Property was very clean. Kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to cook in the condo. Our only issue was our code for the door disabled at 8:30 am and our check out time was 10 am. Luckily we still had people in the condo to let us in.

Nice condo for 6 adults and 2 toddlers. Great corner room. Middle bed mattress was uncomfortable. Sounded Ike it had a plastic covering on it but we looked. It made an awful sound when turned over. We slept in bunk beds instead. Everything else was great and it was an easy check in/check out procedure.

This condo was perfectly accommodating for our family! The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary utensils which is nice if you plan on cooking but we do recommend trying out the local restaurants as well! The balcony had a beautiful view and the beach access was perfect.

Beautiful place with a great pool and lots of fun for the whole family! Everything was very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. The only issue was that the door code stopped working about 1–2 hours before checkout. Luckily, I was still inside while my family was taking our things to the car. Other than that everything was excellent!!

This unit had all the modern conveniences we were used to at home. Smart TV’s in living area and all (3) bedrooms. The furniture and decor was updated and beach inspired but not overdone. Beds were super comfy and the kids enjoyed the bunk beds. Balcony gave a nice view and the end unit kept the surrounding residents and guests background noise to a minimum. Overall a nice experience and we enjoyed our vacation in this property.

Great place to stay! My only complaints are paying for parking, no extra bed linens, and when I had an issue it took a very long time for response as well as fixing my issue. Otherwise, convenient location, plenty of space, great indoor pool (outdoor pool was out of commission), the staff at Phoenix were always friendly and always cleaning! Nice clean place to stay!

Location and condo was great! Family had a great time! Will say there a few cleanliness things within the room that could have been caught. Fridge was dirty on inside and outside and stains on the second bedroom walls. Like chocolate maybe? Other than that we enjoy every bit. Loved the bright colors and the view!!

This is extremely late since it was June 2023. The condo was great for our sleeping needs and the view was spectacular. We had an issue with the double bed in one room as it was making a lot of noise. When I looked under it found some trash, dirt and broken glass. I contacted host and they tried to take care of the bed not much they can do about the trash.

The only issue we had was the tvs. The master room tv had no remote. I ended up downloading the remote to my phone so we could watch tv so it worked out. Other than that everything else worked out pretty good.

Overall the stay was great! A little inconvenient bc there was a water event in the condo above us and water leaked through so upon arrival there was a loud dehumidifier in there for a few days and a weird smell (probably from the water) in the bedroom with the bunk beds so the kids couldn't use the room which was super inconvenient considering we got a 3 bedroom so they could have their own room. Overall though we loved the condo.

Overall the property was wonderful as it was close proximity to the beach and so much more. The one change I would make to the property is to have more than 6 towels when the property can sleep 12. I understand not having a plethora of towels but at least 1 per guest would be nice.

This condo was perfect for our family beach trip! My husband and I had a room, my in laws had a room, and my two kids shared the room with the bunk beds. There was a smart tv in every room. The bathrooms were nice. And it's a corner condo so that's a plus as well. Check in and out was a breeze and they texted us to make sure everything was great. I requested one thing be cleaned and someone was there within the hour to clean it. Awesome service!! We definitely recommend this condo or any managed by Liquid Life!

Bedding was excellent and love being on the end. Balcony furniture was outstanding. Size of BRs and baths were very nice. Furniture in living room was very uncomfortable with limited seating and there was no coffee table. Dining chairs and stools need some rubber tips to cut down on noise and scraping on the tile. With only one lamp in the LR and the horrendous bulbs in the overhead fixtures, we were forced to keep the "attractive fluorescent" in the kitchen on all the time. Each bedroom had only one very small lamp, including the master. Kitchen was sparsely equipped compared to other units we've rented i.e. only 2 wine glasses and perhaps the cheapest cookware I've ever seen. With minimal effort and expense this condo could be really nice given the location and layout and I believe would improve its rental income. We would recommend if improvements were made.

Me and my family enjoyed it and will be back. However I don't think the cleaning company did their job before we came in. There was sand in the condo and our feet were black. We got in the area earlier than check in time and were able to get our parking pass early and use the beach access and amenities while our room was being cleaned! Thank you for a great stay!

So much to say. We had multiple family members (a party of 12). Age range to 3m-70 yr. Old. Plenty of beds which was a plus for me. BTW they were so comfortable! Spectacular view! Close to everything. Secure parking. 4 elevators on our end of the condo!! and shopping carts to take your groceries and bags up to your rooms. That was awesome. Especially for older people. It was at the phoenix V.I have never had a more easier check out process. It was awesome ??

It was a great size for the seven of us. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tubs downstairs. The only headache was parking; passes were $35/apiece, and we had three cars. But the staff was kind and the place was clean and very quiet. And the check in and out system is so easy. We were talking about another trip before we checked out. Five stars!

The condo was very clean, well kept, plenty of room for 6 of us, great location, beautiful ocean view, easy check in and check out, and we loved it. You do have to wait patiently for the elevators during busy times, but we expected that. We definitely enjoyed the condo, but also the Phoenix V ammenities. Very nice outdoor and indoor pools and hot tubs. Great location!

This big corner unit was perfect for my family of 12! The condo was very clean and updated. Only issue is they only have 6 bath towels. We constantly had to wash towels. Other than that we have no complaints!

I have not stopped raving about the excellent customer service the LiquidLife team provided us. We consider ourselves somewhat local being from Mobile, AL and have rented SEVERAL condos and homes over our lifetime in OBA. This unit was exactly as described, clean, comfortable and extremely accommodating when we had questions. We have never had service like your company offered. Hats off to you all. The owners of this unit- your renovations are super and money well spent. Fantastic taste in design. Patio furniture sturdy, comfortable, and clean. Will rent again in the near future!

Vrbo, Liquid Life Vacation Rentals was very easy to work in making our vacation stay effortless. They kept us informed of what to expect and what steps we needed to take prior to our vacation. Liquid Vacation Rentals was very easy to reach via phone or email with prompt reply. The property was clean and matched what the ad stated. Everything we needed was there! Beach was beautiful and clean.. Ikes Beach rental has chairs and umbrellas on the beach to rent. Super easy. Everyone was more than hospitable and kind. Restaurants had great food and were lots of fun. Lots of families were there. We enjoyed and will make this a permanent beach destination!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this particular condo at the Phoenix V. Everything was super clean, worked, aesthetically pleasing and couch and beds were comfortable. The balconies have views on 3 sides and it is in a prime location for great restaurants and Adventure Island is visible from the back balcony. The splash pad was a hit with my 2 year old. We will definitely rent again when the weather warms up.

Condo looks just like the pictures! Clean and great view. Condo location is great and close to food, walmart, and entertainment. I love the Phoenix V. Splash pads for the kids and Kona Ice by the pool.

The condo was perfect for our Ladies Weekend. We passed up many condos we researched because they weren’t “beachy.” The decor in this condo was softly beachy - very understated and classy. (Some were gaudy and tacky). Beds were comfy, llinens soft and all the extras in the kitchen were all we could ask for. Loved it being on the corner with the wrap around balcony. Perfect! We will be back! (We’ve always gone in late spring - decided October is much better. Weather was perfect.
