This pet-friendly, spacious five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath home comfortably sleeps up to 18 guests, making it ideal for large families, group vacations, or multi-family retreats. With 2,460 square feet of living space, guests will enjoy double the amenities and plenty of room to unwind.

The main level features two fully equipped kitchens, each with a full-size refrigerator, range, and dishwasher, providing everything needed to prepare meals with ease. The sleeping arrangements include a primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, a third bedroom with a full-over-full bunk bed and a queen bed, a fourth bedroom with a queen bed, and a fifth bedroom with another queen bed. For additional sleeping options, there are two queen-size sofa sleepers. Two separate laundry closets add convenience for extended stays.

A unique feature of this home is the interior locked door that allows guests to seamlessly move between both sides of the duplex or keep them private for separate groups. Whether you're soaking up the sun on the beach, collecting seashells along the shore, or simply enjoying the tranquil surroundings, AOK's Oasis is the perfect destination for your next beachfront escape.

This unit is dog-friendly! A non-refundable pet fee of $150 applies for guests bringing a dog. Please notify our office in advance if you plan to bring one. This unit allows a maximum of two dogs. Most beaches in the area do not allow dogs, but there is a dog-friendly beach down Fort Morgan.
