1002W is really the whole package, located on the beach with 10th floor gulf view. Stunning sunrises and pretty at night too. Nice beds, nice bathroom, everything you need in the kitchen and a very well-run grocery store right across the street. Pool and hot tub are pristine, exactly like the photos. The souvenir shops down the street were fun and had great prices on items for everyone. Tie town has a lot to discover or just sit under an umbrella . It was a great week.

Fantastic complex and location But I am really peeved as the reservation process has changed and I was not told this Because of this, after 8 years of this complex, I cannot not return next year as nothing is now available since the reservation process opened 4 months early for next season and myself and traveling partners are now locked out I very much prefer to be here!

We love the Sea Chase and loved staying in this rental. Very spacious, well stocked with what you need in kitchen and a great location. We’ve never gone through a rental company before on Airbnb or for these condos but they were easy to work with. Highly recommend!

It was a great week as always. The room was beautiful and clean. The only problem was the text at 3:30 that the room would not be ready for check in at 4. We had to put cold groceries back and go back later to finish shopping. Other than that it was fine. We will see you next year!

My family and I have been to Orange Beach for the past 5 summers. This was the first time we have stayed at the Sea Chase complex, and we absolutely loved it!! The condo was amazing, and my favorite place yet! We will be back. The condo was clean, well stocked kitchen, and very spacious for our family of 5. The unit was convenient to get to, close to the elevator, and a short walk to the beach. The grounds were clean and well kept. The pools were also a favorite of ours. There are several pools and hot tubs on the property that we enjoyed. It was a great trip!

Absolutely gorgeous condo & spotlessly clean. Love the location & the pool area is perfect & beautiful also. Lots of different areas to go to if one pool is full. The elevators were almost always available and very little wait time. The condo is very close to the beach which is also wonderful. 2 negatives for us was the balcony is tucked in a hole kind of so the views are somewhat limited. The other major negative is that the beach area required key fobs to access. We had 1 in our condo for 6 adults. I requested more & they ended up finding one more that I had to go to main office to get. This ended up being very inconvenient since we all came & went at separate times. It ended up being a lot of standing at the gate waiting on someone to let them in/out of beach. I will say tho that the beach area in front of the condo was not near as crowded as some areas I’ve been to in the past. Overall I loved it & if I was able to get more fobs I would definitely stay in this condo again.

This condo was one of the best units we have stayed in. All the beds were very comfortable...we were able to rest and slept really well. The additional ice maker was perfect for drinks. This is the second time we have stayed at this exact home. Pur little one calls it the "pink hotel". This room has everything you would need to cook with. Publix and Wal-mart are just across the street. The room is located on the 10th floor and has a beautiful view. We hope to continue this new tradition of ataying in exactly this place. We really enjoyed our stay here! One of the elevators in the building was broken so we had to wait a little longer sometimes but other than that which was out of the property owners control, everything was great! Would definitely stay again!

This was our first time staying at Sea Chase and will definitely book here again. The grounds were beautiful. The outdoor and indoor pools were excellent. We all enjoyed the hot tubs as well. The condo was perfect, beds were very comfy and loved having coffee on the balcony every morning with the view and sound of the ocean. Only complaint was that there was only one kitchen towel. Will definitely return to Sea Chase again!

Had a great time and condo was very nice and well kept. Only issues we had was the curtain for the master bedroom was broken (found it under the bed) so other people on their balcony could see in. Told them about the problem and they said they would fix it, but they never did. Other problem was the drain in the second bath drained extremely slow. By the end of your shower you were in ankle deep water. Told them about it and they stopped by to fix, but someone was currently using shower and they never came back. Other than these 2 issues we had a great stay. Pool and beach were great. Clean property. 24 hr security on site. Would definitely come back.

A nice place to stay but they could have done much better with the cleanliness of the condo, dishes, air vent, etc., and they did not have many towels available. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The seachase condos are in a great location with outstanding views. This condo is located on the 10th floor, right beside the elevator which was great for my mom who has a hard time walking. We enjoyed the condo thoroughly and hope to return. We were informed that there would be work on the building which might impact our stay and usage of the balcony but it never bothered us at all. The only issues that need to be addressed was the bathtub/shower for the 2 front bedrooms would not drain at all, so you were taking a shower in about 6 in of water by the end of your shower and my daughter and I had to wait in between showers before the other one could use it. There were 0 trash bags in the kitchen and 2 washcloths per bathroom. These are things that can be easily corrected. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was absolutely amazing! My husband and I took our one year old on her first family vacation with my mom and mother in law. We could have fit quite a few more people in this rental! It was very homey and had many amenities. The beach access was incredible and the private access kept the beach from being super busy. The security at the place was amazing and so friendly. The location is nice for easy access to Walmart. We were able to walk over and get essentials for our stay. We had issues with the guest bathroom, but maintenance was over within a couple hours to fix it and he was super friendly. There was an abundance of dishes and items to use. They did not proved coffee filters that I could find, but conveniently there was a little cooler that we used for our food at the beach. The hot tubs and pools were close and convenient. It was a wonderful vacation and I actually already looked this exact condo up for next year. I love that Orange Beach is out of the midst of all of the touristy stuff and there is more privacy and less people. The balcony was large here and there were multiple access points. I will say the guest rooms are on the outer wall to the hotel walk way and one night there were people out there talking and my mom and mother in law could hear the entire conversation while they tried to sleep. The only other complaint I had was that for such a large group of people and the home being a 3 bedroom I was disappointed that we could only have one key fob the ocean as I got up at 6am to walk daily and other guests wanted to get up later and come out and walk I think if you talk to the security guards you could probably get a second fob, but liquid life said no when I asked. Otherwise I highly recommend the place!!

The thing I liked about it, was that it is a smaller condo resort. The beach always seemed not as busy. And you didn’t have to wake up early to fight for a spot on the beach. The pools are amazing with the infinity pool. The ice machine in the condo was a life saver, never having to buy ice is a huge advantage in my book. I really don’t have a bad thing to say about this condo or the facilities. Thank you for the great vacation.

It was so inviting, vibrant, open, and the views were stunning. So spacious, and comfortable. There were dishes stocked, so we never had to worry about how to cook. Easy access to the private beach which we loved. The pools, and bottles were always clean and inviting. The balcony was so roomy. Perfect setting for a sunrise breakfast, or sunset dinner. There are plenty of items in the closet outside front door to use on the beach. We loved staying at this condo, and we do plan to be back again.

The property was immaculate. Plenty of room for all of us. Furnishings were beautiful as well as functional. View of the ocean was beyond belief. Communication with the care team was excellent prior to, during, and following our visit.

Our family of 5 spent 5 days in this condo as we had our last family vacay before baby #4 joins us in a few months. We ate almost all of our meals in and had the kitchen was adequately stocked for our cooking needs. We filled our days going between the many pools and the beach. Our boys ages 4, 6 and 9 had endless entertainment options with the various pools and other amenities on the property. The condo was incredibly spacious, clean, and well maintained. An all around great experience! We will definitely be back.

We chose this condo over others because of the huge open kitchen. We got unlucky with the weather during our stay and ended staying in the condo a lot more than planned. Therefore, I am glad I chose this condo for our stay. We had plenty of room and thoroughly I’m enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. There was no contact with the actual owners so I am unsure who the owner is. The only inconvenient thing that happened was that the master bedroom window ended up leaking and got our stuff wet as well as all the carpet in there was soaked. You could tell this was not the first time it had leaked because once our attention was brought to this area you could see that the baseboards and wall was warped and the carpet in that corner was lifted. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed and the floor plan was perfect for our needs.
