Great place to stay! Hosts were friendly and stayed in communication. Very nice condo right on the beach which was perfect for us and 4 kids 7 and under. The balcony is great size and perfect to enjoy dinner overlooking the beach. The overall area felt very safe as well. Would stay here again!

Made us feel right at home! We went in with birthdays and upon arrival had a happy birthday banner ballon’s and a basket for the granddaughter, very nice and unexpected. Dark out blinds in all rooms which make it very nice for sleeping in or naps. Air conditioning worked great!!!!! Plenty of cookware and dishes.

This is the best condo we have stayed in at White Caps in 5 years! Beautiful renovations, great common areas, and huge balcony both with plenty of comfy seating. The management team is on their game -- they were quickly responsive to everything from finding extra sheets, to a fan not working, or nearby guests not respecting the no smoking policy. Only complaint was that the sleeper sofa needs a better mattress and the dining room light is off centre so a few of us hit our heads on it, lol. Will definitely try to reserve this condo again!

This place was exactly as described. My family and I were extremely impressed and comfortable. The place was completely stocked with necessities. We truly enjoyed the modern upgrades. The overall plus was the balcony and the view! The only downside was the noise from the construction in the adjacent building. It definitely served as a morning alarm clock.

This condo was absolutely beautiful! Our family of 5 had plenty of room. The wrap around balcony had a spectacular view. Each room had their own balcony access. This condo exceeded our expectations. We did have a small delay getting into the condo but the condo itself made up for that as soon as we got in. All updated. Nice updated appliances. We will definitely be back! The pool was beautiful. Liquid life was very accommodating when we needed to speak to someone about getting into the condo. Everything was great!

Been going to orange beach for over 15 years this has been one of the nicest condos we have stayed in. We always pick the condos with nice balcony furniture because that where we love to stay most of the day. Will be back.

White Caps 701 was everything we had hoped for in our spring break beach vacation at Orange Beach! The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean, and fit 4 adults and 6 kids comfortably (close cousins didn’t mind sharing beds). The large wrap-around balcony overlooking the beach was the perfect spot for coffee in the morning watching the breathtaking sunrise! I would suggest bringing extra towels and items such as toilet paper, paper towel, and hand soap, which the mgmt company suggests ahead of time as well so we were prepared for this. They do provide some, but if you’re staying for several days with a larger group you will run out.The kids loved both indoor and outdoor pools and of course the beach! Unfortunately there were red flags up on the beach most of the time we were there so we didn’t spend a ton of time in the ocean, but the kids still loved playing beach volleyball, searching for seashells, and hunting for crab at night. Super easy check-in and check-out process. Management company was very responsive when we had questions.So much to do in the area and not super busy everywhere you go like a lot of other touristy hotspots. We were there for spring break and never waited for a table at a restaurant at all. So many lasting memories made this trip! Definitely recommend!

This condo is a corner unit which offers some extra privacy. It is clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. There is plenty of seating. Our favorite part was the large porch area with comfortable seating and a dining table. We started there with our coffee each morning and ended our day there listening to the waves and looking at the moon and stars. This condo is also in a great location, surrounded by grocery stores, drug stores, shopping, and plenty of restaurants to choose from.

Would have been perfect but you can’t control the weather! If I had any suggestion, it would be cushions for the chairs on the balcony (because of the weather, we spent most of our time on the balcony) and some sort of footstools in the living room. There was everything we needed except for some sunshine. Look forward to visiting again. Oh and we loved the fact that there was a true ice maker and there was a regular coffee pot and a pot that uses K cups. Everyone was happy.

I will say we had the max of 10 and it was tight at times. Would be good for two families with smaller children. We had teenagers that are adult size! The location was great, beach was beautiful, and the house was clean. Liquid Life was not as good. The short of it was they did not call me back when they said they would. I had to call to get my prearrival email and the only thing it said was that we needed to bring wash cloths. We called while there because the WiFi was not working and for a generic response. So we just said forget it. The few times I talked to them only one person was polite the rest not so much. Condo great rental company no thank you!

Advise I would give to future occupants: make sure to bring your own beach toys, etc. and toiletries, hand soap, garbage bags, etc. the condo is really nice and clean but does not have any beach supplies. Also, the indoor pool is cold, a couple of my kids were fine and still swam, but most of them thought it was too cold.

Words won't do this unit justice. You must see it to believe it. This unit is absolutely gorgeous. All three bedrooms have plenty of patio space and great views of the Gulf. The inside of the unit is immaculate, and the décor is beautiful. The location on Orange Beach is minutes from Flora-Bama and many fabulous restaurants and bars. This is a perfect getaway spot to relax and enjoy the beach life. The owners/management company are attentive and very easy to work with. We will DEFINITELY stay here again the next time we come to the beach. Thank you for your hospitality and for sharing your amazing home with us.

I am giving 701 White Caps 5 Stars, but if I could go higher, I would! Sometimes when you see pictures online, things can look better than they actually are when you see them in person. This is not the case. The condo is absolutely beautiful and the views are spectacular!! You can tell the owner put so much time, consideration, thought, and care into the design and decor of the unit. Very up to date and I absolutely Love the "beach chic" feel. While I prefer not to cook on vacation, I will say that I checked out the kitchen, and it is very well stocked. Not just one pot or pan, but multiples of literally everything. Being oceanfront is the best for the views of course, but it makes your daily trip(s) to the beach and pool a breeze. I definitely will stay at 701 White Caps again and encourage others to do the same!

The place was stunning! Clean, comfortable, perfect amenities, modern + up-to-date decor, and the views were amazing! The location is perfect, centrally located to everything....Gulf Shores, restaurants, The Wharf, Flora-Bama, The Bay, etc. I've been coming to Orange Beach for a little over 5 years now, and there's no place I'd rather stay! We stayed at White Caps 701 and were very impressed. Located close to Walmart and Dollar General, and multiple restaurants within walking distance. The condo was very clean and so pretty. We definitely hope to visit again!

Trip to Paradise! Stunning ocean views from every room. The condo is super clean and beautifully decorated. Comfy inside and out. The most relaxing trip I have had in years! Can't wait to go back!

I can't tell you how impressed I was with the accommodations, privacy, and peacefulness of 701 White Caps. The condo is beautiful! The decor and thoughtful touches immediately draw you and welcome you home. The wrap-around deck is accessible from every bedroom and living space. You are directly on the beach with a full ocean view! Each morning was spent enjoying coffee and sunrises, snuggled up on comfy deck furniture listening to the ocean, and watching for dolphins playing in the surf. The owners have thought of everything to optimize space and comfort, from multiple dining spaces (inside and outside), a well-stocked kitchen, full-sized washer and dryer, beautiful and comfortable bedding, and ample closet/storage space. As a first-time visitor to the Alabama coast, I was new to Orange Beach and the community. After experiencing the soft sugar beach sand, lovely ocean waves, delicious dining, accessible shopping, and Southern hospitality, I would highly recommend it! I know the perfect place…701 White Caps!

From the moment I walked in, I knew the condo would not disappoint. Beautifully updated & appointed plus well-stocked kitchen which made meal times quite a treat. The view was absolutely incredible! Whether it was stormy or sunny, I genuinely enjoyed the ocean and beach view from the balcony as much if not more than being right on the beach—something I would never have said was possible if I hadn't experienced a week stay at 701! I cannot wait to stay again!!

My husband and I stayed at White Caps 701 in Orange Beach for our honeymoon! We could not have asked for a better, more comfortable setting for this most special occasion! It has all the amenities you could ask for and more. Inside is all new and clean, not to mention ocean views from every room!! The balcony overlooking the amazing Gulf with cozy outdoor loungers is hard to leave. We saw dolphins from here!!! And you can hear the sound of the waves from the bedroom! Pure tranquility!!! Once we pulled ourselves out of the comforts of the condo, we had a beautiful beach and pool right out our back door. All the amazing restaurants and cool places to go are within just a short driving distance, and the owners were generous enough to share their most favorite places, to which we highly agreed! We have memories to last a lifetime here and will without a doubt be coming back!!! You will not regret choosing White Caps 701!
