Wonderful property. The only issues were the front bedroom was warm, and when we arrived, we unloaded the vehicle to our condo , I went to the bathroom, found our parking pass, and before I could get it in the vehicle, had a warning citation. What?!? Did they watch us pull in? Not a great way to be greeted. But, we had a fantastic stay!

This stay was such a blessing. The space was spotless, cozy, and somehow even more beautiful than the pictures. It felt like the kind of place you instantly relax in, and for our group, it was exactly what we needed. The views were stunning—we found ourselves just soaking them in any chance we got. The host was so kind and communicative, always quick to respond and genuinely thoughtful. And the little care packages? They absolutely melted us. Our visit was spectacular! The condo was perfect. Great location & proximity to the beach. The condo was clean & spacious. I would stay there again & recommend to others. The only issue i had was communication from the host. They did not communicate details about check in like they should have....I had to ask questions about the check in process so it would be stress free. Communication needs to be better.

The check in process was great, the condo was perfect for our family. Each family had their own personal bathroom. It had all the kitchen items we needed. We had our own beach toys, but there were boards, sand buckets and other Beach items available. Everyone was very friendly. The views were beautiful. The weather could not have been more perfect. The water was crystal clear. It was a wonderful vacation and we all hated to leave. Definitely will be back!!!☀️🌊🏖️

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an overall pleasant stay in this condo. We had seven people, and there was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The condo was equipped with the basic necessities we needed while vacationing. Everything was clean when we arrived and management was super quick when we called about a missing key. The only “problem” with the condo was it was in need of a few updates. The leather on the dining room chairs was starting to peel - not a big deal, but did lessen the overall appearance of the condo. Also, the carpet in the bedrooms had some stains - again, not a big deal - just an update that might be made in the future! Also, note that there is a $35 parking fee for each car once you arrive.

Online pictures don’t do this place justice. Had an extra double bed not pictured. Large rooms. Huge balcony. short walk to beach. Really nice place would definitely stay again with family!!

We stayed for 2 weeks. The unit is very large and spacious. More than enough room for the 9 of us! Large balcony on front and a small back balcony off the master overlooking the bay. Plenty of parking too! The walk to the beach was much shorter than expected. The beds were a little firm for our liking but definitely wouldn’t stop us from renting again. You’ll never find a bed like your home bed. The only complaint we had was the key and lock to get in the unit. We didn’t report it but could definitely use some maintenance. Sometimes it would take a couple minutes of jiggling the knob before you could turn the key and unlock the door. The water was so clear during our stay. Tons of fish, even a large manatee swam by! The unit/beach isn’t crowded which is a huge plus in my opinion. Yet it was so close to all the shops and restaurants. We truly enjoyed our stay at Sanibel 307. Another plus is they don’t require a Saturday to Saturday stay which is impossible to do with my husband’s work schedule.

Did miss the pool, poor timing for repairs and too late to make arrangements on a different rental when notified the pool would not be available. We had problems with outside furniture blowing again glass balcony windows and lots of banging throughout the high winds and storming. Storms blew 3 of the chairs off the balcony. So I was afraid to open it and move the table until wind calmed down. The cables from the roof got twisted up and banged again master bedroom balcony wall throughout the night Friday and Sat. I do understand it was the stormy weather. Which You have no control over, but was not a relaxing vacation at all. Nothing to do with the rental but my van got lots of hail damage. So this was our worst vacation to date.

My family and I had a wonderful time. The condo was as pictured on the website, no surprises. It was beautifully decorated and filled with all kitchen necessities. The kids thought it was awesome to have their own bedroom with a bathroom. We didn’t have much downtime with all the activities we shared. From check in to check out, it was a great experience. Reviewer Comments: This condo was perfect for our family vacation with our two sons and daughter-in-laws, and two young granddaughters. We've already discussed returning next summer. The three bedrooms and baths afforded everyone privacy and space to spread out. The mattress in the aqua bedroom should be replaced but otherwise, all furniture was very nice. The fully-furnished kitchen had everything we needed. It was a pleasant walk across the street to the beach, or the pool was just one floor below us. We appreciated the kiddie pool for our little ones. All public areas were clean and well-maintained. We thought that the property management check-in situation was a little odd - Since we arrived on Sunday, they left our check-in packet (including our key) in an unlocked cabinet on their porch along with others' packets.

This was one of our favorite properties we have stayed at in Gulf Shores. Beautiful views of the Ocean and a very short walk to the beach. Extremely clean, loaded with amenities, very nice pool and work out area. Property is in a great location and the owners were fantastic to work with. Would highly recommend this property! This was one of the best VRBO properties we have stayed at. Great location, so close to the beach. Loved having a bathroom for every bedroom so getting ready in the morning was not hectic at all. You can also tell that a lot of time and thought was put into decorating their place.

My wife and I traveled to Gulf Shores for the first time on a trip with our daughters, their husbands and our granddaughters. We really enjoyed our trip and the condo was great. The location could not have been better; it was just a little down the main drag so the traffic wasn't bad at all to be able to cross the street and enjoy the beach anytime you wanted. As far as the inside of the condo it was beautiful! Very spacious for our group of 8 with all 3 bedrooms with their own bathroom, this was a very nice feature you don't see often. The kitchen, dining room and living areas were very open and nicely decorated, we very much enjoyed the space for family time. Beautiful views from the balcony facing the Gulf as well as a small balcony one of the bedrooms facing the bay. This was our first time renting a condo and it could not have been any easier, Brandy was very helpful all along the way. While the traffic was very light in our area we were less than 5 minutes away from all of the area restaurants and attractions. We look forward to going back again in the future!

We really enjoyed our time here. Condo was nice and clean. The complex itself was very well kept. First condo I have stayed in that has a A/C unit that actually keeps it cool even during the heat of the day. Very few complaints, not even worth mentioning. We loved the location and spent a lot of time in the calm shallow water at the lagoon pass park that was within walking distance. Great for kids. Would definitely stay here again and probably will.

This is a wonderful family property to stay at. Had no problems at all with communication with owner. We are a family of 5 and we had more than enough room in the condo. The beach is a short walk, and the pool was wonderful for the kids. Loved having the beach chairs and toys in the closet!!!! Will def. come back. :)

As has been stated several times, the views were stunning! I have a family of 5 including a baby. Having 3 bedrooms was a must. Each was well decorated and comfortable. Brandy was a joy to work with. It was close to town without being in town -- a huge plus for us. I think we will be making Gulf Shores a new favorite getaway spot. This condo is a big part of that.

I was very happy with the condo we rented for the Hangout Festival. Very spacious, 3 bedroom with a great view. Close to everything. Condo was just like the description with all the amenities. Very clean and beautifully decorated. I would definitely recommend for a family vacation.

Wow! Can I say more? This condo was in the perfect location. My family and I were looking to stay in a quieter area, and we found it with this location. We had a great time. The beach access is about a 10 minute walk, which was fine for us. The wall of windows and view was fantastic. There was 5 adults and we had plenty of room. It was great having a bathroom for each bedroom. Shops and restaurants aren't within walking distance but only a short drive up the strip. Check out Red and Ribs. It was very good food for good price. I will stay here again on our next visit and will recommend to all friends. Thank you Brandy for all your help.

This was a very comfortable property to serve as the gathering place for my family of 11. There was ample room for 3 babies in pack & plays in one bedroom, plus 2 older grandchildren slept on the sofa & chaise. Adults took the beds, which were just OK, but that sofa sleeps great! Three bathrooms were needed and a rarity in a 3 b/r condo. The kitchen was equipped for everything. We even baked a cake! The plumbing & HVAC ran perfectly. The generous sized table plus eating bar were great for family meals. The condo has plenty of towels, even beach towels & beach toys. The best part was the beautiful view from the large deck. The deck could use some more comfortable furniture - there were 6 hard chairs & a table - some chairs were rickety. I would also caution anyone with very small children or older people (we had both), that the walk to the ocean is a total of about 300 yards. Contrary to some reviews, Sanibel does not have its own beach access, although public access is about 200 yards, then another 100 across the sand. That made staying in the beautiful condo a bit more attractive than going out in the heat for some of us. Brandy was delightful to work with and our deposit was returned very quickly. I highly recommend these nice accommodations.

Beyond perfect!!! We had such a wonderful time in this condo. It's in a prefect location. Decorated really nice. Very clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the great view! Everything about it was perfect! Having separate bathrooms in every room was also a plus. The owner, Brandy was very helpful. She went out of her way to help us find a family photographer. And her communication was great. Our whole family loved the condo. Would definitely recommend to others!!

Fantastic property!Everything exactly as shown in the pictures. Only improvement would be a better mattress on the bed in the smaller third bedroom but everything was very nice and spacious. Brandy is great to work with and very easy to contact. The facility is excellent and great beach access with awesome views. There were 6 adults in our party and we were very comfortable, can't wait to return!

The condo was perfect our family of 4 adults & a 4 yr old & for the friends visiting us during our stay. Each bedroom having it's only bathroom was one of my favorite things about the condo!! The kitchen was well stocked (there was even a catch-all drawer just like at home). My 4 year old grandson loved finding the closet full of beach toys! The swimming pool is perfect for children. I can't say how awesome Brandy was to work with, she was always quick to respond to my questions & comments!! We hope to be able to stay again in the future.

This was our first family vacation and I had never rented from VRBO before so I was a little nervous, but everything was great. Brandy was very nice and answered all my questions. The property was very clean and well maintained. The photos were spot on to what the unit looked liked. The wall of windows was awesome, we always had a view. The area was really nice we walked everyday without all the traffic. We had a great time and ate some good seafood. I would stay here again!!

This condo was a perfect fit for our family of four in addition to another family of five. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all a nice size. Love the full wall of windows looking out on the ocean. Waking up and sitting on the balcony was my favorite part! The kitchen was very well stocked, and there were several beach toys that were in the closet as well! It made our stay a great one, and we plan on returning as soon as we can!

Wow! What else can we say. Our first trip to GS area, and having a place like this to relax in was great! Beautiful accomodations, easy access to the beach, great amenities (thanks for the beach gear), and a gracious host! Close enough to things to do, but not right on top of us. We rented this lovely condo for a family vacation get away. It was perfect! Very spacious, clean, well maintained. We found everything we needed. Short walk to beach and we enjoyed watching the ocean from the large wall of windows and the comfortable deck. The bedrooms were laid out well and the bathrooms absolutely wonderful. Brandy, the owner, was very helpful and enjoyable to deal with. She had an answer for everything! This condo was better than expected and we would definitely stay there again. Our kids and grandkids had a great vacation.

Fall break is a great time to go to Gulf Shores and this was a great condo. It was close to the beach, very clean and very spacious. It felt like we were out home and the owner was very helpful. We would definitely stay there again. The only drawback was a limited view of the beach but you can see the water and you have a view of the lagoon out back.

This was a GREAT vacation spot! The condo was immaculate! A small walk to the beach but it gave you time to dry out and lose some sand! We grilled one night..... Spent every night on the patio.....beautiful view! Kitchen was fully stocked.... Only thing missing was the crab leg crackers! Security was present and friendly..... Office personnel allowed us to use the fax machine for a business emergency. Honestly, the only inconvenience was the master bedroom was a little warmer than the rest of the rooms. I would DEFINITELY stay again. Thank you!!

We had one of the best vacation experiences ever for myself and my three adult children and my daughter-in-law. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. The location was perfect with a great view of the ocean. We wanted a relaxing vacation for my son who recently returned home from the war in Iraq - he stated that the condo and scenery was beautiful and that it was one of the best weekends ever for him. I cannot say enough about how great our experience was.

We loved this place. The place was immaculate; the furnishings were beautiful and the pool was perfect for young children. We did walk across the street to the beach but it was a quiet area and the walk was short and easy. We would definitely go again
