Phoenix V 110

Enjoyed our stay. Loved that the room was on the first floor. We were able to take the stairs located right outside our door to get the to pool and beach rather than having to wait on the elevators. The balcony was fairly large. Plenty space for our family of 5.

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Having the option to park in a garage in the shade is a bonus worth every bit of the extra cost! Being on the first floor was much easier to access the beach and the pools by just using the stairs, which is amazing! Having an ice machine there was also excellent not having to run to the store. The splash pad for the kids was very useful. Any of the staff we ran into were pleasant and helpful. The indoor pool was a relief from being out in the hot sun.

The condo was very clean. The host was very responsive to my message about issues and took care of all of our needs. The location was amazing and very convenient with my 2 children. I would def recommend this condo and would rebook it again. Only complaint I would have but doesn't really have anything to do with the actual condo. The door leading out of the building was very loud and would slam. It was very loud and it was right next to my children bedroom. I did point it out to the front desk lady and maintenance was supposed to look into it.

The condo itself was clean and nicely decorated with an amazing balcony that we ate all of our meals on. It wasn’t overly packed full of furniture like we feel most condos are. I wish there were more rugs so I didn’t have to use my towels to wipe the sand off my feet, the floors stayed very sandy but that’s normal for beachfront condos. The Phoenix V needs improvement. Someone threw up in the pool and they fished it out with a net, threw some shock in the pool and let everyone back in within an hour or two. The splash pad stayed full of kids too big for it and they would bully the smaller kids. I spent too much time defending my children and having to move them back and forth from the overcrowded pool to the splash pad. The beachfront chair service was wonderful. The parking passes are extremely expensive in my opinion. We frequent the beach and just feel for the amount we paid for the condo and the overcrowding, the parking fee was ridiculous. Liquid life was very responsive in all concerns we had throughout our stay.

The condo was clean! One of the two blue swivel chairs is broken. The owners may not be aware. The patio is huge and has great patio furniture! We ate breakfast out there every morning. The staff was friendly and helpful. My mom has hip issues so this was a great spot, without her having to do a lot of walking. Overall we would definitely stay at this same unit again.

We absolutely loved this condo from the moment we stepped through the doors. It was so clean and beautifully decorated. We loved being on the 1st floor and not having to take the elevator. The balcony was huge and perfect for the rainy days we had. We would definitely stay here in the future!

Overall we had a great stay. The splash pad and pool were fantastic! The only downside was the cleanliness of the condo. The fridge door was broken and the air vents looked very dirty. Apart from that, we loved it!

It is our favorite as unit 110 has a large covered balcony/porch, great Gulf view, and easy-no elevator-access to the pool and beach. One issue came up with our stay and compliments to Liquid Life on handling it. When we arrived we soon discovered the AC wasn't working with the furnace blower unit literally frozen. Texted Liquid Life and a maintenance person was there within a couple hours. The repair was completed the next day.

Check in was delayed by an hour. Beds were comfy. Necessities were all there. Property was noisy in the morning due to the pool guys so if quiet coffee on the balcony is the plan, don't count on it. Beach is closer than most. We would visit again, just not on the first floor of this condo.

This unit is in a perfect location within the complex. Close to stairs, so its easy access to the beach. The unit itself was spacious and comfortable! The balcony is HUGE!! The only problem we had was getting our parking pass from the front desk! This took waaaayyy too long!! Mind you, I used VRBO so there was no check in required. All I needed was a parking pass. I had to stand in a lengthy line and the process to obtain the parking pass took way too long! There were 2 workers behind the front desk but only one of them was at the computer for check ins and parking passes. The other worker did not jump on a computer to help relieve the line and wait times. VERY INEFFICIENT!!! I witnessed the lengthy line of folks checking in all that afternoon! For this reason; I will NOT stay at another Phoenix again!

Wonderful location, large balcony with great views. Condo is nicely decorated. Pool is large with lots of lounge chairs. The splash pad kept the kids content for hours. The only thing that we did not have were extra blankets. Otherwise, it was a wonderful place to stay and will be returning.

The location of the unit within the Phoenix V complex as well as the complex overall is tremendous. Unit 110 has a wonderful covered large balcony and quick access to the pool and beach. No waiting for the elevator a plus. Only two criticisms. First, while generally clean, there were a few cobwebs and dust around the windows and the floor still had some sand from a previous stay. Not much though. A major inconvenience was the dishwasher. It is a built in unit but it is not secured to the counter or cabinets. So when you open the door the whole unit tilts forward, letting the top and bottom racks slide forward. this can be a bit violent if there are dishes loaded. You had to hold the unit in place with one hand and load dishes with the other.

Access to this unit is located on the 1st floor, which means we NEVER had to stand in the endless line for the elevator. People would stand there for the better part of 45 mins. waiting to get to their floor. We never had that issue. Easy to get to the parking lot, beach, and pool from this unit. There was always a security guard on duty and checking the parking lots. The patio furniture in these pictures aren't accurate, but the patio furniture has been updated and it was perfect! You can lay in a lounger or have dinner on the oversized balcony. Our only complaint was both of the full sized beds. They were very uncomfortable and broken down. I would suggest that the mattresses be replaced. For small children, they might be fine, but for teens or older, they are not adequate. Overall, I would stay in this unit again, the management team is excellent, the location is perfect, and the view is wonderful!

You can see the door to the condo when you pull up out front. I was nervous about it being loud, but it was not terrible. We could hear nose from the pool at night if everything was quiet, but it wasn't a deal breaker. With two littles, it was nice not having to use the elevator, especially with COVID! The location was ideal. The balcony is very big and my little one enjoyed running around it in her walker. The splash pad was a big hit.
