The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a large dining table, and a wet bar with an ice maker, making it ideal for entertaining and gathering together.

The first primary suite features a king bed, TV, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual sink vanity, jetted tub, and walk in shower. The second primary suite also offers a king bed, TV, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination. The third bedroom includes a queen bed, TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination. The fourth bedroom features two full size beds, a TV, and convenient ensuite access to the hall bathroom with a walk in shower.

A sofa sleeper provides additional sleeping space, and a full size washer and dryer in the unit add extra convenience during your stay.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

MONTHLY RENTALS

The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.
