Great condo that I would rent again. Very convenient to restaurants and easy walking distance for our teenagers to surf shops and such. Floor didn’t appear dirty but our feet would be black just walking in the condo and on the balcony so bring socks or shoes to wear inside besides that it was a great location!

Loved the corner condo!!! Ready spacious and plenty of sleeping options for the kids. My only complaint would be that the dryer would not dry towels and the shower head in the guest bathroom needs to be updated. I would recommend this condo and would rent it again!

Condo was just as described. Location was great! Pool and beach access were just what we wanted for our family that ranged from 10 - 75. We had plenty of room inside the condo and on the huge balcony.

The views were amazing. There are balconies off of each bedroom. The condo had plenty of seating and fully stocked kitchen. Bring your own coffee. They didn't provide any. Even if they don't have anyone checking in or out, they won't let you check in or leave late without charging $100. We drve in from out of town and had food in coolers that we needed to get into the fridge. we needed to check in 50 minutes early and they wouldn't accommodate us unless we paid $100. The location is great. The pools and hot tub were dirty, so we didn't use them at all. There is a very short walk to the beach, which was amazing. We would go setup out chairs and umbrellas early in the morning because the commercial chairs and umbrellas take over the beach. I would definitely recommend staying at this condo!

The stay was great. The view was wonderful and the patio furniture was first class! Quiet and stocked with the necessities. The only issue we had was with the floors. Our feet would get dirty when not wearing shoes or sandals. I would recommend this condo.

The condo worked amazing for our large group. The bunk room held the kids well, the kitchen was large enough to feed our crew without feeling crowded.
The deck was spacious, and never failed to show us beautiful sunrises.
We enjoyed nights at the pool, and there are grills that worked out well to cookout and enjoy the night swim.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend them to others.

The description and photos were exactly as displayed. We traveled with a family of 7 and it was the perfect size. It had everything we needed and cooked most meals at the condo. Liquid life was very responsive and we even ended up extended our stay from 5 to 6 days. Security was very friendly and location was near everything. We did wash laundry and felt right at home. The kitchen faucet handle needed to be turned just right to shut off but other than that we didn’t have any problems. I would recommend and stay again for future visits. Price was very reasonable even with extending it.

We had a very nice 4 night stay. The rooms were clean and neat. Very spacious living spaces. We had 8 full grown adults and never felt squished. There are plenty of dishes, utensils and pots/pans - very well stocked. No salt/pepper or any basics, which we have experienced at other places. Beautiful view of the beach/ocean. Lots of floor to ceiling glass sliding doors. Short 5 minute walk to the beach. You do have to pay to us the parking lot. So figure that in in your budget. The parking lot was never full with plenty of spaces. We had a small problem with the outlets not working in the master bedroom and were refunded a token amount for the inconvenience. We would rent here again if we were ever to come back. Thanks!

The condo itself was great. The pool area was nice. The indoor pool is at the front of the property close to the road so keep that in mind. They had construction going on and we were unable to use our balcony and got woke up at 7am sharp every morning by Jack hammers. We were aware on construction but not the severity of it. It looked like a full construction scene and felt a little unsafe at times. But over all we made the best of it.

The condo was beautiful, the view was breathtaking. It was very well stocked in the kitchen as far as cooking necessities but you do need to bring the “extras” - coffee filters, salt and pepper, paper towels. Luckily this was very clear in the email instructions so we were well prepared. The amenities at windward were nice we loved the pool, sauna, and hot tub but I wished the pool wasn’t at the back of the parking lot and the shuffle board doesn’t have equipment, you have to bring your own. Liquid life made the whole process easy. The only complaint I have is the bunk room didn’t have any accessible storage space, the closet is completely blocked by the bed and parts didn’t seem safe- one bunk didn’t have a ladder and the fan/ light is right next to the ladder. We had 5 people in that room and they had to store their stuff in other bedrooms. Overall great experience though- we would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay!!!! We stayed 2 families of 4 with 2 boys each. The 4 young boys 6-10 loved the double bunk beds!!! The King bed room was amazing. The Queen and guest bath was a bit small for a family of 4. You need to take things with you. If you want to cuddle on the couch take blankets. We couldn't find any extra blankets or sheets. Also 1 towel was left per person so be prepared to do laundry. There are no sand toys or beach chairs with this condo. We rented beach chairs and it was the best money spent. Take all the spices you want to use there was nothing. No salt or pepper. They had plenty of appliances. Can opener, coffee maker, both drip and Keurig , toaster. We took our own favorite pans but they had plenty to use. Make sure to pack hand soap as well. They provided several pods for the diahwasher and clothes washer but we were there for 4 nights and did multiple loads. Also only provided one roll of water a per towel and toilet paper. We made it last but know your situation with that. The balcony was amazing. With a wrap around view the sunrise was stunning. Our kids enjoyed breakfast outside most days and we loved cooking a few meals there as well. Convenient to some amazing food GT on the Bay was our favorite meal and only about 10 min away. Perfectly close to Walmart abe Publix. We would definitely stay in this condo again!

The condo met all our needs. The deck was amazing. The family space was great. We had seven people. We had a couple of issues with the TV's not working and the coldness of the refrigerator. Those were taken care of immediately. We appreciated the help. Our suggestions are there needs to be enough supplies for 7 people. We were somewhat surprised the bathroom had no hand soap especially during the after math of COVID. and very little toilet paper. One bathroom only had 1 roll. The beds were amazing. The decor was really nice. Our suggestions would be to update the stove. The burners did not stay put and we could not read the dials for the burners. Also we noticed that the floors really need a good cleaning. All the girls socks were black on the bottom. And finally, there should be one more ladder for the bunk beds. The girls were too little to climb up the end and we could not move the ladder back and forth. The closet in the bunk bedroom can't be used and looks as if it has not been cleaned out in a long time. There are no hangers in the closets for use. The washer and dryer were great. Thank you so much. We had a great time. It is a great condo.

The condo was nice and spacious. The natural light from all of the windows made it feel even bigger. The wrap around balcony with access from each room was great. The balcony itself is very spacious and the views are great. The raised chair set on the balcony was one of the most popular places to sit and just look at the waves and beach. The kitchen was well stocked and large enough to cook meals in and not be bumping into each other. The beds were comfortable. Caution with the hot water, it gets extremely hot. Almost hot enough to cause a burn. The beach, pool and hot tub were all very nice. We liked that the charcoal grills were in the back near the beach so that we could enjoy the view while grilling.The only issues we had were that the floors were very dirty almost like theyve never been mopped. We had black feet within the first few minutes of being there. We wore flip flops almost all of the tine to walk around to keep our feet clean. The garbage disposal had an odor, so we tried to run it and it made a loud noise. We turned it off immediately, but then it would not work at all. The drain still worked up until our last day, upon which it would no longer drain. One if the elevators stopped working on Sunday, so it was a challenge to get everything down to the car from the 11th floor. After waiting for a long period if time, we ended up carrying everything down the stairs. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time and thought this was one of the better places we have stayed.

I chose the place for the balcony size and the number of people it slept. None of things disappointed. I loved the location as well. The parking situation is a bit of a let down. acondo that sleeps 12 should have 2 free parking passes and the option to add one more paid spot. The security guards were very nice though. The unit looked and smelled clean but your feet would be black from walking on the floor.

We were gonna pull it out to use cause we kinda needed it and were not able to use it. Other than sleeping the stay was pleasant and the property was nice and in a great location.

Security guard and Liquid Life staff were responsive to our questions. Best restaurants were Cosmos, Bubba's Seafood and Doc's Seafood. Publix is the best place to get groceries.

The furnishings were light and up to date, as well as very comfortable. The location was perfect and the condo itself was really nice. We will definitely be back. Loved having the sturdy wooden full-sized double bunk beds. It was perfect for our two families that had 7 daughters total. Everything was super clean too!Only suggestions...a few dish towels would be great. Also, I think the unit above us would do their laundry late at night and it caused a pretty loud sound in one of the bedrooms. But we called and Liquid Life said they would check on it so hopefully it's fixed.

Reviewer Comments: I rented the condo because I was there for my daughters wedding and needed plenty of beds for family. I chose the place for the balcony size and the number of people it slept. None of things disappointed. I loved the location as well. The parking situation is a bit of a let down. acondo that sleeps 12 should have 2 free parking passes and the option to add one more paid spot. The security guards were very nice though. The unit looked and smelled clean but your feet would be black from walking on the floor.

This condo Has amazing ocean views! Being a corner condo the deck was larger and we enjoyed sitting On the deck listening to the waves. The beds were comfortable and the location is perfect! My only complaint is the washer was broken. Maintenance came quickly to assess but it was a part that needed to be ordered. Needless to say the part came in on our last day there. I needed to wash our suits and beach towels by hand and put them in the dryer which took multiple times 70 min sessions to dry. We also had to use the same bath towels all week since there was inky enough for each of my family to have one towel. It would have been nice to stock it with a few more. I even asked since the washer was broken if we could get some new towels and never seen them. We were also not notified that someone was in the condo working on the washer. The only way we realized they had been there was when we seen items that were set on the washer we're relocated to a different t spot.

This condo was wonderful. Perfect location to watch the sun rise and just to sit and listen to the waves coming in. Short walk to the beach. We were looking for a condo with 2 king beds and the listing appeared to indicate 2 king beds. But when we arrived, it was actually 1 king, 1 queen, and 2 sets of bunk beds. Other than that everything else was great. We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you.

Overall, our stay was perfect. The location and balcony make this property amazing. The only drawback was that the dishwasher was broken so we had to handwash everything and the locks on the bathroom doors did not work. This would not prevent me from staying here again but while on vacation, washing dishes is not something anyone wants to do! :)

We fell in love with the balcony and spent most of our inside time there. The water was too rough to actually swim but there were plenty of options for pool and hot tub time. I would definitely recommend this condo.

This end unit condo was well appointed. Our family enjoyed sitting out on the deck and enjoying the wonderful gulf view. Location was close to everything we wanted to do. Didn't use the pools but the outdoor pool looked nice. We will keep this place in mind for future trips. Check-in/Checkout process was all online/mobile and went smoothly. Thank you!

This condo was perfect for our annual mother-daughters trip. Its location is right on the beach and very close to stores and restaurants. The condo is nicely furnished, and the wrap-around balcony of this corner unit is awesome! (The sunrises from there were heavenly!) The only downside was receiving two and three emails and texts from the property management company daily reminding us of our checkout date and time! We had just arrived when we started being notified. And the cleaning crew, while very nice, was waiting outside our door 20 minutes before the checkout time. We were loading our cars at that time, but it still made us feel rushed. Overall, though, we definitely would stay here again!

The view is breathtaking and the unit is beautifully decorated. We loved the sunrises, sunsets and the moonrises, too. The amenities are great...pools (indoor and outdoor), hot tub and the beach is so close! Can't wait to stay here again!
