The Primary suite is a haven of comfort and luxury, featuring a King-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to the balcony where you can enjoy stunning Gulf vistas. Indulge in the private Primary bath, complete with a rejuvenating Jacuzzi tub, a double vanity, and a spacious walk-in closet.
The second bedroom offers a restful retreat with a Queen-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and convenient access to the hall bath. Meanwhile, the third bedroom boasts its own Queen-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, a private bath, and access to a North-facing balcony offering picturesque views of Cotton Bayou.

The large outdoor Gulf-front pool is a haven for relaxation and fun under the Alabama sun, providing a perfect alternative for those days when you prefer poolside leisure to sandy beaches. For a more serene experience, our heated indoor pool and hot tub are ideal for relaxing swims or soothing soaks, regardless of the weather. Stay active and energized with the onsite fitness room, equipped with everything you need for a full workout. After exercising, unwind in the sauna, the perfect place to soothe your muscles and rejuvenate your body. They also feature a grilling area, allowing you to enjoy outdoor cooking with a view.

The price of one parking pass is included in your total. To purchase a 2nd pass, you must contact our office before arrival
CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.
AGE REQUIREMENT:
The minimum age to book this property is 25 years or older. Valid photo identification is required to verify age and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Very nice place
Everything was super nice, clean, there were enough bath towels and essentials to start off with. The only thing was the toilet in the main room ran randomly all the time and the hot water did not last super long. There was only one elevator working in the building which was annoying, had to wait a little longer for that. Overall, very nice place, we had a great time. Awesome View!

The View
The location is wonderful. Walking distance from The Shrimp Basket, Zeke's Marina/restaurant and ice cream shop. We grabbed our pickup order of groceries from Walmart which was 3 minutes up the road. Very convenient. The condo was clean. THE VIEW was the best part! There are 2 balconies, both with incredible views. 2 elevators. We never waited over 1 minute for the elevator. Great location!
The condo was perfectly sized and everything we needed. The sliding doors out to the balcony were disgusting and you could tell they most likely have never been cleaned. Do not bring more than 2 vehicles or you will have to find a parking space sways away from the condo for your 3rd vehicle. Everything was great except the primary bedroom mattress

Gorgeous condo with a million $ view
Spent 5 night with friends/family at the Tidewater 1201. The condo was very well appointed and had most things we needed for our stay. There were a few problems that took multiple phone calls to rectify: no sheets/blankets for the sofa beds. Each time we were brought 1 piece, as opposed to a set. Never did get blankets for all of the beds. Also, you'll need to bring your own dishcloths, as only 1 is provided. The ice machine was turned off and we had to figure it out. A note would have been helpful. Luckily, there is an ice machine where you can buy a bag of ice in the complex. The floors need to be cleaned better- our socks were black after the first evening. Perfect everything!
The communication with the rental agent was great from start to finish. The condo is perfect and the view from the 12th floor cannot be beat. We were 5 minutes from walking trails when desired. We used the gym twice when weather prevented beach or trail walking. Restaurants are close with one directly across the street. 3 bedroom 3 bath provided all the space needed for the us two couples to use and enjoy. View from balcony was excellent. Great views and location! Good for the whole family!
The whole process was easy! The property itself was amazing! The only hiccup we had was getting the second parking pass, but contacted the office and we got it the next day. Vaca with grandkids
It was wonderful. The condo had ample room for all four grownups and two young girls. They loved the direct access to the pool the best, but also liked walking to the beach on the boardwalk.
