The property is very clean and safe. It was a perfect for our Bachelorette trip. The location is perfect and allows easy access to the beach. The property manager is in contact with you frequently and is open to receive messages at any time. Very pleased with this rental!

We loved our stay. The room was great! And you can’t beat the location. There were some things in the condo that needed updated but the overall experience was great. We would definitely stay again. The only negative was the exercise room. It was only a bike and treadmill and no other weights and the room was very small.

we were of family of 6, 1 being a toddler, and we had plenty of room. balcony was a great size, and the view was amazing. property was clean and stocked well with anything we needed. beach was awesome and uncrowded with easy access. the outside pool area was a nice size and had plenty of chairs. The only negatives that i would say is the indoor pool access was not attached to the building or the outdoor pool area, it was a seperate building. While close, it was in the middle of the parking lot (which was a little odd) and was small. on another note..the tvs/remotes in both guest bedrooms did not work but were quickly fixed and/or replaced when reported. of course, this did not hinder any part of our vacation. also, on our last morning there we had a group of teenaged kids walk-in our condo claiming to be "housekeeping". they left quickly when they realized we had not vacated the property. this was a little suspicious and we were not able to locate where they had come from or where they went.

There were no working outlets in both bathrooms all week until maintenance fixed them on Thursday afternoon. Fan and light in living room did not work. Bath tubs had draining issues. Fridge did not seal tightly. We brought the issues to the maintenance team and was very prompt to respond. Our condo was not the cleanest of properties that we have stayed in the past. Overall we had a great time at Orange Beach but would not book this room in the future.

Main reasons for booking was beachfront and number of beds for sleeping 7 people (could have slept 8 comfortably, 9 if we used the pull out couch). Bedroom 1 is king bed with attached full bath, bedroom 2 is queen bed, bedroom 3 had 2 bunk beds (twin bed on top and a full bed on bottom on each). Also, there was rooftop construction, but it didn't affect the pool use on the property, and there was no work being done on balconies, so our patio was usable (this building had some work going on previously to our arrival on March 25th, 2023). The condo floors could have been cleaner at arrival, but that is the only complaint. We were able to check in a couple hours early, when they had finished with the room. The outdoor pool is adequate and has a fair amount of chairs/loungers (there is an indoor pool and hot tub as well). You can reserve beach chairs and umbrellas out front of this property. Workout room is lacking and has one treadmill and one bike in it. Would reserve this unit again based on the bed situation, but otherwise I'm sure any unit at this building would do.

Our stay at Pelican Pointe was even better than we had anticipated. The ease of check in, the cleanliness, and friendly on-site staff helped make this a great trip from the start! We enjoyed the amenities of the property very much. And that view!!! We definitely recommend this property and we plan to return! Thanks for a memorable trip!!!

I loved the inside of the condo. Very clean and comfortable. Was very upset about the balconies being closed. That's one of the main things we love about being beach side. And because construction was on the side of the pool, it was closed for safety reasons. I was celebrating my birthday and was disappointed. Saying all this, I know the repairs had to be done. I always rent from Brett Robinson but tried a different company this time. I would come back but will make sure the patio is open.

Condo was nice except it was under construction. We could not use the balcony due to no rail. The swimming pool was shut down do the above construction on the building. The construction drills were annoying when trying to sleep in. None of these details were when booking the condo in May.The beachfront was nice with easy access. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Orange Beach

There is some construction, but it didn't bother us in the least! The condo was just as described and it did the job! Everyone enjoyed themselves!

Wish the property owner knew how incredibly rude and unprofessional this rental group was. I realize things have changed since covid, and that finding good people to work is tough, but they created alot of anxiety and uncertainty. I also realize that something are out of their control as well, but that shouldn't include professionalism and general kindness. None of us had ever been to Orange Beach and we all fond it to be a treasure and really enjoyed it...but we will have to be more careful about who we rent from/where we stay
