The condo was perfect for 8 adults to have enough space! There is a balcony on each floor (2 for this condo) which allowed even more privacy. The beach is easily accessible, the pool is large, and groceries options are right across the street! The beach was amazing! I will definitely be taking my family back! 5 stars across the board for price, quality, cleanliness, all of it! Check out was the easiest I have experienced as well! Simple list of tasks and you are good to go! My only critique would be for the owner to provide salt, pepper, sweetener packets so each guest doesn’t need to buy individually. Just a minor suggestion that would go a long way.

Can not even describe how wonderful are stay was at the condo. We loved the space, cleanliness, decorations, beach views, access to the beach, and so much more. Condo was stalked with everything you can think of from household items, games, and even down to good old fashion books! Great location near grocery stores, restaurants, drugstores, and even gift shops. The best part was you could walk to them with a crosswalk right by condo entrance.We have already started looking at calendars for next year and will definitely be going back to Sun Swept condos!!!!

Loved unit. Updated. Good location: across from grocery and restaurants, walkable to Gulf State Park for run or walk, located on beach. Beautiful beach view and easy access. Elevator available to unit. Management staff and security wonderful and very helpful. Stairs to 2 baths and 2 bedrooms with on suite baths are spiral so be mindful regarding persons who might not be able to access. Both upstairs bedrooms have ocean views. Main bedroom upstairs has balcony and roof deck access. Second floor guest bedroom window with view. Bedroom on first floor no stairs with hallway 3/4 bath; very nice. Main floor balcony access. Both balconies have ocean views. Ty. Really enjoyed our stay. Hope to be back. Judy

We loved the condo, very clean and comfortable for a family! The upstairs extra balcony is very nice and the location is very convenient. The only issue we had was the elevator they need maintenance because we had trouble getting out of them doors didn't open

The condo had plenty of space for all of us to gather and be separated if we wanted. The master bedroom, bedroom and bathroom(s) upstairs were great. Kitchen appliances are nice and upgraded. Some of the issues we had were the TV remotes were complicated to use and maybe the batteries were dead. The gate(s) to and from the beach/pool area seemed a bit much to us but may be a safety issue, also the no restroom in the pool area for public use was frustrating (elevators worked great). Finally, the stairs in the condo are absolutely a problem, they move when you walk on them and are a challenge going up and down them. The employees are absolutely great and went out of the way to make sure we were satisfied with our stay and we truly appreciate that.

Everything about this condo was great! Easy access to the beach. Easy access to Walmart directly across the street. Plenty of space! 2 beach balconies and access to rooftop patio! My only complaint are those stairs! The spiral stairs in the condo are sketchy!! They are loose, shaky, noisy and just do not feel safe. A load baring column or 2 underneath them would help a lot!!

I really liked this penthouse unit. Nice to have the two balconies and living areas. We also liked the big dining table to play games, etc. nice that each room had a bath. Very cool to have access to a rooftop patio area. Negatives would be the ice maker was broken and the fridge was struggling to keep up. Also we questioned if our towels were clean. I would stay here again maybe in off season when a little cheaper. However I don’t know about doing vrbo again bc the fees ate up most of our vacation money.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was much larger than it appeared in pictures. Only issue was a broken handle on balcony door, but was not really an issue since there is another door to same balcony. Loved that we had 2 balconies, overlooking the beach; as well as a private rooftop area.

Only problem is that the beach is public not private for the condo. Be sure to either rent chairs or get out early to get a good spot on the beach.

Some mold in bathroom, cobwebs on lamps, white socks turned black from walking on floors. I wiped down all mopboards, mopped the floors, washed the comforters,blankets and the removable throw pillow covers. We have been here since Jan. 1 and leave on March 1. After a heavy rain,the kitchen ceiling had a leak and was dripping on the counter and we reported it to the office. We figure it was likely from roof area, as upstairs not over this area.Handle on kitchen stove came off, but we were able to screw it back on ourselves. Really like having "upstairs" and the washer and dryer. Love the location.The price is acceptable. Appreciate that two showers were updated very nicely with tiles since we were here last year in February. The third bathroom already was very nice. Thewebsite picture needs to be updated as there is no recliner. Wish there was a gym here. This location is great with stores across the street and restaurants near by. Likely back next year again and hoping it is cleaner when we arrive.
