This place is so perfect for a large family get together. Everyone has their own space, but the large common areas make it so perfect for game nights too! The beach access was great. The location is far enough that there is no traffic to deal with, but such easy access to everything. I'll definitely come back!

We stay four families, we all have a great time, enough rooms each with bathrooms which make it very convenient. Good size kitchen. Our kids and adults enjoy very much the beach on this sunny days and relax at nights at the pool. Thanks for the perfect home at the beach.

Nice home, lots of space and private baths. Well equipped kitchen. Take your own Keurig if you like to use kcups. It has two pots but both were drip brew. Ocean front, easy beach access. Maintenance responded when we needed and explained the first problem we were experiencing with elevator was because we didn't read instructions and the other was a known issue with planned repairs upcoming. Overall, the house is very nice and I would stay again.

House was mostly perfect. I would loved to have beach chairs and toys etc included with price and the outdoor furniture be more comfortable, but those are my biggest complaints so really no suffering here:)

No issues with house the bedrooms and bathrooms were the perfect setup for our family Wish we could have checked in on another day the traffic on Saturday was terrible! 7 miles took us 45 minutes totally unprepared for that! Also check your bill at restaurants we were charged 18% service charge for 6 of us. I decided to change that to 20%, but they added the 20% to the 18%.

This property has it all. We had a few issues and they were quickly resolved. It would be ideal if a couple ice chest were provided and a bigger ice machine. But otherwise.. Amazing place

It was a very nice & beautiful house!! It is in a really good location. It accommodated 14 people comfortably. We loved it!! We also had very pleasant experience with the people at Luxury Gulf Rentals any time we had to reach out to them for something. Side note: we really loved the whole house but we really liked having 2 fridges & 2 dish washers & an elevator!!

This property is exactly as advertised! It is very unassuming on the outside but once you get inside very modern and nice. It has 2 dishwashers and 2 refrigerators which was fabulous for cooking and clean up every night. The pool was great (thanks Robin from the management side on all your help!) and the walkway to the beach made it so easy to go back and forth. We used this for 3 families to vacation together and we would come back here anytime!! Highly recommend!

Our group consisted of 2 families with 4 adults (parents) and 9 kids ages 13-21. The Bella Vista house had more than enough room for our families. The house was clean, had a recent face-lift and had amenities like the pool, large family room, ice-maker, large capacity washer/dryer, 2 fridges and 2 dishwashers which were all very convenient. The only negatives are the the lack of sun coverage on the deck and the park style grill was just completely inadequate for a house this size. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would rent this house again.

We recently traveled from Arkansas for our Family Christmas Vacation. We had 6 families, 17 people total. Plenty of room for all of us! The elevator was wonderful for loading and unloading luggage. Kitchen was very spacious, 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers was ideal! We loved the boardwalk to the beach, and the balcony views. Being pet friendly was wonderful, and my puppy loved the beach! I think our favorite thing was that each bedroom had its own bathroom, which was perfect for a big family. Like I read in a previous review, keep in mind that 2 of the rooms have bunk beds. This was fine for us, we had a girls room, and a boys room, which worked great with our crew. The only hiccup we had was the entire time was the elevator had some issues the 2nd day we were there. I called into the rental company, and they had someone out that afternoon and the issue was resolved in about 10 minutes. They were wonderful to deal with, and very accommodating. I highly recommend this home to anyone with a large group. It was perfect. I would rent this home again for future trips to Gulf Shores.

Loved this house. Very clean and spacious. Loved that it was pet friendly. The elevator was a plus! The company who rents this house was always available and very accommodating. I don't have anything negative to say. Our stay was amazing! Thank you!

There were 22 in our group and we all loved this place. We were able to get in early which was a huge help to those arriving early. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed including two crockpots, two coffee pots, two refrigerators, and two dishwashers. The place was very clean and comfortable. I think the most important thing for us was that the home was well equipped for our very large group including the elevator to get all our stuff up and down the three floors.

We arrived earlier than expected, traveling from Illinois, so I gave Chuck a call and he said go ahead and go to the house and he gave us an access code to get in early. This was great help, not too many rental companies would do this for you. The views are truly amazing. We had a group of 11, family vacation, in-laws, brother in laws, sister in laws and our children. We sat out on deck everyday. We did buy an umbrella to use on the deck. We did enjoy the pool the whole time we were there also. The kitchen is well stocked, there are plenty of towels and washcloths. Plenty of room to spread out and we loved the huge dining room table. Extra table was great for lots of card games. Every bedroom having its own bathroom was definitely a plus for all of us. There are truly no steps you have to climb in this house if you use the elevator, this was a very important to us, so I thought I would mention it. The elevator was one reason we booked the house, we needed it for some of the family members and it was not working the first night we arrived, so I called Chuck and he said he would have someone there as soon as possible. They showed up within 40 minutes, tried to fix it and said they would need to come back tomorrow with someone else. They arrived on time and got it fixed for us. Great customer service, the maintenance gentleman was very good and even replaced light bulbs for us. They responded within a timely manor and were always accommodating. We loved the home and would highly recommend it. Chuck and Eric were great to work with. We will definitely use Luxury Gulf Rentals again.

We were celebrating a 40th and 55th birthday celebration with family and wanted a great location that was centrally located for the diverse group of travelers coming from all over the United States. The HOME was perfect. Two rooms have bunk beds so if you are all adults keep in mind 2 rooms are nothing but BUNK BEDS, this did not impact us because we did have kids and the bunk beds were perfect. 3 Rooms have awesome balcony views of the Gulf of Mexico and were amazing to sit and have your morning coffee and enjoy the sun. The beach house is located on the main strip and truly walking distance across the street for the Canal if you prefer calmer waters or the HUGE Waves of the Gulf are right on your back porch. If you have really small kids be cautious that there is a pool ( 5FT ) and it does not have any protective coverings so prepared. You have your own private walkway to the beach and then below that is a public access boardwalk for the other beach goers, so no NUDE tanning, people will be able to see if they are walking across the boardwalk. The Elevator was a great benefit for arriving and leaving with luggage, outside of that we didn't use it any more. It really did help with the transporting luggage though. The kitchen was perfect, even down to the ice machine so you didn't have to worry about having enough ice. Plenty of dishes and silverware, but we did opt to get paper plates since we ate outside a lot. The house has a grill included BUT we did go and purchase another one, the one included is the standard iron type that state parks have, and it wasn't big enough for the items we were grilling. We would have LOVED to have had some form of tarp covering for the rear balcony, unfortunately the house is in the sun all day and most evening, so if you want to really enjoy the balcony be prepared for DIRECT Sunlight. Just having a pop up tent would have been beneficial for the back of the house to at least not have direct sun over you all day. Since all of use flew in we didn't go and buy one but if you are driving in, PACK a POP UP Tarp you will appreciate the back of the house much more. The beds were great, slept quite well, the furniture is not CHEAP, it is very nice quality and durable, the home was clean and the starter towels, soap, etc was enough to get you started until you can make it to the local store for additional. WE really used the washer and dryer with beach towels everyday to wash and dry so that was a great benefit
