Great stay! Perfect for my family and mom. We had a minor issue with the drain but they were super quick to respond and had someone come out to fix it. Everything else was wonderful! Definitely would go back.

Our family of 5 had a blast on vacation. This property is very clean for being along the beach. The only complaints our kids had were the outside pool was cold and no outdoor hot tub. The basketball/tennis/pickle ball court had a very nice surface.The best thing about the property was the ocean view from our balcony, absolutely amazing!! It was a slice of paradise to wake up in the morning, to sit listening to the waves while drinking a cup of coffee while watching the sun come up. The beach is so beautiful and very clean. As for the condo itself it was a perfect space. The only complaint for us adults is the kitchen could use better lighting. We cooked majority of our meals and the under cabinet lights were just a little to dim. Overall, we all felt it was the perfect place for our vacation and would recommend it to anyone!

Orange Beach / Gulf Shores has become our favorite family vacation spot. 1104 Shoalwater was a great spot! The location between Flora-Bama and Gulf Shores is perfect. The short walk to the beach was a big plus and the indoor pool and hot tub were a great bonus also! We would stay here again and there was plenty of room for our group. Thanks!

The condo was amazing. Clean, timely check in, spectacular view, prompt support, fully furnished kitchen. So glad the property was CLEAN. AC worked well. Plumbing good. Appliances in good shape. We had a family of 8, all grown kids 15+. Slept very comfortably. The sofa bed has old style coil spring, not comfy at all. Bruised the girls first nite. So we used the chair sleeper and sofa not pulled out. Sheets and blankets were brought to us ASAP for sleeper chair. Proximity to beach is as good as you can get. Elevators were both working. Grocery stores nearby. Lots to do within 5 minutes. This condo is best bang for buck we found so far!

I absolutely loved staying here! It was such a perfect space for me and my family. The kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed to have our meals The beach view was amazing and the environment was so pleasing and family oriented. I loved every minute of my stay! Good and clean place. Pretty quiet. It was easy to go the beach for a long stay or a quick dip. Kids loved the indoor and outdoor pools. Guests will need to bring their own consumables (garbage bags, toilet paper, coffee filters, etc.) which we somehow missed in the welcome paperwork. Place is nice. The kitchen doesn't really have lights which was annoying but we got used to it. Loved the balcony.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is perfect. Great view. Comfortable beds. Very clean. We enjoyed the location and had a wonderful girls trip.Time was marred by the company. We arrived and it took 4 hours to be able to enter the condo. The door lock was broken. After 8 back and forth calls and 2 maintenance visits they finally gave us their only physical key to the property to get in. Why did it need to take that long??? They promised to contact HOA to have lock fixed since it wasn’t on them. After me going to the office on Tuesday because it wasn’t fixed to remind them, it still took my persistence to get it fixed on Thursday. I called the building property management company and HOA. They explained the door locks are not their responsibility and gave me the locksmiths name and also a name and number of their maintenance man who could explain to liquid life why the door lock was their responsibility to fix. Door lock finally fixed on Thursday in 10 minutes by a locksmith. Absolutely a pain for us to juggle one key and a dozen calls in the end to fix the door. Not a single apology by anyone in Liquid Life. Why out of all the people working there could one employee not take responsibility and follow up to make sure our lock was fixed? Terrible way to run a business and I will never use the company again although the condo was perfect.

From dolphins swimming in the surf 20 ft away from the beach to Adventure Island right across the street we rate our vacation 5 stars. Everything you need is nearby. Great restaurants and shopping. The beach was amazing. Everything I needed to cook for a gang of 8 was in the condo. Plenty of pillows and blankets for all. Just bring your own beach towels and you are all set! I can't wait to come back.

This condo is spacious and well located. The view from the huge balcony was incredible, the pool was clean and larger than expected. The week we stayed was directly following Hurricane Laura, so the waters were a bit muddy, rough, and full of jellyfish. There was still plenty to do, and the waters were great for swimming the last few days. The clean gorgeous beach was so close and easy to access, and the condo had everything we needed...no calls to management necessary, but they did check in on us to make sure everything was going well. We plan to come back, and I highly recommend!!

I booked this lovely condo for my four sisters and I. It was perfect! Newly renovated, beautifully painted in beach colors . Decor was soothing and comfortable, and had a private corner balcony with a beautiful view. Loved it!

Very nice!!! We LOVED the condo, location and decor. Very clean!!! One issue we had was all our grandkids got a rash from the hottub ovee their bodies... should suggest draining, bleach it to management. Otherwise, the best time. Thanks...

We had such a nice time. The kids really enjoyed being so close to the beach. We had plenty of space and we are less then a mile away from a Dollar General and Walmart. We will definitely be back.
