Perfect location with ocean view and directly on the beach. The pool is super nice. Condo is very spacious. We loved it here and hope to return!

Property was great. The yellow bathroom needs maintenance on the shower door and shower head. The inside shower door fell out when attempting to move it and the shower head sprayed water on the outside when we moved up. Not a huge big deal for us. Just want you to be aware. Thank you!

Overall condition and location was as expected. This is the fourth condo I've rented in this area and it is on par with the rest of them at this price point. Notes from the stay:Found black mold on master shower headBlack mold in refrigerator water/ice dispenser Shower door missing (found in bathroom closet)Box fan in closet had black moldI cleaned the shower head and just didn't use the ice/water dispenser. Cleaning was typical of the management companies- had the pleasure of seeing some of the hired cleaners and based on the condition of the humans personal and vehicular Cleanliness, no surprise that they do the best minimum cleaning in the units.That said- plenty of dishes, checkin was on time, wifi was strong, pools were good, security was friendly and access was easy. I don't blame the owners but most of the management companies in this area do a poor job of maintaining the properties and get what they pay for from their employees.

The condo was very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. The beds were very comfortable as well. The bathrooms were also large and made getting ready easier than normal. The air conditioning was cooling well when we got there, but that issue was addressed and resolved very quickly. We had a wonderful stay and hope to be back soon!

This condo was amazing! We looked and looked for a condo that had 3 bedrooms with king size beds. We didn’t expect to find one, then when we did, we certainly didn’t expect it to be so beautiful and roomy!! It was such a beautiful place and so serene and peaceful! The condo was gorgeous! The beds were all very comfortable. Each of the bathrooms were very spacious. Each bedroom and bathroom felt like it was the master. The kitchen was well stocked and everything worked well. Plenty of seating in the dining room and in the living room. The view from the balcony was just gorgeous! It is located perfectly close to many restaurants and grocery stores. The check-in and checkout was fast and easy. We had to call the management team about the oven handle and one of the balcony doors. They responded very promptly. The repair man was very fast and courteous. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay! We would definitely stay here again!

I really liked the condo, location and the short distance to the beach. Glad to see a new pool will be built for next year as it is very small, but never had an issue while there. The thing that will keep me from coming back unless corrected, will be the parking. One evening we did not have a spot. We got it worked out but if I am paying to rent a condo, I should be guaranteed 2 parking spots minimum for a 3 bedroom rental. The covered area should be opened up for overflow or build another level or two on top of there. People should not have to park across the street or at a paid parking area and have to uber back to the condo.

Beach location was perfect! The size of the condo was great for our group. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool options. Overall great for all ages! We had small issues that were dealt with quickly. When they tell you parking isn’t guaranteed, that is true. We only lost parking one night, but that is something to think about. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend Enclave 603 to others!

The condo was very roomy and fit our needs very well. The kids loved the indoor pool, especially since it was cool outside. It was clean with plenty of dishes, etc. Two improvements would be additional towels and toilet paper. There was only one towel per person and there was only one roll of toilet paper (maybe not even a whole roll) in each bath. I realize with long stays the guests should purchase it themselves but we were only there 3 nights. Another thing that would help guests is if there was at least some salt and pepper.

Very clean Let me know ahead of time that a shower door needed fixed. Door was fixed before our arrival. Loved the ease of checking in and out through online and text messaging Comfy beds Perfect beachfront view

Very low key. Quiet. Older Condo complex. We stay there many yrs ago & enjoyed it just as much this time. Condo had been freshly redone & was as clean as possible & updated. Beds were great. Just wish 1 room had two queens instead of King but the rollaways worked ok.
