We really enjoyed the pools , the condo was clean., well equipped with everything we needed to vacuum , broom , mop , loved being able to wash clothes before returning home . Plenty of seating inside and on balcony , nice appliances . Just a few steps from the pools and beach , loved our beach view from balcony . Located near shops and good restaurants .We did have a problem
With one of the toilets . They sent someone to look at it , thought it wasfixed , had to come again the next day .
Had to have a new one and it was on Saturday . The Plummer’s are off that day, but since we had to go use the pool

bathrooms and we was on the 5 th floor , that was a pain . They actually got us a Plummer and it was replaced within a few hours . They were always a text or call away if we needed them . Very
friendly . We will definitely stay there again .

Great stay. Property was in great condition, very clean. Neat decorations within was very fitting for beach. Bonus room with bunks was perfect for kids! Large balcony was awesome to sit out and relax. Both pools were enjoyable and hot tub was perfect. Weather ended up being perfect for our short stay which made this the best vacation!

Our son flew in from Colorado and my husband and I and our other son and his family headed to Orange Beach from some family time. We found the condo very clean and the balcony view and pool were outstanding! We enjoyed our mornings sipping our coffee on the balcony and nightcaps on the balcony in the evenings. There were plenty of kitchen tools, pots, pans and plates. The check-in and out was easy. So a few things you should bring - a kite, extra toilet paper.

We enjoy this property very much; everything on line and correspondence was exactly as advertised. The property was clean and the furnishings comfortable. The condo is not huge, but big enough for 6 adults. The location is great and very convenient to both Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Great property and condo. Location was perfect. My only suggestion is to replace every mattress on those beds — they are worn out and add door handles to the outside of the sliding doors because it's hard to open and close from balcony. Everything else was great!!

First time staying at this facility and it needs a refresh on outside. Unit was as expected based on picture but no secure internet. No issues with booking or checking out.

This condo was an excellent fit for our family vacation. There was plenty of room. We had 6 in our group, but we could have slept 1 to 2 more people comfortably. The lication was great! Being right on the beach, with a pool was awesome. Would definitely stay there again. Great place!

We enjoyed our stay. The bedrooms are decent-sized, and the kitchen, living and dining rooms were great for our family. The living room furniture could use an update, but it's comfortable nonetheless! The pools are great and security was very present. We always felt safe. The short walk to the beach is a huge plus!

Would return for a family vacation any time. Location was perfect, patio was wonderful for morning coffee or an evening cocktail! Beach and pools were top notch. Couldn't ask for a better getaway

We had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. Very clean, easy check in, pool was nice, great views, perfect location, friendly security guards too. It was perfect for us and our adult children who came for part of the time. PATIO - from the 5th floor had great views and watched the dolphins. Table seated 6 plus the high top AND 2 more chairs. Everyone could eat together outside. Coffee with the view was a perfect way to start the day. KITCHEN - We cooked many of our meals at the condo - the kitchen has every serving dish, kettle, baking sheet, beverage pitchers that you could need, plus sharp knives. LOCATION - easy to get to grocery, and restaurants, and just a few minutes from the state park. BEACH is calling me to return and would stay here again. *the only issue (which was no fault of this condo), was that they were working on the one next door and it was loud most of the days.

The condo was absolutely beautiful and clean. The beds were comfortable too. We enjoyed it! There was construction going on-on the opposite end of the building, but on our side the noise wasn't bad at all. Overall, great place to stay!!!

My daughter had a cheer competition in Orange Beach. We stayed here for a few days. Convenient location. Only set back was the workout room. It's basically non existent.

There was a lot of construction going on at the top of the building that echoed through - but that is only temporary and due to previous hurricane damage so that is understandable and only temporary. Other than that, location was great, and the facility was great!!

Great layout and space. Easy access to amenities and property. Clean. Only downside was HOA controlled parking. It's not acceptable to rent out a condo that sleeps 10 people and only issue one parking pass. Parking lot stayed half empty the entire week.

The property was as described, photos were accurate. The condo was extremely clean. I stayed with my 8 children, and there was plenty of room. The balcony was amazing, and big and looked right out on the beach. The staff in the guard shack were helpful and courteous. Will definitely recommend and stay there again.
