Island Tower 1502

We stayed at Island Tower for a quick Spring Break getaway with our teenage kids. The condo was very clean, we loved all the white linens. The condo was in a great location with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. One thing we noticed, and really loved, about the condo was that the walls aren’t paper thin, so it was very quiet, even when we were outside on the very spacious balcony. We loved the balcony and there was plenty of seating for everyone.The kitchen was well stocked with all of the pots, pans, whisks, cutting boards, and even had a coffee grinder! We accidentally bought whole ground coffee and were pleasantly surprised that there was a grinder hiding in the cabinets.If I HAD to give this place any cons, it would be that it would have been nice for them to have salt, pepper, and cooking spray stocked in the cabinet but it would not stop me from staying in this condo again. Great stay!!

The condo was very nice and comfortable, exactly as you see in the pics. Comfy beds, chairs, and couches. Beautiful views from the well outfitted balcony. Nice gym but indoor pool was under construction so know review on that. Would definitely stay here again. Communication with the owner was quick and clear. No issues with checking in and checkout was super easy. They only require that you load and start the dishwasher and place bath towels in the tub. The only “issue” we had was that we anticipated there being some essentials left behind from previous guests which has always been our experience. Things like salt/pepper, cooking oil, etc. As this is not a privately owned property, I guess that makes sense. So, just a head’s up that the pantry is totally bare. Outside of that, the kitchen was well stocked. They do provide a roll of paper towels, one roll of TP per bath, 2 dishwasher pods, and enough detergent for 1 load of laundry.

While this has a great balcony and view of the beach/water, it is very easy to get down and then out to the beach. Apartment was very nice and had no issues. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We love being directly on the water and being able to walk down to the beach multiple times during the day. The kitchen has more than enough dishes to make our meals. The property could have been cleaner upon our arrival and the ceiling fan in the master did not work.

The condo comfortably held my family of six. It was in a perfect location on the beach and walking distance from shopping and restaurants. I wish the building had more elevators but otherwise it was perfect for us!

Property has great easy access to beach. Beds were clean and linens nice. The kitchen and kitchen supplies and the bathrooms could use some updating but living area dining room and rooms were great. We all had a great time.

Overall it was fine and we had a great timeThe were a few things that were not that great: 1. the fan in one of the bedrooms was incredibly loud and could not be turned on. 2. Two of the four burners on the cook top would not work. 3. There were multiple extra pillows but no extra linens of any kind. No extra blankets for the couch or beds. Also, there was trundle bed in the "kid room" but no extra sheets or blankets for that bed to be used—luckily our kids did fine sharing the beds. 4. Its not a huge problem but very basic kitchen items, so don't go planning in doing any serious cooking. 5. Only had two trash bags. Some good things:1. Plenty of bath towels 2. The porch and windows were AMAZING!3. Every room having a bathroom was also nice. 4. Open layout was nice and made hanging out with everyone easy. 5. Walking out to the beach was very convenient and had a shower to rinse sand off.
