleanliness which they haven't. We feel that a little later than 4 pm is better than a dirty condo. Like is posted on the refrigerator if you have any tv problem then please call SecureVision and their number is posted and they will take care of the remote issue. You could here again called us and we would have been happy to call them for you

The property is set in a good location. It's on the top floor, which is easily accessible with the elevator. I didn't find this readily on the listing but found out later after talking to the property manager. Pam was very responsive and was quick to resolve any issues/questions we had. The property was clean and well taken care of. I'd certainly visit this place and property again. We had a wonderful spring break at this place

This condo is spacious! It's located in a premier spot in Gulf Shores. The complex has two outdoor pools, two hot tubs and an indoor pool! You are just steps to a private beach. The amenities make this spot a must stay. The unit has plenty of room and a bonus room with two bunk beds. Its the perfect spot for two couples or a family with multiple kids. I would definitely come back to 1806 @ The Lighthouse!

A great time was had by all! We used the guest bedroom, so I don't know about the master as I didn't ask about it. The bed was a little hard, but not horrible. We would stay again!

The pictures shown are exactly what to expect! Everything needed (or thought you needed!) was provided. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. One minor issue came up; however, Pam took care of the problem within an hour after I contacted her. She is a wonderful person to work with prior to/during/after our stay. I highly recommend the condo and we will return.

We’ve stayed in a lot of nice places at the beach, but this was by far the best ever! Plenty of room for 4 adults and a 6 year old to spread out and enjoy! Kitchen was awesome!! Very clean! Highly, highly, highly recommend!!
