Stunning condo with gorgeous beach views! Excellent layout with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! Great location! Beautiful restaurant 10 min walk away on the beach! Would have like some basics thst we didn’t have to buy.. salt and pepper, cooking oil etc. Lots of towels! Would highly recommend this condo!

We were very comfortable, with 4 beds and 3 baths for 7 people (2 were teens). ‘Had to photograph the sunrise from the balcony each morning—spectacular!! The inside decor was so nice. We cooked each day and it was enjoyable in the beautiful and well stocked kitchen. What a great time with family!

Great place to stay. My only complaint is there was no warning about the parking. There were more cars than parking spots. I was displeased That my only options were to park across the street or pay 45$ a night for parking at the hotel down the street.

I had a wonderful stay at this condo through! The location was absolutely perfect, especially for our teens. They could easily walk across the street to grab ice cream or visit Walmart, which made our vacation even more enjoyable. One of the standout features of the condo was its size and spaciousness. It provided ample room for everyone, allowing us to relax comfortably during our stay. What impressed us the most was that every room had its own full bathroom, providing convenience and privacy for all guests. This feature truly made our stay even more enjoyable. The hosts of the condo were fantastic in terms of communication. They were responsive and helpful, making sure that our check-in process was smooth and stress-free. However, there were a few minor hiccups with the property management company that affected our overall experience. When we arrived early, I reached out to inquire about the estimated time of availability. Unfortunately, the response I received from the property management company was a bit grumpy, which left a slightly negative impression. Thankfully, we were able to check in early at 3 PM, but upon entering the condo, we noticed that the counters were full of sand. While this might not have been a significant issue on its own, the previous grumpy response to my inquiry made it more noticeable and somewhat disappointing. Overall good experience.

We had a fabulous time. The rental unit was clean and well supplied. Great communication from the management company. We enjoyed the beachfront and a short drive for the golfers in my family. I did read reviews regarding the parking on the property. We had no problems. We did uber on the 4th just in case there was an issue. Getting an Uber was very easy and fairly priced. Looking forward to visiting again in the future!

Condo was very nice and clean. The master could use a new mattress. Weather was great. Gulf was a perfect temp. We got to see the Blue Angels fly for the first time in 3 years! The only negative about the building is the parking. By the weekend we wouldn’t leave for fear we wouldn’t have a parking space.

We loved our stay at this condo!!! The condo had almost everything we needed. We occasionally brought some sand up to the condo but there was no broom to sweep it up. I sent a message to the host and a housekeeper brought a brand new broom and dust pan to us. I did not find the balcony door to be difficult to open as others mentioned in their reviews. The corner condo was perfect to watch the sunrise. The only issue we had was ice falling to the floor from the ice machine when opening the door. We would definitely rent this condo again.

The unit had everything we needed. It was clean and spacious and just as pictured. It was great! We didn’t have any serious issues with the condo. However… the sliding door (as mentioned in many posts) is incredibly difficult to open. I would have to get help from my teenage sons to open and close it. I’m surprised it hasn’t been addressed considering the number of comments on it. I also found it troubling that the code to the door never changes from one renter to the next. That’s not very secure and would be an easy fix to insure that your guests’ belongings are secure. Another issue is that the beach in front of the Enclave is shared with the Fairfield Marriott across the street. It was extremely crowded and not what we expected by choosing a not-so-high-rise condo. I purposely stayed away from the high rise condos for that very reason and was disappointed that we were elbow to elbow with other families. We’ve traveled to OB quite a bit and have never had this issue before.

Thank you, Molly for signing our Guestbook. Sliding doors for high-rise condos are built to withstand heavy winds from hurricanes, etc. Building codes govern the minimum weight that can be used. Door codes are electronically set on a cycle to avoid disruptions in the middle of a stay. The last week in June is always a heavy tourist time. Vivian and Tiffany at Gulf2Beach were great to deal with! Condo was as described and as shown in the pictures. It was clean and we were able to get in early. The only issue was as listed in previous reviews, the balcony patio door is very difficult to open or close and it's lock is broken. The entire stay was great and I would recommend Gulf2Beach to anyone for thier great customer service! Thankyou!!

This place was very clean and in an excellent location. We also loved having three bathrooms so no one had to share. One minor issue: the kitchen drawers and cabinets have no pulls, maybe for aesthetic reasons, but getting them open is very difficult. We all pinched our fingers many times while fixing dinner. Other than that, this condo was very nicely equipped.

This is our 2nd stay in this unit. We love it here and this unit has been updated and they did an amazing job. Having my elderly mom And aunt the only issue we had was operating the TVs. They are not regular TVs on cable and they couldn’t operate them. Instructions and a listing is needed. All and all great trip!

Loved this condo and plan to go back! Lovely corner unit with updated furnishings. Lots of room for our family to spread out. Dishwasher, washer and dryer were wonderful. Indoor/outdoor pool were nice when it rained so the boys could still swim. It’s close to the ocean and access was easy. Also Walmart across the street made buying groceries when we got there very convenient. Others mentioned a long wait for the elevators but we didn’t find that to be an issue. We saw dolphins in the morning from the balcony which was an added treat! The complex is located in the middle of lots of great restaurants. Can’t wait to go back!

We were a group of colleagues/friends mixing business and pleasure. Loved having keypad access and not having to mess with room keys. 3 bedrooms 3 baths were great. Recently furnished and very attractive. Some parking hassles with full lot and having to park across street in shopping center lot. Not a problem for us but not ideal. Really clean unit, great corner view, easy beach access with umbrella rental just a few steps away. The only oddity was that the master bath has no mirror above the double sink vanity. Maybe it’s on order!

The unit was very spacious, nice and clean. The 2 double beds in one room is a plus for our family. There was plenty of seating and the table sat 6. The sliding door to the balcony was very difficult to open. Otherwise, we had a great stay.

This was our first time to stay in Unit 901, and all of us agreed we’d like to return next year. The bedrooms were attractive with comfortable bedding, and the bathrooms were roomy with clean fixtures. All we needed to add to the well-appointed kitchen was groceries, which were conveniently located across the street. The team at Gulf 2 Beach was knowledgeable, cheerful, and professional in every way. In short, we were thrilled with this fabulous find.

We rented this condo for a 2 night girl trip, and we truly could not have asked for a better experience. The condo was clean, very spacious and well stocked with all we needed. The location was perfect, right across from the walmart, yet right by the beach. The ocean view in the living room was in every direction! Such a relaxing weekend. The only complaint would be that two bedrooms have windows that face the breezeway, and there is a light that stays on all night. Some curtains or black out blinds would have been helpful. And.. some stemmed wine glasses. Lol. We plan to stay here again and again. We would highly recommend this condo.

I'm always crossing my fingers that my choice for accommodations is what I hoped for, this unit exceeded my hopes and expectations. Very cozy, clean, spacious, and the view is just breathtaking. If I'm going to drive my whole family 10.5 hours south, I'm going to be picky. I wouldn't change one thing about this unit. Booking, check-in, and check-out was super easy with Gulf2Beach Vacation Rentals. Beach access was simple. The building is across from a Wal-Mart, if you need anything more than the 901, you're not truly having a stress-free vacation!! Loved it!!

There were signs in the elevator saying a few of the retailers would have you towed. The agency we booked through did not ask if we needed additional parking pass. We had 2 cars and one pass but never got to park either car in the condo lot. The condo was very nice and comfortable. We would book this condo again.

When we arrived the security man was delightful. 3 sliding glass doors for viewing the gulf. We saw dolphins morning noon and night! There was an ice maker for the wet bar that NEVER stopped making ice. Only 2 downfalls, the cleaning bucket was in the sink with nasty water when we arrived (easily remedied) and I would have loved a salt shaker with salt! I sincerely hope to return next year.
