Only hiccup was the code did not work when we arrived. A few phone calls later Monica called us back and we finally got to into the condo. The views were beautiful and the location of the pool and beach were very convenient! We enjoy our stayed!!

My husband and both of our grown children and grands stayed here. We were so comfortable and everything was so nice. We will be renting here again. Best vacation in many years. Owner was kind and helpful in every way. Security was pleasant and helped us to find anything we needed while there. Great location. Could have stayed forever. This is the place to stay for a family.

Overall this condo was perfect for our family get together on the beach. We loved the large table for playing games in the evening. The large balcony was spacious and relaxing. Everything was very clean and well maintained.

My husband and I recently took our 3 year old, my 60 year old mother in law, and 90 year old grandmother on vacation. I knew I wanted somewhere big enough for everyone to be comfortable and nice enough to spend lots of time indoors when we weren’t at the pool or beach. I cannot say enough great things. Not only were the accommodations wonderful, but Monica and Dave were excellent hosts and very attentive and welcoming. I definitely hope to book again with them on future vacations!

We had an amazing time! the place was perfect for our group of six girls. Everyone had a bed to sleep in. The decor was lovely. Access to the beach is super easy. Kitchen is stocked with any dish ware or utensils you need.

We had a great time staying at Orange Beach in this condo! It was clean, nicely decorated, and roomy. The beds were comfortable. We used the outdoor grill and the pool a lot. The view is amazing and we love that the balcony is large enough for all 8 of us to be out there comfortably. Thank you!

This was a good stay with an amazing view. We come down to OB several times per year and always stay at a different condos. We've learned what we like and don't like. This unit was nicely remodeled and furniture was comfy. There was a bench with board games in it would have been super cool if we had found it earlier. It is a kind of walkable distance to 1 or 2 restaurants but everything is mostly going to be driving distance. It was a pretty quiet building with easy parking (additional $). Our only complaints were the master mattress needs to be upgraded. It felt like we were sleeping in our grandma's spare bed with huge valleys, lumps, and creaking and everything. Our second complaint that probably affects a miniscule amount of people is the bathroom door widths are NOT standard. Our son uses a pediatric walker to get to the bathroom and it wouldn't fit into either bathroom. This little detail made our vacation a lot more work. He doesn't need a full handicap/wheelchair accessible condo but definitely needs to be standard width doors. This is a problem we've never had in our 12+ trips down here. Usually if 1 bathroom is a smaller door the other isn't. I would try to list this somehow in the listing. Another positive note, thank you for the handheld shower head because that was a convenient surprise.

We loved the condo and the location. The condo and the condo complex have everything we needed for a perfect week. State park, parasailing, bike rentals, segways, Wal-mart and DG, coffee and multiple restaurants all within walking or 7 minute drive. Beautiful beach, very easy access getting in and out of complex, beach, and pools. Great communication with owners.

The location and condo layout were fabulous. The view of the Gulf from the balcony and space on the balcony were awesome. My kids loved having the option of the indoor pool for the times we had some rain and/or cooler temps. The basketball and pickle ball court were used by us nightly- loved it!! Can’t speak highly enough of Monica- she was so responsive and helpful on our first stay in the area! Would not hesitate to return!

The balcony was our favorite! We could watch marine life and beach activities from there. We saw an amazing thunderstorm which had lightning across the sky! The place is perfectly set up for parents or granparents in the master with the other two bedrooms and bath on the other side of the kitchen. It was easy to hop down to the beach in 10 min too!

We loved our stay at Windward! Very clean, comfortable seating/furniture, view was amazing and location was great. We had hoped the indoor pool & hot tub were part of the main building but it was across the parking lot as a separate unit. Still on site but not as convenient on rain days. (would help families to know in advance😊) Overall would still stay again!

Property was as advertised. Monica was prompt and precise answering any questions we had before booking. By far the best contact person we have had the pleasure of working with. The unit and the balcony was spacious. There was more than adequate parking available during complete stay. No bugs were seen on property.

The process went very smoothly from beginning to end. We received communications from the owners almost immediately after we booked. They welcomed us and told us to feel free to contact them with any questions. They also provided instructions and good information about the condo. The unit was clean and decorated nicely. There is a nice size balcony facing the beach where we spent mornings drinking coffee and evenings chatting. The condo was well-stocked with towels, linen, and kitchen necessities. The location was excellent; right on the beach; near restaurants, stores, etc. A few minor things to note, however, include the very uncomfortable sofa bed; trash can drawer that would not stay closed; and too many instructions for checkout (I.e., strip beds, wash towels, wash dishes, etc.) when cost includes cleaning fees. In summary, we had a great time and we would stay here again.

We loved our stay! The balcony and views are breathtaking. We got to see the full moon from the balcony several nights as well which was fantastic! The kid pool is appreciated with the littles we had with us. Easy to lounge while they played in the water to cool off. Conveniently located near Walmart to get all the essentials you may need as we didn’t have dishwasher soap and needed more TP bc we stayed a week. Several local places to dine as well nearby! Cobalt is top rated for us bc of the views and atmosphere! We also like the little Mexican place across the street! Delicious margs! We will def be back!

We enjoyed this condo. It is very conveniently located to shopping but quiet. We were able to rent chairs and an umbrella on the beach which was very nice. The condo does have a musty smell but I think many do.

The view was breathtaking and we enjoyed it. The door to the washer/dryer came off (screws that kept the door together were stripped) however it did not affect the functionality of the wash/dryer. We will rent again! Overall, great property!

The condo was very clean and well-organized. We did run into a problem when our water shut off and the dishwasher did not work. We contacted the host, and they immediately m tried to get things resolved. It definitely would have been an issue if we stayed longer than we did due to the dishwasher not working. Overall a good stay

Our family really enjoyed staying in this unit for our kids' Fall Break from school and to celebrate a birthday. Definitely will be on the short list to book again. Only complaint is there was no plug for kids to take their preferred bath but shower worked just fine.

Spacious condo for 7 with an extra spacious balcony and seating for everyone. Condo was very welcoming and had everything you’d need to feel at home. The owner, Monica, was very responsive prior to arriving if we had any questions. We saw dolphins every morning except one as it was stormy that morning. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping.

We had an absolutely wonderful week in Orange Beach! The property was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the area. We enjoyed visiting The Wharf, Flora-Bama, and even ventured over to Pensacola to see the lighthouse and museum. Breakfast spots were fantastic, and our days were filled with fun—putt-putt, catching jellyfish with our nets, and soaking up the Gulf views. The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything so easy. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great beach getaway!— The Murphy Family

Restaurants, souvenir shops, groceries were all seconds away. The cleaning crew forgot to flush the toilet before leaving and the microwave was dirty. Had plenty of dishes and silverware. There was a little salt and pepper but that was it for spices. We thought it was strange that there was not liquid soap in the kitchen to wash dishes and our hands. Great Stay! In short, would be a great place for us to stay again with the kids. Super close to the beach. Plenty of parking. Kitchen was excellent to cook and clean in.
