The condo was clean and comfortable, but be prepared to bring most essentials. Only one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, and two kitchen trash bags were provided. We were given two dishwasher pods, two laundry pods, and a small amount of dish soap—so for longer stays or more guests, bring extra cleaning supplies. It’s a non-smoking building, but we noticed a few people smoking nearby. Liquid Life was responsive, though someone stopped by saying they were looking for lost headphones, then just looked around and left without explanation, which felt odd. Parking is $50 per vehicle. Also, cancellations are non-refundable, so be 100% sure before booking. Overall, a good stay with a few things to be prepared for

The building is in a very good location. It is clean and well kept. Not hard to check in. The staff was friendly. The garbage shoots are handy. Elevators were in good working order. The time locks are nice so you don't have to keep up with keys. Condo has a full laundry room. Well stocked with plenty of towels and dishes. It just didn't have a hair dryer. Comfortable beds. Beautiful views from the balcony. Would stay again if we are in the area

The condo was great, the perfect size for our family. We loved that we had the full ocean view and all of the space on the balcony. The condo was mostly clean but the shower heads were a little grimey. Make sure you pack extra toilet paper. You get one roll per bathroom and no more. Also bring laundry soap and dishwasher detergent because you will be required to wash laundry and dishes but they only provide enough for one load. There are also two trash bags. I specifically asked about a pack and play and was told there were none available and then there was one in the master closet.

We had a very nice week , great access to the beach. The balcony's is big, with an awesome view. We spent a lot of time out there in the evenings. A bit noisy over the pool but it's closes at 10:30pm. Quiet after that.Parking would be the only issue we had. It is not designed for larger trucks, (ours is a Ford F-150) but that is a complex issue not the condo.Maybe should be advised ahead of time to be aware of narrow ramps and parking spaces.We really only corresponded a couple times with Liquid Life prior to arrival, then once we arrived, and then at checkout. All done by text.Overall, very happy with our stay at Lighthouse Condos.

We had a very nice week , great access to the beach. The balcony’s is big, with an awesome view. We spent a lot of time out there in the evenings. A bit noisy over the pool but it’s closes at 10:30pm. Quiet after that. Parking would be the only issue we had. The past few times we have stayed at the Lighthouse we hadn't been completely happy with cleanliness of the condo and or how worn the furniture was. This time we were so happy with #413. It was so clean. Everything was up to date. The master bath has been completely redone. Bed was comfy! We plan on staying in this condo again when we come back in October.

Cons: Parking is very tight for trucks. Elevators are very slow. The bunk bed room is in very very small closet area. Better for kids, but not adults. The sofa sleeper is should not be used. Pool was filthy. With it being a quick trip, I would recommend. However, longer than 3 day and stay-depending the guest, I would recommend something different.

The location was perfect. The complex is in an excellent location and clean. It's quiet since it's 1/2 to 3/4 a mile away from the nightlife and water excursion rentals. Very walkable if you want to parasail or jet ski. This unit sits right in the middle of the complex with an amazing ocean front view straight off the balcony. It's close, but not too close to the elevators and the trash shoot. The fitness room and pool are close as well. The balcony was roomy and the furniture was comfortable. The pool area was noisy in the evenings, but it closes at 10:30. There's really no unit you can stay in to get away from this. The fountain runs at night making it a little annoying if you wake up during the night if staying in the primary room. The sound of the waves would have been more pleasant to listen to. The kitchen was stocked with way more than we expected! Everything from a vegetable peeler to a wine bottle opener. Plenty of dishes. The only issue we had in the kitchen was with plastic containers that didn't have matching or missing lids. This is an extremely small complaint. It would not stop us from rebooking this unit. Both bathrooms had four large shower towels which was nice. The beds were comfortable. The bunk-room is very small...sleeping room only. We didn't mind as we were hanging out together in the main living space and on the beach. The beach chair rentals are a must! The stands to rent are located on the beach and open at 9am, but they're out setting up by 7am and will visit with you about renting. It's a very easy process. Parking is easy with plenty of room to park. The cost is $40 for a parking pass. The communication leading up to the trip was awesome. This unit truly was perfect for our family of five. We'd love to stay here again!

The layout was perfect and a very comfortable stay. It's right on the water, so the views were perfect. We saw dolphins everyday from the balcony. The location was great proximity to plenty of great restaurants. The only issue was had was the noise. Lots of construction going on during the day (which considering the weather they've experienced, property construction wasn't a surprise) and the pool fountain spouts were constantly running so you couldn't hear the ocean at all from our floor. This could be different if the room is higher up. We stayed on the 4th floor. It was a concern that the firm alarm went off one night and no alarm went off on our floor, or above, so it seemed. I would still stay at this location again. It's very clean and considering how large the condo is we didn't hear much noise from neighboring renters.

The remodeled shower is amazing. A few upgrades would make this unit perfect. The appliances are in need of replacement especially the refrigerator and the living room sofa. Overall, we love the Lighthouse and all the amenities it has to offer.

The two bunk beds were in a room very small and very warm room to sleep. Pull out couch mattress was not very good and did not work as a bed for anyone. But other than that place was excellent. Would stay again.

The past few times we have stayed at the Lighthouse we hadn’t been completely happy with cleanliness of the condo and or how worn the furniture was. This time we were so happy with #413. It was so clean. Everything was up to date. The master bath has been completely redone. Bed was comfy! We plan on staying in this condo again when we come back in October.

Lighthouse 413 is in a great location!!! We are close to the elevators or only one floor up from the parking area. A short walk to Sea and Suds and main strip. The rental had everything that we needed and more. We used the coffee maker, toaster, and washer/dryer, and these all worked great. It was extremely clean. We had a nice view of the beach. Lighthouse is in a great location, if you like walking on the beach. Or you can rent a chair and watch the waves!!!

It doesn't have the warmth that a house has and you can tell that it was managed by a company instead of a person.-Some of the outlets were loose in the wall.-Make sure you bring your own toilet paper, dishwashing soap, salt and pepper, etc.-Some of the amenities are misleading. For example, if you are thinking that you might want to use the grills, they are located at the extreme east end of the property. So unless you are eating at non-existent picnic tables, your food will be cold by the time you get back to your room.-Staff seemed indifferent at times.We stayed there during a period of construction and repair. Workers were polite and except for the caution tape and a couple blocked parking spots, it did not feel like a construction zone. The pools were all open and clean, as were all of the common areas. It was more like a hotel suite (minus the toilet paper) than a home, which is fine if you understand that and are prepared. Not a typical VRBO rental for us.

My sisters,Mom and brother in law took me away from Wed -Sat to celebrate my 20th anniversary.My 2nd since my husband passed.The condo was nice,clean,had everything we needed except food and a hair dryer which we found both a short drive away.I slept in the bunk room, plenty of room and quiet.We all had plenty of room with 5 adults, could have been fine with more.The owner was texting and helpful,the onsite staff was friendly as well.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.Construction was going on but we barely knew it other than seeing it as we came and went.

First stay using VRBO. Stayed in Lighthouse 414, property management Liquid Life! Highly recommend Liquid Life! Five stars! Initially booked Lighthouse 406 with Tim & Myra. They canceled our reservation without notification. They never even responded to my email. To book 406 we were required to take insurance. Well, we lost our money on that trip insurance! Not happy about that! Definitely do not recommend doing business with Tim & Myra! So happy Liquid Life was so easy to deal with! Otherwise we would probably never use VRBO again.

Property had a great view of ocean and pools. Love that all the bedding and covers are white and washed between renters, felt very clean. King bed mattress not very firm, probably needs upgrade. We bought covers to put over the LR chair and sofa. The sofa was not comfortable but we didn't spend a lot of time indoors. Parking is convenient. Kitchen well supplied. Like the tile floors for ease of sweeping up sand if needed. Great time.
