This spacious property offers all four townhomes—B101, B102, B103, and B104—rented together, providing a total of 16 bedrooms and 12 and a half bathrooms with room to comfortably sleep up to 32 guests.

Each two-story townhouse features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, open living areas with comfortable seating and flat-screen TVs, and private balconies for enjoying the fresh Gulf breeze. Every unit includes a primary bedroom on the main floor with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, along with additional guest bedrooms upstairs featuring queen beds, private or shared bathrooms, and balcony access.

With four kitchens, four laundry rooms, and plenty of living space across the property, Kiran Terrace Quadplex is ideal for groups who want to vacation together while still enjoying privacy and convenience. Whether you're planning a family reunion, a wedding group stay, or a multi-family beach trip, this property offers the perfect blend of comfort, space, and flexibility in a coastal setting.

This unit is dog-friendly! A non-refundable pet fee of $150 applies for guests bringing a dog. Please notify our office in advance if you plan to bring one. This unit allows a maximum of two dogs. Most beaches in the area do not allow dogs, but there is a dog-friendly beach down Fort Morgan.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

The minimum age to book this property is 25 years or older. Valid photo identification is required to verify age and ensure compliance with local regulations.
