Super location to the beach and pools! Easy to walk right out and enjoy the day. We did have a problem with the bedroom iron but found another over the washer and dryer :) The ice maker was a huge plus! We would love to come back again soon! Thank you!

This property exceeded our expectations. The gated parking added safety, the quick access from the parking lot made moving in easy. This is a beautiful property, very comfortable! The furniture was clean and comfy, plenty of seating for both lounging around and gathering to eat. Everything we needed to prepare breakfasts and a fancy spread for lunch was provided for in a well organized and stocked kitchen. Access to the beach and pool was absolutely ideal in this property. We could come and go from the beach with ease. The beds were comfy with nice linens, and heavy blinds made us feel secure when we wanted to shut out the world. We would return to this property, not a single complaint, thank you!

My friends and I had a wonderful get away and stayed at this condo in Orange Beach. It was very easy in and out to the pool and the beach. I worried about pool noise in the mornings, but that wasn't an issue at all. We will stay here again if we visit Orange Beach.

I celebrated my 70th birthday in this lovely condo with 4 of my sisters and we all enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room and we really enjoyed sitting on the patio. This was a great week to visit as it was not crowded at all. Lots of restaurants nearby to choose from and the pool and the beach just yards away.

Our family of four was very comfortable in this beautiful and spacious condo. Very well equipped kitchen, very clean upon check in. Loved being on the ground level. Patio overlooked pool which overlooked beach and gulf. Highly recommend.

Loved this condo! My son had a beach wedding at the Romar House and many family members booked here. I have to say my room was one of the prettiest. We all loved the beautiful patio so the kids could play outside. All three rooms were generous in size as well as the condo itself. Property managers of the Romar House were awesome! Covered parking place was nice. I would definitely book again and appreciated all the text message keeping updated on the condo and inquiring if we needed anything.

The condo was exactly as advertised & looks just like the pictures. It was just my husband and I so the place was more than big enough. I wanted a place on the ground floor and a 3 bedroom was all I could find. The rooms are nicely decorated and you can walk right out and get to the pool, then the ocean. Everything provided was pretty basic, the washer dryer worked great as did the dishwasher. Also, the wi-fi was great in all the rooms I used it (master bedroom, living room and kitchen) so no issue there. We went to OB to relax and do nothing for a few days and this place was perfect for that. I don't think it would hurt to update the pots, pans and some of the cooking utensils, but that's not a big deal. Especially with the view and relaxed setting. If we come back with the rest of our family I would stay here again. Oh and it was central to amenities as well (restaurants, spa/salon & grocery stores) so we didn't have to travel far for anything, which is a big plus.

LOVE the ease of the unit and parking. We loved the view. loved the ease of getting straight to the beach or pool. Parking was so easy!! of course orange beach is great in it's self!! Liquid Life was so easy to work with. Great communication with texting and emails. loved it! and plan on being back!
