Ideal location, across the street from many services (groceries, shopping, restaurants ). Proximity to beach from complex is a short distance, with beautiful,large beach area. Condo building is older, and probably in need of some updates, but our condo was up to date with furnishings, and fixtures. One note, there was no coffee maker, only a keurig, after being advised to bring coffee filters. Went to Walmart and bought coffeemaker for 15 instead of spending more for kcups (not a keurig fan). The elevator was broke down for a day, and we were on 7th floor which could have been a major problem, had it lasted more than a day. Parking lot very spacious which we liked. Balcony was awesome, comfortable patio furniture, and can’t beat the beach view. Loved the Orange Beach area, with plenty to do, and lots of restaurant options. Only suggestion on that from us would be to have sidewalks that run along the busy Perdido Blvd. Overall good rating on this property.

This was the cleanest and most well cared for unit we’ve stayed in. We love the proximity to shopping and restaurants. Aside from being unable to use the balcony at times due to other guests smoking and often times it was marijuana, the views are amazing the water was clear and beautiful.

Walmart right across the street as well as some other shopping. Make sure you get some cupcakes at Deep South Cake. We didn't have a car, so it was good Walmart was so close, as there are no basic cooking ingredients. Not even salt/pepper. No extra trash bags, TP or dishwasher soap. Wish the pool was heated through May--it was COLD. Make sure you go to Flora-Bama. We walked to a couple restaurants, but mostly cooked at the condo. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans and utensils. First time visiting Alabama. Only surprise was AL has a 10% sales tax. It was a great place to get away from the long Michigan winter.

This rental is exactly as depicted and described. It was clean and comfortable, and the check-in and access was easy. While the living area was sunny and inviting, the rest of the unit is a bit dated but comfortable. It had everything we needed for the two of us to rest and refuel for a long weekend. We especially loved watching the dolphins from the balcony in the morning and the sunsets in the evening.

I was a little disappointed with the on-site staff. We wanted to look at a two bedroom and they told us they were all booked up, which was highly untrue with only about 8-10 cars in the parking lot. Probably will look for someplace else since we could not look at the 2 bedrooms to see if it might be larger.

Liked the property. Little trouble connecting with management. Seems their comms were down which happens. Couldn't check in until after 4:00 and luckily caught them before they closed at 5:00 for a three day weekend. Pool was dirty because they don't know how to use their skimmer. Rantal was nice

But then Sally decided to turn our way and Tuesday night was frightening. In my opinion, we were in probably the safest place. Sunswept has to larger/taller complexes on each side of the building. I think this protected us. Yes, it was frightening but we are trying to plan our next trip to Sunswept.

We love the location and the 1bedroom 1.5 bath was perfect for the two of us. The owners of the property really need to clean the carpeting and change the living room rug and the rugs in the bathrooms. The living room chairs were a little short for tall, long legged people to push out of. Other than that, it is an older property but was comfortable and cute.

The unit was clean and had everything that we needed while we stayed there. The only thing that I had an issue with is the living room sofa sleeper. It needs to be updated. I slept on the sofa sleeper and it was uncomfortable. Other than that I loved everything. I would definitely stay there again.

Our stay was great!!! Condo 704 was exactly as represented in the photos. It was clean and had everything we needed for our family of 4. We have 2 small children and were a little cramped, but saved money by getting the one bedroom and used our saved cash to do extra “stuff” while we were in Orange Beach. The kids loved the large pool and the close proximity to the ocean! The adults loved the beaut views from the balcony. If the kids were older, it would not be an option.... but with small kids we LOVED IT!

There were only two issues to be resolved, replace batteries in remote and stove ey but the maintenance man cane right away and died the stove and I got the batteries from the offce. The only thing I would recommend, is most condos you stay at leave you mini supplies of dish & dishwasher soap and more than one roll of toilet paper. But other than those small things it was great! Would recommend to friends!

It is small (I can’t imagine having additional guests in the space) but perfect for two people. We were a little disappointed by the dearth of activities/restaurants and found we had to drive a bit to get to things to do. Overall, we had a good time and enjoyed the stay.

We were so comfortable we almost forgot we had to go back home. One highlight of our vacation was sitting out on the balcony and the Blue Angels flew by. The decor was beautiful. Keeping this condo on our list for next vacation.

It was perfect for our 3 days we spent there. Right on the beach, nice condo and very clean. We had everything we needed for a great vacation! We plan on going back for a longer stay.
