Rooms were clean and equipped with our needs. The kitchen could have used a couple of things and the cooling was different in each bedroom. We adjusted to this. The location is great to groceries and other things. Very well kept building and we loved the ground floor.

It’s perfectly located. Close to so many things. Plus it’s peaceful. My next favorite part is that it is a smaller condo that’s family friendly. Many young families as well as seniors enjoy coming year after year. The building is older but it’s very well maintained. Housekeeping does a great job. Office staff is very kind and helpful. You can’t beat Sunswept

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our two-month "hibernation" surpassed any Florida beach location we frequented over 60 years of visits. We enjoyed a short sandy walk to the Gulf, a brief jaunt across the street for shopping, and our car parked at our front door. Hospitality and necessary problem-solving exhibited from the office by Cheri and Murray was appreciated. The two-bedroom was very livable. The kitchen, however, could use replenishing for both cook-ware and dining-ware. The second bathroom needs updates and improvements before we return next year. The unit 107 offered us the most satisfactory living unit in SunSwept!

It's a short walk to the beach and the pool is right in front of the condo. The condo is located across the street from souvenir shops, grocery stores and ice cream. Easy walk! We'd definitely stay again!This complex is very small and didn't feel crowded at all. I think Sunswept 107 is more updated than some of the others.

The condo was clean and nicely decorated with ample space for our family of 4. We were right across the street from restaurants and grocery stores, souvenir shops, etc. It was convenient having the rental office on site as well if we had questions.

Several places to stock up on items just across the street. This is an older condo and is beginning to look outdated but I would definitely rent here again and plan to do so.

It’s close to the pool being on the 1st floor and steps from the beach! Love how it’s decorated and has everything you need. It’s clean, the property is well taken care of and close to great restaurants and stores. We noticed this stay that the microwave needs replacing and the mattress has become very uncomfortable and when you are there for a week like we were, a comfy bed is a must. Other than that we love it and the folks at Coastal Properties, always so friendly & personable and take pride in taking care of their guests!

The kids enjoyed being that close to the pool and dad (Mr. Pack mule) enjoyed being that close to the beach. It is conveniently located across the street from Walmart and within a short drive from all our favorite restaurants. We have stayed here twice now and look to visit again soon!

They even called the morning we were arriving to let us know our unit was ready early and would not have to wait until normal check in.

Our condo was very comfortable, we had plenty of room, and was very clean! The only thing we were missing were hand towels for the bathrooms. The building it self could use some updating as well. We all thoroughly enjoyed being on ground level, mad it so convenient for our week stay going back and forth to the beach and walking across the grass to meet the rest of our family in their ground level condo. Location is right in heart of Orange Beach with grocery stores walking distance. The kind owner had approached our family to see if there was anything we needed.

The view of the ocean from the living room/bedroom is absolutely perfect. Check in was a breeze. The unit was spectacularly clean. The furniture was comfortable, the extra blankets were cozy and the BEDS felt like a DREAM! The decor in the unit was AMAZING! We felt so at home and we had all supplies we needed. I especially love the giant sink and granite countertops - something I do not have at home! Being on the bottom floor was perfect! It was fast/simple to step from the pool area to your fridge for refreshments. Our patio door would basically not open the first day, but we spoke to the office and they got someone to fix it as soon as possible. They were very kind and very willing to do what they could as fast as possible to ensure we were having a good experience. Great communication and very prompt. The door works flawlessly again, too. I especially loved being able to do laundry in our unit! We could not have created a more magical, homey experience for our first family vacation.

A Walmart neighborhood market is located directly across the street which was handy. The only thing in the condo that was not really well maintained was the refrigerator. It did not cool quickly and required us to use some type of a secure strap to ensure it stayed closed tightly. Once it cooled, it was fine. The furniture has a beach look and feel. Overall a great vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a wonderful Spring Break stay at 107 Sunswept Condominiums in Orange Beach, Alabama. What a well appointed and decorated unit. While it doesn't have the views of the higher floors, it was such a plus to be able to walk straight out to the pool and the beach. The condo was very cozy and clean! We loved the furnishings and the updated kitchen. The location of Sunswept Condos is the best! You can walk to many stores and restaurants yet it is a smaller complex than many of the buildings on Orange Beach so it's quiet and calm. I will return!
