We had a blast here! The only issue was the elevators. I can’t imagine staying at the busiest part of the season. We were able to walk up but staying any higher than the 4th floor would have terrible.

Beautiful condo. Good location. Clean. No issues with the unit itself. However, we had a family emergency come up three days before check in, so I called the leasing office and spoke to someone in depth about our situation and she assured me someone above her/with more authority would call me back. No one ever contacted me. That just rubs me the wrong way.

We stayed at the Seawind property for the 2nd time and both times were excellent. We chose this property due to the location and the kiddie pool for the grandkids. Highly recommend staying at the Seawind.

Thi condo was spacious enough for 6 and the view of the ocean right out our LR and MBR was spectacular. The beach was great and everything was close. Our 1 and 2 grandkids and all of us spent a lot of time on the balcony. Other than a couple minor issues, the unit was great.

This was the nicest condo we have ever stayed in while vacationing in Gulf Shores. The location on the 4th floor is perfect for us to take the steps instead of the elevator. Enjoyed the rooms but some of the pictures didn't show the same furniture and the angle of the bunk room made it seem larger. I think it would be great if check out time was at least till 11. It's hard getting everything ready and to the cars when so many people are checking out.

Room was the first by the elevator. Other than 7am and and 8pm it wasn't that loud. The ice maker in the room is probably more annoying than noise outside the room. It was a clean property, it was just as listed. We enjoyed our stay there alot. Property managers were in constant contact which we enjoyed.

Overall the property was very nice, didn't enjoy the elevators often having to wait 20 minutes but thankfully we were on the 4 th floor so taking the stairs was an option we often used! The check in process was a little irritating just because the property was ready at the exact check in time but we only had to wait about 30-45 minutes

To be clearer about the parking passes, we only include one parking pass with each reservation as not to overcharge guests who do not need two passes. A lot of other companies on the coast that do include two passes are still charging you for them - you are just paying for them at the time of booking. We are trying to save the guest money where it is not necessary. These prices are set by Seawind building so we don't have a choice on whether to charge for the passes or not, it's just how many you are being charged for. However, we are glad you enjoyed your stay with Liquid Life, and we look forward to helping you book your next beach vacation!

We had an enjoyable stay! The condo is simple, but has everything you could need (although with 3 kids we did need to run to the store for additional TP, paper towels, and trash bags!). Located right on the beach with rather quick elevator times compared to other condos we've stayed in, with easy access to the beach and pool(s). Waffle House and surf style is across the street for easy convenience! The big balcony was a huge plus for us.This condo is located at the public access beach so the beach can get crowded on the weekends as a heads up, during the week was average.

Reviewer Comments: We always love staying at the Seawind because it’s right on the beach, we got lucky this year and were able to reserve a condo on the fourth floor which saved us from using the elevator most of time! I have stayed at condos that I have liked better than this one at Seawind. The fold out couch was dirty with crumbs and sand all over it. The bathtub in the main suite did not seem clean and the water seemed to drain slow.

We loved the condo and location! The splash pad was a big hit with my grand babies! If I had one complaint it would be that they need more than one dish towel in the kitchen and more than 2 washcloths in each bathroom! But I would definitely rent from them again. We had a blast!

Condo was right on the beach and looked exactly like to pictures online. Very close to everything we wanted to do. Easy access to the beach. Pool was pretty small, but fine for the time of year we went. There was some construction, but it didn't hamper our stay. Kitchen was fully stocked for our needs, except for pot holders. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great vacation at Seawinds! Everything at the property was as described. The only difficulty we had was the TIGHT parking spaces, but that has nothing to do with the owners or management of this property. We enjoyed our trip very much!
